Where is Ayla?

Trista. Jeffrey. Amanda. Becca. Ronald. Ronnie. Jessica. (ETA)

Things are NEVER as they seem. In the absence of a body or any definitive proof (Tori, 2 YEARS and counting), I still think the above people hold the missing piece to this drawn out puzzle.

Are we seriously going to believe that a person with limited criminal expertise and education has outsmarted the top law enforcement agency in Maine?

Hide a living child
1. Take the child . Trista happened to have a ride that day, she knew the layout, and she was likely aware of the comings/goings of people
2. Give child to designated person
3. Cover up: lie your ass off, produce crocodile tears, play the victim. Trista gets an "a" for effort on this step.

Hide a deceased child
1. Kill the child
2. Make sure everyone in the home is either unaware or fully aware and willing to lie for you
3. Conceal any and all evidence. This includes blood, bodily fluids, transfer, phone calls/pings
4. Dump the child's body. Pick a secure site that you can access undetected, and that will also never be found by anyone else. Phone pings, GPS, timelines, and witnesses may reveal your chosen spot.
5. Cover up, and make sure that anyone who helped you remains loyal

No arrest. No body. No arrest. No body. NO ARREST! The list of possible charges is long...Obstruction, endangering a child, child abuse, child neglect, interfering with an investigation,  conspiracy,  accessory, or perjury if they testified at a grand jury hearing as alleged.

NOT ONE ARREST relating to Ayla.  None of the infamous 3. No children removed. The monster mommies can be trusted with their own children, even though they murdered or covered up the murder of Trista's child? GIVE ME A BREAK. You all know you're grasping at straws.

A special note to Jeffrey: thanks for your comments, but the only voices that should be silenced are the ones in your head. MSP has not shut down anything. How dare they concern themselves with a blog, when YOU have blood on your hands. Literally.

I still believe that Ayla is out there somewhere ALIVE.

That belief will never change, but many other things in my life have.

I don't have much time to blog at the moment; unlike some people, I do work a full time job in order to take care of myself and my family. I have been commenting on the new J4A here and there...Aside from that, there's not been much news lately. Jeffrey's blog on Sunday Saturday was a huge disappointment; he just did more of his "heylookatmeIhaveinsideinformation thatdoesn'treallymatter butiliketheattentionsopleaseeveryone believetheseliesthatIplanontellingyou" routine...blah.

On J4A:

I do not believe Ayla’s death was premeditated, despite all the evidence of possible abuse by Justin prior to Ayla being reported missing. I contend that it was an accident, either of circumstance or neglect and that Ayla lost her life in the DiPietro’s home.

On U4A:

...I just cannot fathom why they would “cover up” an accident with Ayla. Why would they do that… unless it was not an accident? Could be that they were more afraid of the iron fist of Pheobe’s than LE (of course without Phoebes’ involvement I believe Ayla would be with Trista today dancing to “moves like Jaggers“).

Is it just me, or is he saying very contradictory things? 

Maybe they thought that no one would be the wiser. They had no idea that this case would go national and that they would be at the center of their own deception, hindsight is always 20/20.

 That comment makes more sense if applied to Trista. Murderers have a need to cover their tracks whether a case goes national or not. Parental kidnappers, not so much. I think this is more projection; we've seen this from Jeffrey and crew throughout this case.

John “more than a cup of blood” was a given, but I did not get that much further with any other details of that night then I have already said in this post.. next time.

But the “Bombshell text messages” did come up and they are “looking into it”. 

Jeffrey said this about those same text messages a year ago:

Lies; I can state that, at first look, these appear to be selected texts from Trista. I can not discuss the content of these texts and do not plan to post Justin's actual texts as they may have bearing on Ayla's disappearance.

Additionally, Justin's cell phone and computer were seized in the early days of the investigation. Are they really just now looking into it? Why did Jeffrey give the impression that they were important to the investigation back then? People even went so far as to accuse me of impeding an investigation for releasing the texts.

These are just a few things that stand out to me. I am doing this blog by myself, so I cannot say when the next post will be. One thing I am going to be exploring in depth soon is the pink blanket and purple cameo bag. If you want to help out, forward any link/comment you come across to juststopthelies @ yahoo.com. For some reason, those things are important to Trista...but why? It could be innocently tied to her memories of Ayla, or it could be something more...Take care guys.

