Everybody, CONCENTRATE!

Channeling Jeffrey; I have a few questions...so I'm going to think type out loud.

What type of evidence would a kidnapper leave behind?

A ransom note, hmm...What if the person isn't demanding anything, because the child is all they want? What if the person knows that the family has no money? What if the kidnapping was too hastily planned, or the kidnapper simply left the note in the car and couldn't go back for it?

DNA evidence, hmm...What if the person had been in the home before, so finding their DNA wouldn't be out of the ordinary? What if the person wore gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints? It's cold in ME, maybe the person had on gloves due to weather, and the purpose doubled?

Forced entry, hmm...What if the person already knew that the inhabitants were in the habit of not locking their door? Or, what if the person had a key?

Why wouldn't a family hear a kidnapper enter the home?

Maybe the family members did hear a kidnapper enter the home, but each person attributed the door opening/closing and footsteps to someone else? In other words, what if Justin thought Lance was coming in, Elisha thought Phoebe was coming in, and Courtney didn't know who would be coming or going, but she knew Elisha was upstairs and Phoebe was not at home? Maybe when hearing noises, each person just assumed someone else was up for some reason.

Maybe the kidnapper was being QUIET? Duh! Since when do criminals enter homes making as much noise as they possibly can?

Maybe a television masked some or all of the noise?

Maybe the kidnapper was using a theft device? *chuckle*

Why wouldn't you check on a child for 12 hours?

Maybe she slept through the night, every night, so checking on her was not necessary?

Is there anything a 20 month old would wake up during the night needing? Ayla didn't need a binky, she should not have been on a bottle, and at 20 months, she shouldn't be getting soaked diapers at night.

Maybe Ayla did a lot of playing that day, and she slept  soundly because she was tired? I'm sure her little playmates would keep her running and playing.

Maybe because you thought someone else was going to, or had already, checked on her?

Note: I'd be more suspicious if the DiPietros/Courtney said they checked on Ayla at a certain time. It would strike me as weird to hear a person say, "I last checked on her at 4 a.m." Why? Why would anyone remember the time? Why would you check on her at such a random time? If she woke up on her own, fine, but who just gets up at 4 a.m. for the sole purpose of checking on a sleeping child?

Rethink It...

Fundamental flaw?

Click to enlarge...makes no sense. TRY AGAIN!

So I'd like to ask, again, what connects this IP address to CAP? Do you have the IP address of this blog? NO, because it's hosted on Google. Do you have HER actual IP address?  Do you have any other information that connects CAP to this blog? You can see from the map that her address DOES NOT match where my IP address supposedly pings from. You simply have an IP address that pings from a city near her, so you're giving her credit for MY blog. She fit the theory, so you ran with it. HMMM....That's piss running down your leg---it's not raining.

Explanation?
