since it maintains Justin didn’t do drugs or murder ayla. There were no
drugs in the house right? They seem to focus on insignificant things
like calling truly innocent people liars but skip right over important
things that are worth a discussion. I am still convinced they are just
out to cast doubt in case of a trial and convinced they know someone
close to the investigation. People who follow claim to be open to
viewing all sides but really they just have chosen to overlook common
sense. I think the walls are starting to crumble around them and am
hopeful for Ayla to be found before the end of the summer. Justin,
Courtney, Elisha, Pheobe, Heidi, Derek, and Lance it’s time. Now is the
time to open your mouths and speak for Ayla.
1. I have NOTHING to say about a POSSIBLE hit. Everything you guys come up with is a POSSIBILITY. Jeff said it well, you guys have no FACTS only THEORIES. When you can assign a PROBABILITY to your POSSIBILITY, then I'll have something to say. At this point, you're just speculating.
2. You are quick to point out insiginficant things at this blog, but you name Heidi, Derek, and Lance as suspects. Neither of them were in the home when she disappeared, nor have they been named by LE as doing anything wrong (withholding info, etc). So YOU are the one bring totally innocent people into it. LE knows Justin called Derek, and they know about the trip to Portland (it was NOT the morning of the 17th). LE has NOT said Derek is not telling all he knows, LE maintains the 3 in the home are not. Who are you to ADD anybody to that list?
3. Hypocrite. Crawl back into your hole and...stay there. I'll be nice today.
I love how we're expected to explain ourselves, but they aren't.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure that HRD dogs were used to examine the DiPietro home & property. I'm sure that is routine in missing child cases. LE would have been remiss in not doing so.
ReplyDeleteAt this time I think it's safe to say that only LE and the trainer know if there was a hit or not.
What else is there to say about it?
A drug dog? I don't even know where that speculation came from.
I don't know anyone involved in this case, nor do I live in Maine.
I also feel that it is pure silliness to think that this blog, any blog, would effect the outcome of a trial.
I think you are totally dead on with the first half off your post but...the part about the trial being effected is brought up because of the Casey anthony trial and the bullshit that went on with bias and the Anthony's themselves. This isn't that trial and isn't even on the same level in terms of media attention. But I get it.
DeleteI just think while this blog brings up great new ways to see this case...I think that both the blogs and the shut stirring is just hurt feeling now. Someone got pissed at someone else and back and forth till comments are in moderation and new hate blogs are written. I hope they get to the bottom of this case soon.
I would assume there were tracking dogs as well as cadaver dogs. Likely that would be protocol? Cadaver dogs don't only detect human remains. A friend of mine worked near an area searched by dogs and heard later some dead animals were found. I read about a case in the past year where dogs had a hit on some garbage. Presumably if a dog has a hit without LE finding something substantial, they would test the area. (take some soil, remove part of the floor, etc)

We've all chosen to overlook common sense? Also ironic.
I remember hearing of them bringing in dogs, they checked the property and I remember them being seen near the airport. I don't remember anything being published about the dogs hitting on something.
ReplyDeleteSpace you are right they smell death PERIOD. Dogs can not determine between animal and human so if they hit on the shed as the rumors are saying, it could be a squirrel, a field mouse, possum, raccoon, and just about any animal we have out this way.
And for an answer to their question about my reaction to a possible hit from a dog I say show me a link that says any dog hit on anything. They have concocted this whole drug scenario/clue in their heads. I don't know about anyone else but not once have I heard of LE saying a thing about drugs. Yes Courtney's sister was arrested some time after Ayla went missing but it seems to me if the Feds were involved in her arrest there must have been quite the investigation over many months to arrest her. Not to mention if they thought Courtney's sister's drug dealing had anything to do with Ayla's disappearance they had her in custody with pretty serious charges. I doubt they would have let her out on bail if she may have been involved with Ayla. They would have keep her and offered to deal for info. If they did deal for info as many may say that is why she is out, then why not arrests, no persons of interest? Still SMH how it they think it all could possible fit in.
Good point Looking if LE had found drugs that they could use for an arrest someone would be in jail right now just for that.

I think at times of extreme stress/anxiety.... some people see/hear things a little left of reality. Which is why it is so important to take a breath, get the details all straight before jumping to conclusions. Even then, without absolute proof, any conclusion is pure speculation.
IMO, No matter how we may feel about their life choices the crap that is being put out there, "About Both Parents" is just plain wrong. They are Ayla's mommy and daddy and are innocent until evidence proves them guilty.

DeleteLate in the afternoon, three different cadaver dogs alerted on a large trash receptacle in the neighborhood and investigators began a painstaking searching it. After about six hours of scouring through the Dumpster, police said they found nothing that could be linked to the missing girl.
"It could be various items, and may not necessarily be something related to the case," said Brian Selzer, of Canine Search and Rescue as investigators searched through the plastic bags found in the Dumpster.
Selzer explained that the dogs brought to Satsuma on Thursday have been trained to alert only on the scent of human decomposition, not meat or dead animals. He said the dogs could hit on something as small as a bandage used to cover a person's bloody cut.
Detectives went through the large Dumpster by hand, and then a backhoe was brought in to go through some excess debris at the bottom of the container.
After going through every square inch of the Dumpster, they gave up the search.

ReplyDeleteYup check the cult blog. Direct from Jeff: "Trista misconstrued what she was told last month by LE (and Justin). She spoke with her detective yesterday and he confirmed to her that Justin DID NOT go into Portland looking for Ayla on the morning of the 17th.