1.  “found missing” is an interesting choice of words. Even more interesting that the quotation marks are used. A person cannot be found missing. If she was found, she's not missing. If she was missing, she's not found. You have to either be found, or be missing. Deception indicated...

2. Unless Justin, Courtney, Elisha, or Phoebe told Trista that Justin locked himself in the bathroom, how would Trista know? Police would presumably only know what happened once they got there...Is this another thing that has been "misconstrued"?

Again I am sorry, but know this: As we uncover more details of what happened to Ayla, the story of Ayla is going to change as it is by no means finished. If I find anything to the contrary of what has been said by Trista or I, then by my honor I will make it right, if not for the perfect strangers who fight for the truth, then to myself.

3. My significant other always says that when you use the word "but" you negate everything that came before it. Hmmm...So Jeffrey is really saying: Again I am sorry, but know this.

4.This the second time that Jeffrey has suspiciously used the word "story". As I said before, when I think of a story, I think of something that is made up; fictional. Apparently Jeffrey does too...he's had a field day making shit up.

5. Trista is incapable of lying, per Jeffrey. So there should be nothing "to the contrary" of what she has said. What's up with using all these $2 words instead of saying LIED, LYING, LIAR?

6. Jeffrey pledges something by his honor. Deception indicated. He has no honor, and has shown that time and time again.

We are all trying to make some sense from the senseless death of a beautiful little girl. ..and if the Maine Attorney General Janet Mills has anything to say about it, we might just get Justice for Ayla…

7. Who is "we"? If something is senseless you cannot make sense out of it. It lacks sense. There is no sense to be made. And by trying to make sense of it, does he mean that he is trying to come up with details? Making up stories? Convincing people?

8. He alludes to the Maine Attorney General, but instead of elaborating, he links to a post about Camp Charla. If you have nothing of substance to say, change the subject.




By the way, has anyone notified Carol Bengle Gilbert that she's been duped? Her story is still up...

OFF TOPIC: Re: Email Release*

Let me just set the record straight. Grace has NO emails from me that would suggest we are working together. I'm not as dumb as Tori and the rest of that flock. There is NOTHING Grace or Jeffrey can release that would discredit me, or make me look as messy as they do. You have to wonder why Jeffrey is so focused on me though...I think I'm hitting all kinds of nerves over there. Anyway, just wanted to inform those of you who have been following. I am not sure what's going on, but it seems that a shit storm is upon us. I will not be silenced. The emails posted at toriliesagain have been edited. Tori never commented about the size of Jeff's penis, and Grace didn't tell me her cat passed away-she said it was her mother.

If need be, I am willing to share the password to my email account for verification. I have NOTHING, absolutely nothing, to hide. Don't fall for this either...Trista and Jeffrey have been exposed as blatant liars, these latest posts are meant to change the subject.

PORTLAND TRIP: CONFIRMATION, VERSION 2

Trista misconstrued what she was told last month by LE (and Justin). She spoke with her detective yesterday and he confirmed to her that Justin DID NOT go into Portland looking for Ayla on the morning of the 17th. [That, ladies and gentlemen, is your brain on drugs]

Justin went into Portland with Derek Thursday night 12/15/11 (reportedly to get his bed/mattress) he got back to Waterville Friday morning were he stayed until Ayla was “found missing” the next day. On that morning of 12/17/11 Justin called Derek for his advice (which was what he told the police), he then called his mom (Phoebe), and at 8:56am he called 911 twice at some point after the police called him back he locked himself in the bathroom until they arrived. [She probably "misconstrued" the "locked in the bathroom" story as well]

 I’m sorry for reporting it wrong [in other words LYING] and inadvertently taking you down a different set of tracks. Between all the text messages and Justin’s claim that he thought Trista took Ayla, it seemed that his story was starting to fit into place, but I just could not get my head around it [Justin's story isn't so much the problem. Trista's memory/lies about Justin's story are what's problematic] so I had asked Trista several times about it, which prompted her to ask her detective again.

How does Jeff address this:
Trista has also spoken with Justin recently, and he told her the same thing (and I will paraphrase) “I thought you took Ayla”. So at the very least, Justin did not charge his story.

This is an ABSOLUTE LIE. PLEASE, SOMEONE ASK JEFF IF HE MADE THIS UP. IT CANNOT BE TRUE. JUSTIN DIDN'T SAY THIS TO TRISTA, BECAUSE HE NEVER TOOK THE TRIP. JEFFREY RELEASED THIS AS PART OF THE POST PERTAINING TO THE PORTLAND TRIP. IF JUSTIN DID SAYS THAT TO TRISTA, IT WAS NOT IN THE CONTEXT PORTRAYED.

