DeleteIt's def upsetting to see a smirk/smile on Ayla's grandmother's face as she holds up Ayla's flyer. I'm not saying she's guilty of anything...it's just what I see is upsetting and therefore causes me to have negative thoughts about her. If she spoke to the public and let them get to know her maybe the public's negative thoughts of her would change. The same goes for the rest of her family. We all just want to find Ayla and the person responsible for her disappearance to pay. K

DeleteSo conflicting reports.. was Courtney there the night Ayla dissapeared or not. October 2012 blog says she wasnt. I have seen those saying she was there....and it also claims that her justin and the clan stayed at Justins BFF's house untill police finished checking out their home..... can see how you would analyze it as to truth of her report based on what she was told but the bottom line is she was not present Dec. 16-17 at 29 Violette so she has no ability to tell us from personal experience what happened there. Seems to me, statement analysis is worthless when applied to her statements to get at that ultimate truth. I assume she doesn't know the truth or knows only a partial truth at best.

DeleteYour blog does appear to be onesided with you explaining away all the suspicions on JDi and family while damning Trista. You may want to think on that if you aren't taking sides because all appearences look like you are.
I think the dad lives in California. They Dipietro Klan, used to live in California. They moved to Maine in 1998.

DeleteAnon 7:25pm, you didn't dig too deep, Phoebe was living in the Waterville and Oakland areas in the mid 80's. She (Phoebe) went to Messalonskee H.S. She went to California but wasn't there very long.

DeleteShe was in Cali only a few months. She came to 29 Palms to start over after Li was born. When I left for Oregon, she left for Maine shortly there after.

ReplyDeleteI have been going to school and my minor is photography.Tons of photos can be taken within seconds and one can pick out those that are clear or a good angle.....or one that is smiling. The face has so many expressions that play across the face within moments...one can pick the one they want to use.

ReplyDeleteI completely agree with you concerned because Pheebs didn't want poor Justin Linnell back in her home or anywhere near his daughter and she talked Elisha into placing a protection order on him. not to mention Elisha treated Justin horribly and when they lived together with there daughter all she did was lay around while Justin did everything for there Daughter!!!! But now they both have Lawyers and are fighting Justin Linnell tooth and nail to keep baby Gabby in the home and away from Dad...I know if my grandaughter was missing i'd be out in search of my grandaughter traveling around putting up posters it bulshit thay obviously have no cares for Baby Ayla!!! and can you beleive that Elisha still works in the Educare center here in Waterville! People are crazy in Maine!!!!!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteI have done a lot of reading in the last few days. This case has caught the attention of millions of people nationwide. It is my personal opinion that maybe it is possible that none of those that were in the house do know anything. I don't think Trista knows anything either. I think it is human nature to want to blame someone and the Dipietro's are easy targets. That is not to be mean, but they get their word mixed up as we have seen with Trista's best friend. Nobody is coaching them on what to say, as I am sure they are with Trista. It is not a crime to not speak intelligently and it is very easy to mix up words. Just a thought, I have a son that is adhd and he constantly says things backwards or in a way that isn't so easily understood. I have to coach him to re-phrase what he is saying. I just think that maybe their is some misunderstanding where Justin is coming from especially because of the words he is using. I also believe because everyone has nit-picked at what he has already said that it will be awhile before he says anything else.

ReplyDeleteI am truly sorry for the loss your family has suffered. I am also saddened that Ayla was hurt and is missing. I am not trying to place blame on either side and certainly not you or your sister. But I must admit it I have some questions about your family. Maybe you can help me understand these things.
We can all say what we would do if our child was missing but none of us has had that happen. (well actually I did, my son was missing for 10 minutes and I freaked completely out and called 911.) However, If my son did go missing and LE was putting pressure on me I would immediately take a polygraph. If they were still too focused on me I would then hire some outside help or work with the FBI. I would also VEHEMENTLY be searching for my child. Outdoors knocking on doors, searching every street, abandoned house, you name. I would have searched until my legs could carry me no more. I dont think I could sleep or breathe without wondering where my child could be. I guess my biggest question is, has your family actually physically searched? Done or organized any search parties? I think the public would place less blame on your family if they were shown the family actually searching for the child.
I know some will say Police do not want you to search because you might mistakenly trample evidence or something but I think you would need the Armed forces to keep me from searching. I would call anyone and everyone I knew that were in and out of that house to get information, call me crazy, but yes I would be DARN CRAZY if it came to my child missing. I know people grieve and deal with tragic situations in different ways but I dont see the sense of urgency coming from Justine. I dont know him, and I dont know how he feels, but I do know from the interviews Ive watched Im not sensing URGENCY. What I am sensing (and this is my opinion only), is sadness, grieving, and shock over a loss that could have been prevented. NONE OF US, even YOU, knows what happened in that house, we are not here to judge. I am just saying that I can understand where some people can feel the people in the home could be involved. You are family so on a personal level, you want to defend the ones you love which is completely understandable. But for Ayla's sake, I would try to make my family understand that they need to do everything possible, including searches, sitting on FBI's doorsteps etc... to find that baby. If I were in Maine, I would be there searching too.

