Definitely not. i know the Tudela's and they are kind, generous, loving people. Not even under the worst circumtstances they are not the kind of people that these loons on the internet have depicted. So during the same general time frame that Ayla went missing, Trista was in the company of a guy whose wife had been charged with arson, whose son was in prison for arson, and whose brother is a lifetime registered sex offender.
And Lance was in the company of a sex offender,Courtney was living with a drug dealer,and Lance hangs around with people that do bath salts,Pretty tough people there.
Lance is an alcoholic along with his brother born of a mother who was an addict. Courtneys sister arrested with 1000 oxy pills, recently, with children in the house. Bath salts, people go nuts and do bizare things, very dangerous and all this shows pretty tough people.
Lance does not hang with people who do bath salts that is a rumor blog people started. Courtney lives in her own apartment. And Lance does not hang with a sex offender. Bob proclaimed himself to be a family friend. When actuality he once worked with Lance. They are not good friends. Now on the other hand Trista is engaged to an arsonist who burned down a building with families residing in it. Her family members are all known drug abusers. Crack dealers. Her mom has been known to use crack. Her baby daddy's brother IS a registered sex offender. Shall I go on.

What I want to know is why the police have directly stated the three people in that house know what happened but you still seemed steadfast in your belief that mom has something to do with it? I am in no way involved in this hot mess (thank god!) so I have perspective. Mom would be the first suspect in this case as there is a custody arrangement and she is a noted addict. Shes never been implicated once by law enforcement. Why cant you see that? If Justin is so concerned with safety he goes out and gets a life insurance policy...why didnt he lock the damned front door. She slept on that floor of the house and he was in the basement. Parenting 101. Not just to keep bad guys out but to keep babies IN. At no time did he ever say "Its all my fault...why didnt I check the locks before bed?" Even innocent parents feel responsible. His lack of guilt makes him look GUILTY! You are willing to look into all of these random scenarios to avoid the obvious...you are defending someone who is ultimately responsible for their childs disappearance. The only people who have said that the father thought that Trista was going to take Ayla before this happened are the Reynolds. They are the ones who say this. Why is that? Who says that So maybe they know they spoke words that should have alerted him to that. But as has been previously stated right here in this very blog maybe Justin did not take those words as anything but an empty threat or just crazy talk. From people who talked crazy often. And it was not until something crazy really did happen that he looked back in hindsight and said wait I think I remember them saying that or sending me a text that said they were going to do something like this! No one thinks people are ever really going to do something like this really. Who really thinks that is going to happen.

@ Please clarify If you read all the info out there you will note that Justin also took out a policy on himself where Ayla is the beneficiary at the same time he took out the policy for her. And a good insurance agent will advise their clients to insure your child as young as possible so that they are insurable in future. If a child were to acquire any illness they may become uninsurable so the sooner you insure then the better.
Trista is homeless so she has no mailman. Trista's OBGYN is a huge failure, she's got so many kids she doesn't know what to do...Becca's hairdresser? Have you seen her hair?!

I think I have given relevant reasons to suspect anyone that I have discussed here. Give me an example to the contrary, and I'll stand corrected.
Jen, I've read someone else's blog that has implicated Justin, Courtney, Elisha, Phoebe, Phoebe's "lezbo lover", Lance, Justin's uncle Larry, and 4 Tudelas, and perhaps Bob V., the JSTL blogger, Selena, (and any commenter who questions the validity of it) of being in on a pre-meditated murder for profit of a precious baby girl. Yet, it seems, no one from "Camp Dip" has hurled violent threats at that blogger.
JSTL said he believes 80% someone in the house did something with Ayla, but he's looking at the other 20%. The theories he puts out there involve Ayla being alive and he gets violent threats for that. This doesn't make sense. It feel like we're starting to see more of why this case is more complex and convoluted than we knew, and also why the police aren't certain enough to make an arrest yet.
Trista's OBGYN didnt raw dawg it kids. Maybe Justin's sex ed teacher from HS should give a refresher course on how to use a condom. He is the penetrator and perpetrator. Keep it up! I can go all night with these...and you wont need the morning after pill tomorrow!
Obscure, the contrary is simple: the police have investigated the possible scenarios combined with no forced entry, blood in the home (in the fathers bedroom!), failing the polygraph, evading the police, no ransom note, PRIOR ACCIDENTS, life insurance policy, strained relationship with co-parent, etc etc etc.
Tell me this: If his first instinct was that Trista took her did he call her from the jump and say "where the fuck is my kid?! How dare you?" They had no problem communicating prior to this. Suddenly he cant call her? I call BS.

This case was handled wrong from the get-go. Apparently the father told LE he thought the mother or her family took Ayla. The mother was in a car on a long trip to a location not far from the Canadian border. This case cried out for an Amber Alert. The vehicle the mother was in should have been pulled over and searched on the spot.
I'm sure LE can check and see if Ayla has a passport considering that one is required to cross the border into Canada, unless you are going with a theory that she was drugged and stuffed in a trunk. I'm sure LE can find out who crossed the bordert that day as it is documented as well. Of course if you are prone to let your mind wander you could also consider that Trista has a rogue friend who works for customs who let her slide through undetected.
Have you crossed the Canadian border? Actually not that difficult to get across it without having your car checked. So having a small child in a back seat without being detected could be quite easy.

However I have an issue with this Robert character, if he is a relative of Raymond or not if he has a felony conviction for anything he would not be allowed to visit. So we understand she did not go alone, and this Robert drive from where? to S Portland to pick up Trista. I am confused.