When I confirmed for you all 100 FUCKING PERCENT that Justin DID NOT take a trip to Portland, some of you didn't believe me. It's okay. Bygones, be bygones...

Jeffrey. I read both of your blog posts. You, much like Trista, have proven yourself to be a lying fool. Stick all of your theories and blabber in your juice box and suck it. What you are doing is IRRESPONSIBLE and does NOTHING to help find your missing ex-step-granddaughter. You couldn't just admit that you were wrong and move on, you had to devote an entire post on Justice4Ayla to your delusional thoughts. You stand corrected, and you will not stand in the path of anyone who chooses to overlook YOUR bullshit and question things that don't make sense.

Instead of focusing so much on other "camps", you should focus on Team Ayla. She's still out there somewhere, waiting to be found. Get to it ex-step-Grandpa. Show the world how grown up much of an asshole you are.

What Hanson says investigators told Reynolds happened that morning conflicts with the version of events published by Harry. Before making that 911 call, DiPietro allegedly took a trip of approximately 160 miles, to Portland and back. 

"He told police he drove to Portland because he thought Trista had taken Ayla," Hanson said. But not only was Trista living in South Portland rather than Portland, DiPietro did not contact her or any of her family that morning.

LIES, LIES, LIES. THEY ARE MAKING THIS UP. THERE IS NO WAY TRISTA COULD BE THIS CONFUSED ABOUT WHAT POLICE TOLD HER.

You know what I would be interested to know? For once that is. What the jstl blog has to say about a possible hit from a drug/ cadaver dog since it maintains Justin didn’t do drugs or murder ayla. There were no drugs in the house right? They seem to focus on insignificant things like calling truly innocent people liars but skip right over important things that are worth a discussion. I am still convinced they are just out to cast doubt in case of a trial and convinced they know someone close to the investigation. People who follow claim to be open to viewing all sides but really they just have chosen to overlook common sense. I think the walls are starting to crumble around them and am hopeful for Ayla to be found before the end of the summer. Justin, Courtney, Elisha, Pheobe, Heidi, Derek, and Lance it’s time. Now is the time to open your mouths and speak for Ayla.

1. I have NOTHING to say about a POSSIBLE hit. Everything you guys come up with is a POSSIBILITY. Jeff said it well, you guys have no FACTS only THEORIES. When you can assign a PROBABILITY to your POSSIBILITY, then I'll have something to say. At this point, you're just speculating.

2. You are quick to point out insiginficant things at this blog, but you name Heidi, Derek, and Lance as suspects. Neither of them were in the home when she disappeared, nor have they been named by LE as doing anything wrong (withholding info, etc). So YOU are the one bring totally innocent people into it. LE knows Justin called Derek, and they know about the trip to Portland (it was NOT the morning of the 17th). LE has NOT said Derek is not telling all he knows, LE maintains the 3 in the home are not. Who are you to ADD anybody to that list?

3. Hypocrite. Crawl back into your hole and...stay there. I'll be nice today.

Up for discussion...

1. Trista has spoken to Justin just as negatively as he has spoken to her. Did you not read her text messages? Do you think it's normal for the mother of a missing child to immediately start accusing the father and lying about having contact with him? Did you also miss her latest rant?

2. I don't see anything that indicates anger or rage inside of Justin. From the few interviews I've seen, he seems to be composed, calm, and collected. Some of you point to those things as faults. So which is it? If anything, Trista is the one who has lashed out in anger, on numerous occasions.

3. His childhood was anything but normal, huh? Trista must have had the perfect childhood, because she grew up to be such a well-adjusted adult. Nothing says "happy childhood" like unfit parenting and drug abuse. Cycle is the key word.

4. Defending Trista, making excuses for her poor behavior choices, and justifying her contradictions and lies doesn't help find Ayla either. If people discussing Ayla online is preventing her from being found, then MSP must be composed of people who are incompetent. Since I don't think that's the case, I have to believe that YOU just want people who don't agree with you to shut up. So you say that we are somehow stopping progress, even though you are doing the same thing.

Peeter, I hope you were in church yesterday. Your weekly visits there will not save you from hell though. You continue to fudge the FACTS in the case.

