I will not LIE to you like the other blog owners. I will not operate
under the guise that I represent Trista or Justin. I do not know ANYONE
involved in this case. I live in the south, and the only time I even
venture to the east coast is for our annual summer vacation in Villas,
NJ. Before anyone with a slippery grasp on reality makes the assertion, I
have to say: I am not Courtney, Elisha, or Phoebe. I am not Heidi or
Angela. Bob Vear is likely in a mental institution, so I can assure you I'm
not him either.
My
intentions here are not to cover my ass or anyone else's, because I
have absolutely NO reason to do so. It's important to stress that I do
not have a dog in this fight, so to speak. I want to see how this case
turns out, and I ultimately hope that Ayla is returned home safely. I
will not pretend like discussing anything other than Ayla is somehow a
disservice to her though. Ayla is the reason I created this blog, and
you can trust that no one is going to forget that she's out there
somewhere. I just have a genuine interest in the perplexities and
mysteries surrounding this case, and every time I see a picture of Baby
Ayla, my heart is truly touched.
Children are not going
missing more often than before, but the amount of coverage given to
children now-a-days would make one think that they are. People point to
Casey Anthony's case as though she defied the legal system. She is
actually proof that the system works exactly how it should. I remember
one day before the jury started deliberating, my sister asked me what
I'd do if I was a juror. I told her I would acquit Casey of everything.
Now, I watched every second of the trial, and the prosecutors failed.
They didn't meet their own burden of proof; instead, they thought the
court of public opinion would take care of that for them. It did not. I
see the same dynamic in this case. Justin has already been tried and
convicted, but for some strange reason, the police in this case are
missing the evidence that points to the conclusion that the general
public has reached. *shocker!*
I have a pretty good
grasp of the law and how the criminal justice system works; let's just
say that I have a unique involvement and perspective that most people do
not. This blog will just detail my own personal thoughts of the case. I
will provide links to solid things mentioned in the media, and my own
personal speculation should be obvious. I will bash whomever I choose
to, and my opinions will not be swayed by the masses.
If you read all of that, well...Wow. You're a very patient person. :)
Stay tuned!
Good Luck whoever you are.

ReplyDeleteThere are indications that this may be an abduction relating to the custody of the baby. The two families were bitterly feuding over the custody issue. The mother reportedly is afflicted with mental illness and substance abuse problems, and comes from what look like a dysfunctional family. The mother was homeless. The baby's parents were never in a relationship, the baby having been conceived during a one night stand. Initially, both parents lived in Portland, Maine.
ReplyDeleteThe mother's family claims that the father 'abducted' the baby from them in October when he came with the police per Child Services' advice to take the baby from the aunt and grandmother while the mother was in rehab for substance abuse. The mother was allowing the father to have the baby during the rehab, but the mother's sister and their mother (baby's grandmother) refused to turn the baby over to the father, and the police had to be brought in to it. Then the aunt retained a lawyer to try to fight the father having custody. The aunt previously had had her own two children forcibly taken from her by Child Services and put up for adoption.
The mother says that the father had told her in December that he intended to file for custody. Even though homeless, the mother filed for custody on December 15, 2011. This was the same day that the father packed up his belongings and moved from Portland, Maine about 70 miles to Waterville, Maine. He moved so that the baby could live with him in his mother's house, along with his sister and her baby of a similar age. Then the last day the baby was seen was the very next day, December 16.
The mother's behavior after the child was reported missing was strange, in that in some of the initial videos of her she seems almost smug rather than distraught. The mother seems to approve or disapprove of the father depending on how much attention he pays to her. The mother posted on Facebook that she wants to move away and start a new life elsewhere. The mother is surrounded by people who have criminal backgrounds, including the father of her other illegitimate child who is presently in prison for arson. Her close friend had been arrested for helping her husband escape from the custody of the department of corrections. An uncle is allegedly part of an outlaw biker gang. The mother's world includes a lot of people who could have felt that taking the baby back from the father who 'abducted' her was justified.
The mother and her sister immediately attacked the father in the media after the child went missing, claiming that he was abusive to the child. They took control of the media slant, pointing the finger at the father. The father has done a poor job of defending himself in the media, refusing to speak against the mother. The custody issue has been largely ignored in the media, with the focus being on trumped up claims of abuse of the baby by the father. A witness has come forward claiming to have seen the mother with the baby after the baby was reported missing, but that too was ignored by the media.
I find alot of your information useful and also agree with much of what u say. I also believe whenther Trista knows it or not, her family is involved. Intersting that we havent seem any recent pics of sister Jessica of momma Becca(Becky) or whatever it is she goes by. I hope this case breaks soon and so far the evidence looks like the baby Ayla is still in fact alive!!!
DeleteI am not anonymous my name is nicole i have 3 kids and i live in brunswick .i couldnt figure out how to post this sorry. out of all the websites i have seen for Ayla this site seem more focused on hate. it is filled with unnessary hate for trista. ok if you hate trista and want to vent than this is the site for you but in no way is it about Ayla and bringing her home . Look i am not perfect and I feel for Justin as well as pray for him. I feel that he is suffering but not because he doesnt know but because he does know what happened to her and where Ayla is.We can all sit here and Judge Tristas past but Justin has one too. We can all sit her and Judge Tristas reaction to Ayla being missing but also Justins . There are facts and unfortunatly they do point to Justin and or others in that household. They are not lies IM sorry but insulting Trista and pointing fingers at her is not going to bring Ayla back. you can say she looks pregnate or devious but it only seems like a desperate attempt to turn people away from the truth,I do not want to beleive Ayla is dead but the facts lead me to belive she is. And to justin and his family I pray for repentance and redemption.
ReplyDeleteGreat News For Ayla and many other lost and missing.