I didn't speak to my family in the UK for over 20yrs, and when my aunt died I went back there, turned up on another aunts doorstep who insisted that me and my kids should stay with her. We talked, fought and cried but in the end everything was still the same - WE STILL KNEW EACH OTHER INSIDE OUT no matter how long we were apart. Why? because we ARE family. I'm guessing that you've never experienced that to understand it. Too bad. Its very heart-warming.
After visiting the UK I went to Australia (my heart still belongs to DC though) to stay with yet more family and I still haven't left (I do have my own home here so its all good). Even after falling out with a lot of my family members, time and lessons learned become the teacher.

I am in no way involved in this hot mess (thank god!) so I have perspective. Mom would be the first suspect in this case as there is a custody arrangement and she is a noted addict. Shes never been implicated once by law enforcement. Why cant you see that?
ReplyDeleteIf Justin is so concerned with safety he goes out and gets a life insurance policy...why didnt he lock the damned front door. She slept on that floor of the house and he was in the basement. Parenting 101. Not just to keep bad guys out but to keep babies IN. At no time did he ever say "Its all my fault...why didnt I check the locks before bed?" Even innocent parents feel responsible. His lack of guilt makes him look GUILTY!
You are willing to look into all of these random scenarios to avoid the obvious...you are defending someone who is ultimately responsible for their childs disappearance. At the very least its child neglect.
When it does come out that hes hurt her I want you to remember every word you said on here. Its going to happen sooner than you think. Justin isnt that smart. Smart useful people dont live in their mama's basement.
The first place I would check for Ayla is in her fathers unibrow. Its a jungle up there.
@Classy Trash. Police have never stated that "the three people in that house know what happened". They simply stated that they believe they know more than they are saying. Thats a big difference.

DeleteThe only people who have said that the father thought that Trista was going to take Ayla before this happened are the Reynolds. They are the ones who say this. Why is that? Who says that So maybe they know they spoke words that should have alerted him to that. But as has been previously stated right here in this very blog maybe Justin did not take those words as anything but an empty threat or just crazy talk. From people who talked crazy often. And it was not until something crazy really did happen that he looked back in hindsight and said wait I think I remember them saying that or sending me a text that said they were going to do something like this! No one thinks people are ever really going to do something like this really. Who really thinks that is going to happen.

DeleteIf you read all the info out there you will note that Justin also took out a policy on himself where Ayla is the beneficiary at the same time he took out the policy for her. And a good insurance agent will advise their clients to insure your child as young as possible so that they are insurable in future. If a child were to acquire any illness they may become uninsurable so the sooner you insure then the better.

Jen, I've read someone else's blog that has implicated Justin, Courtney, Elisha, Phoebe, Phoebe's "lezbo lover", Lance, Justin's uncle Larry, and 4 Tudelas, and perhaps Bob V., the JSTL blogger, Selena, (and any commenter who questions the validity of it) of being in on a pre-meditated murder for profit of a precious baby girl. Yet, it seems, no one from "Camp Dip" has hurled violent threats at that blogger.

The theories he puts out there involve Ayla being alive and he gets violent threats for that. This doesn't make sense. It feel like we're starting to see more of why this case is more complex and convoluted than we knew, and also why the police aren't certain enough to make an arrest yet.

DeleteObscure, the contrary is simple: the police have investigated the possible scenarios combined with no forced entry, blood in the home (in the fathers bedroom!), failing the polygraph, evading the police, no ransom note, PRIOR ACCIDENTS, life insurance policy, strained relationship with co-parent, etc etc etc.

This case was handled wrong from the get-go. Apparently the father told LE he thought the mother or her family took Ayla. The mother was in a car on a long trip to a location not far from the Canadian border. This case cried out for an Amber Alert. The vehicle the mother was in should have been pulled over and searched on the spot.

Have you crossed the Canadian border? Actually not that difficult to get across it without having your car checked. So having a small child in a back seat without being detected could be quite easy.

Why is it we never heard about that. However I have an issue with this Robert character, if he is a relative of Raymond or not if he has a felony conviction for anything he would not be allowed to visit. So we understand she did not go alone, and this Robert drive from where? to S Portland to pick up Trista. I am confused.

DeleteI didn't speak to my family in the UK for over 20yrs, and when my aunt died I went back there, turned up on another aunts doorstep who insisted that me and my kids should stay with her. We talked, fought and cried but in the end everything was still the same - WE STILL KNEW EACH OTHER INSIDE OUT no matter how long we were apart. Why? because we ARE family. I'm guessing that you've never experienced that to understand it. Too bad. Its very heart-warming.
After visiting the UK I went to Australia (my heart still belongs to DC though) to stay with yet more family and I still haven't left (I do have my own home here so its all good). Even after falling out with a lot of my family members, time and lessons learned become the teacher.
Judging by your past-time (yes, this is me) it would appear that you have too much time on your hands to fill your page with enough negativity, sarcasm and hate to show the world that you're a bored lonely military housewife - i do think its great that you advocate for children, but you shouldn't attack that which you don't understand. Just because YOU didn't experience something in particular, doesn't mean others haven't. So next time you invalidate anything, then maybe you should ask if its remotely possible (ya know, outside of your realm of existence)?

My sister had her reasons for not contacting me and I her.If I thought it was pertinent to AYLA'S disappearance,Id tell you why but it isnt.I stopped in the summer to check in with them once to get the scoop.Li was there with Gabby. She told me Phoebe wouldnt mind me stopping in for a coffee some time.Sometimes life gets so busy and so hectic that I just dont have time for everything and everybody.Justin hadnt had AYLA long...he wasnt even moved fully into Phoebe's I myself had ton's going on, including the birth of my first grandchild, school,finding and moving into a new apartment and the list goes on.Phoebe hasnt gotten to meet Harley yet either...My oldest sister was suppose to meet AYLA the day AYLA disappeared.I think AYLA meeting everyone at once would have been overwhelming anyways.AYLA getting used to her knew surroundings and new people was handled properly, I think.