MSP has not formally announced that Ayla is dead.

Justin is not unemployed or chronically unemployed.

You completely overlook the fact that Trista is the one living off of taxpayer dollars. Popping out babies at the same rate she was popping pills. She can afford neither the pills nor the babies, so Maine taxpayers keep forking over the dollars.

Most cases where children do not get medical attention due to abuse are not delayed for 24 hours; the care is never sought, and evidence of broken bones in different stages of healing will be found later.

I know dealing with an affair is tough business, but you cannot project your anger onto others.

Stay tuned! Jeffrey will be gracing us with more BS in the near future. Why can't he just release all of the information at once? Because he needs time to create such elaborate fairytales. Normal people would release one factual statement and stand behind it. Jeffrey creates multiple statements based on lies, says that Trista stands behind the stories, then he disappears when the questions get too tough. Waiting on you Jeffrey! And shame on you Tori for engaging in the same behaviors that led to your original fall from GRACE. No pun intended.

This is, also in my opinion, the main reason no arrests have yet been made. With the number of plausible scenarios and the entire paternal family not speaking, MSP must find in the evidence the proof of the question “Who is responsible?”

Didn't MSP just get done saying that communication with the DiPietros is renewed or resumed, or something to that effect? Why is Jeffrey saying something to the contrary? Or perhaps he means the entire paternal family is not speaking to him or the media? Who knows...

Next up...

Jeffrey takes great care to say Trista was in South Portland. He also takes great care to say Justin went to Portland. One could reasonably conclude that Justin's trip to Portland, then, had nothing to do with looking for Trista! It's looking more and more like Jeffrey has this wrong...All available evidence points to Justin traveling to Portland well before the morning of December 17. (Text messages, video surveillance, press) There is no evidence to suggest a trip on December 17, other than Jeffrey and Trista's word.

Lastly, and most importantly, I urge you to consider the following (with regard to the Portland Trip):



THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT TRISTA AND JEFFREY HAVE RELEASED INACCURATE TIMELINE INFORMATION. TRISTA ALLOWED SPECULATION TO CONTINUE ON FOR MONTHS PERTAINING TO THE DATE ON WHICH AYLA BROKE HER ARM. AS IT TURNED OUT, TRISTA HAD HER DATES OFF BY A WEEK. THEY ALSO DID NOT HAVE JUSTIN'S HELP BEFORE RELEASING THE DATE OF THE PORTLAND TRIP. IS HISTORY REPEATING ITSELF? I CANNOT SAY FOR CERTAIN, BUT I CAN SAY THAT TRISTA HAS NO CREDIBILITY AT THIS POINT.

 DOES ANYBODY ELSE KNOW A DRUG ADDICT WHO CAN PRODUCE TIMELINES RIGHT DOWN TO THE SPECIFIC DATES, months after events take place? THAT'S SOME SUPER DUPER DOPE SHIT, RIGHT THERE! I NEED SOME OF WHAT SHE WAS ON...

Why do THEY bother?

As recently as last month [November 2012], two searches were done in the New Hampshire communities of Mayfield Township and Stoddard, in the southwestern part of that state. Those searches were based on tips, McCausland said. 

Those would have to be very specific tips, yeah? Even if someone said I think I found a dead body, all it would take is for the cops to come out and see if it's a child or an adult. Even more so, why would that be connected to Ayla? I truly believe there was a sighting of her there, and that sighting was credible. What other kind of tip would tie her to NH, and be credible enough for authorities to travel down there to investigate? (NH conducted the Stoddard search, not the other one.)


Looking for Ayla  in New Hampshire...





If Justin's trip to Portland is SO important, and they think he may have disposed of her body along the way, why are they searching almost 4 hours (160 miles) away in Stoddard, NH or Mayfield Township?

I can't figure out exactly where Mayfield Township is at, but to get to New Hampshire from Maine takes 3 hours at the minimum. When would Justin have had time to take Ayla there? And make the supposed trip to Portland?

"A significant component of this investigation is the leads," Love said. "We would like the public to forward any relevant information they feel would be beneficial to investigators. As time passes, please remember that it's important to keep looking and listening." 

They don't generally encourage the public to look for dead people, and the dead don't speak. I believe they want the public to keep looking for Ayla, a living child, and listening for Trista or those around her to slip up.

The fact that searches were conducted in New Hampshire has been largely overlooked. Why?
