Whatever your name is, remove me from your blog. I have no reason to
hide who I am, but I am also NOT a part of your "blog war" with Tori
just because i contribute on her site. The difference between myself and
Tori is that I actually do have a lawyer and will handle this in a
legal and professional manner.
Remove me from your blog, please. I'm not involved in your game & haven't been this entire time.

Whatever my name is? Why are you and Tori reluctant to refer to me by my "name" since you all have supposedly figured out who I am? One has to wonder why Tori didn't put my alleged name, phone number, and address on her Cease and Desist order? Why didn't you address me by my name---the name that you and your team worked so hard to come up with? Hmmmm. I sense some
If you have no reason to hide who you are then why are you complaining? See, an attorney would tell you not to make a statement like that. If ever this went to court, you just mitigated your own damages. The difference between you and Tori is funny. Dumb and dumber...
I know she doesn't have an attorney, because her Cease and Desist order was one of the dumbest. things. ever. "You defamed me by posting my address." WTF. Unless I got the address wrong, or posted a picture of the wrong trailer, that's not defamation. =) Then she failed to have her information removed from the other blog, which goes to show she is perfectly okay with the information being out there.
I will not remove you from this blog. I have already laid out my conditions in Tori's exposé. Any further negotiations will take place in a legal setting.
In your spare time, Jylie Hartin, you may want to visit this site. Yes, it's the same way Tori tried to use in preparing her order, but apparently reading comprehension is not her strongest skill. When your pretend lawyer contacts me, I expect that he or she will have a better idea of what to say.
Snippet:
A plaintiff must establish four elements to hold someone liable for publication of private facts.
1. Public Disclosure: The disclosure of facts must be public. Another way of saying this is that the defendant must "give publicity" to the fact or facts in question.
2. Private Fact: The fact or facts disclosed must be private, and not generally known.
3. Offensive to a Reasonable Person: Publication of the private facts in question must be offensive to a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities.
4. Not Newsworthy: The facts disclosed must not be newsworthy. Stated differently, the facts disclosed must not be a matter of legitimate public concern.

Where you fail:
A plaintiff
has no privacy interest with respect to a matter that is already
public. Thus, you cannot be held liable for discussing or republishing
information about someone that is already publicly available (e.g.,
found on the Internet or in the newspaper).
Take notice:
People have tried to shut this blog down using a number of tactics. It started out with the comments. Then threats to report me to law enforcement. Then accusations that I'm interfering with an investigation. Then threats and attempts to out me. Now threats of lawsuits and legal troubles. None of it has worked thus far.
Maybe they'll get the point now? and stop there (lol of COURSE I mean "their") temper tantrums?
ReplyDeleteThis is a classic case of people who can dish it out but can't take it.
They would rather be nasty and drag people through the mud than use their energy to help find a missing child. One has to really wonder why. and wonder why they can't see their behavior for what it is. But Mercedes Peterson gave us a pretty good insight as to why. She says everyone smokes weed in their circle.

DeleteGee why did you revise and remove info from this blog post since earlier? Lol
ReplyDelete??
DeleteScreenshot, or it didn't happen! ;)
No biggie....I have everything previously saved ;D
Deleteheeheehee. Love the denied button
ReplyDeleteHas JMH demanded her info be removed from the Start The Lies blog?
ReplyDeleteNo, why would Tori take it down, anyway?
DeleteThat's an interesting question.
DeleteOne would think that if JMH was worried about her information being released to the public in such a fashion. She would demand it be removed from the other blog as well. Last I saw it was still there.
I do believe that Tori is connected to the other blog in some way, I don't care what she says.
However if I didn't want people to think that my blog was connected, and contributers for my blog connected, then
I would at least have JMH make a demand that it be taken down from there as well. Hmmm. Wouldn't others wonder why she hasn't?
Or maybe JMH really isn't as concerned about it as she would like some to believe?