There was a point in time when I had no reason to believe I would survive long enough to tell anybody anything about Ayla. Uncle Cole and Ayla found Mr. Martin in a laundromat. (A funny story that can save for a funny moment.) With my permission, Mr. Martin was allowed to 'see' my memories - my investigation and discovery involving Ayla's disappearance. Not every memory is relevant, not every memory was inspected thoroughly. What he 'saw' was in the order of my brain processes - not chronological, not even in order of relevance. The images near the end are events that I reconciled and set aside for other connections. The images at the front (pop the stack) are the most pressing for revelation. The first image was the most significant at that moment.
This is why...
I saw Justin and Lance out looking for Ayla, for an indication of where she might be, who might have her. Justin and Lance had a brother-to-brother conversation that will stay between them. I saw some things at that site that caused me to encourage Justin to look around, upend the items, use that eidedic memory to look closely. Justin was not receptive to my encouragement or anyone else, it only caused him to pull back further. He demanded that Lance not bother anything else, either.
While Justin was fearful about finding his daughter there, we were desperate to see if the leaves inside the folded mattress were icy or wet, or fresh with an overnight wind. Nobody recalled an overnight wind that would have piled the leaves so deep. Nothing was disturbed until the brothers arrived. They say there was a massive neighborhood hunt for Ayla, yet nothing was disturbed.
I watched Lance. He noticed something. He was on the cusp of making a realization about what he was or was not seeing. I encouraged Lance to take a look around. What do you see? What does this mean to you? As his gaze shifted across the street and down the road, I could feel him trying to catch that illusive thought. Then, Lance's friends drove up in a car. It was the first sign of traffic, and then Lance lost the thread of thought he was chasing.
I relive that moment, trying to understand. Was there more than missing people? Was there something else?
FYI: This is what it means to be splayed on a table for public perusal. Mr. Martin has provided my memories with less than accurate interpretation. I'm the one on the table.
Related: The police should have taken that mattress. While I can't be sure, it appeared to be the same size as the one I saw in that upstairs/attic room. Not the same one, but the same size. Do they use listening devices on that lot to entrap drug users? I don't know.

DeleteFor the record, the first comment was a rerun. I already have the answers to the questions. Lance projected just fine. It's such an amazing event, and nobody will ever understand. With my self projected, I asked Lance what he thought. He was comparing what he saw and heard at that moment with what he saw and heard on an earlier day. I got it. Leaves intentionally piled up because of political show, basketball hoop missing/taken down. Full boat = 4. Full house = 5. Earlier day, it was a full house. I saw it all. There should be no reason for safety concerns over something like that. Any harm done to anyone is from fear-driven thugs.
I'm posting on a lonely page to tell you that I won't allow my words, memories, thoughts to be used in an untoward way. Not all of Martin's interpretation was wrong, but enough to create a false trail of guilt; not 'guilty' - guilt due to regrets. I find Martin's twist suspicious, and possibly tainted opinion from his own circumstances. I wish him luck with his own mental processes, and hope that doesn't have to happen again.

However you seem to be reluctant to continute with your story. I want to know what your interpretations are!!! Not what Martins thinks you are saying. Im sure you can convey this information yourself and those of us that are truely seeking Justice for Ayla can help you fill in or at least research the rest of the details.

Whether, or not, they are successful at their job, LE is responsible. Im not sure what you call your self psychic, intuitive etc... Im not sure what point your trying to make with this statement however if its what I think it is you are way off on your thinking here. It is up to LE to prove beyond a reasonable doubt who is resposible for what has happened to Ayla Bell Reynolds. It is the only way justice will be served...

There is a circular file that is most often used for tips from psychics. It sometimes has a name - File 13. Occasionally, I've seen circular files with a variety of labels taped or stuck to the outer metal or plastic. They actually are labeled 'Tips from Psychics'. I'm not joking.
