Why isn't Trista sharing her OWN story?
Didn't Jessica have her own apartment at that time? Why were they both staying in the Maine Motel? If the state of Maine was footing the bill for that hotel, were they okay with Jessica staying there, or were the twisted sistas perpetrating fraud?
Trista was on her way to Machiasport, for what? Why doesn't Jeff just say she was visiting her deadbeat "babydaddy" in jail? How far did Trista get on her journey to Machiasport; did she reach her destination and then turn around? Who was driving her, and in what car? How early had she left Portland to get to Machiasport? What time was the visit at the jail supposed to start? \ Does Trista usually visit Machiasport? Why didn't she make as much effort to go see AYLA?
Where were her own children? Why is she in a motel room, when she has a home of her own? Was her car, assuming she has one, searched?
Did the police use tracking dogs at this hotel? Of course Jessica agreed to the search, if Trista took Ayla, she was well on her way to Machiasport or whatever her real destination may have been, by this time.
Why didn't Trista's own FAMILY contact her and let her know that Ayla was missing? Why didn't the police contact her sooner? We're faulting Justin for not calling Trista immediately, but we see that Jessica didn't find the matter too pressing either. How do you all know that Justin didn't implicate Trista in the 911 call, and then law enforcement told him not to confront or call her---to let them handle it?
If Justin never told the police that he thought Trista and her krew had Ayla, why were they immediately honing in on them? Yes, they would normally look at the mother, but they went a step further in looking at her father's house. It's widely rumored that Trista was not even allowed to be there.
Trista earlier reported that she was told to stay out of Waterville, didn't she? Where was Becca at during all of this time? Did Trista have to drive through Waterville to get to Machiasport?
Now, how is Trista only being able to listen to 2 of the 3 calls and then reporting on those limited calls not the same as releasing half of the text messages? Trista is not privy to what was said in the 3rd call, and how is Trista able to judge whether or not a person is acting? According to Trista's supporters, Justin has been playing Trista all along. Only now does she wake up and realize he's "acting"? Trista is the QUEEN of acting and does not EVER sound concerned or sincere.
There are so many reasons he may have hung up, this assertion is ridiculous. I'm sure you people think he hung up so that he could continue hiding evidence. That doesn't make sense though, because he could have hid everything he desired, and then called 911. Nothing made him call at that time and on that day, but the fact that he was missing his baby, AYLA.
That's standard in ongoing investigations.
What kind of journalism is this? How the hell can you say the 911 tapes would hurt Justin? You're basing that off the word of a person who has just as much MOTIVE as Justin does to lie. This is why the REAL media will not publish the shit that Trista wants to spew from her mouth. She is not trustworthy. She's an admitted addict, and that's reason enough to discount EVERYTHING she says.
How do you know that Justin REFUSED to stay on the line? Did it ever occur to you that something could have been more pressing than holding the phone? Like frantically searching for a lost little girl! He already had police on the way, that was the important thing. Anything is possible.
Why would he call the suspect? What would he have done if she did have Ayla? He still would have needed to contact authorities, because walking into someone's house without their permission is a CRIME. Even if you are going to retrieve your child, you are still committing a crime!
The most important phone records are Trista's and her family's. Who did Jessica alert once she found out Ayla was missing? Why didn't she call Trista? Surely she knew exactly who Trista was with, and if Trista was alone, was she really driving that distance with no cell phone? Who told Becca that Ayla was missing?
She had access to a car or a ride. To people who say she had no car, that argument no longer holds water. She was mobile that night and/or morning. To people who say that a druggie couldn't do this---she was sober enough (THAT DAY, AT LEAST) to go visit someone in jail, so you be the judge. What exactly is Trista's alibi? I hope it's not Jessica? The Maine Motel may have cameras, but I don't think it's likely. A motel is the lowest place you can live, besides a trailer park, so I wouldn't bet on it. Anyway, where was baby Ray---with Trista or with Jessica? How long had they been at the motel together? I'm guessing not long, because neither of them were in jail for fighting yet. What was Trista's check out date from the motel?
One thing is clear, JEFFREY should keep talking! The amount of reasonable doubt that guy raises would be a gift to any defendant. Unfortunately though, I have a sneaking suspicion that the defendant will end up being someone he's trying to "protect."
Oh, a joke I thought of on my own. How do you know when Trista is lying? When Jeff is blogging! LOL
Last thing---WHY IS TRISTA JUST NOW DIVULGING THIS INFORMATION? Nancy Grace asked her about her alibi. Trista offered SO much extra information about having gone to the DiPietro home and where Ayla sleeps, but she never mentioned that she had a ROAD TRIP previously planned. Interesting how that road trip coincides with Ayla's DISAPPEARANCE!
Who was babysitting Ayla when Justin went to Portland ? What did Phoebe mean when she said "pretty much" it was a normal night? Whos car was there at 3am? What were the oddities in the house? Are they done testing the blood? Did Justin leave at all that night? Was Lance there that night?
ReplyDeleteSupporting Trista must be getting harder to do, huh?
DeleteWanna answer any one of the questions I asked, instead of diverting the issue?
Isnt that what LE does though is question the people their that night first to clear them then move on to other people? Thats what I was trying to do.Clear them first,If they didnt leave that night, and the car wasnts theirs, then wouldnt that mean someone other than family went to the house that night. If the questions were answered they would be ruled out.
DeleteIMHO, the TristaTrolls specialize in diversionary tactics, just like Trista, the Queen of diversionary tactics. Trista also specializes in playing dumb, BIG TIME. She is quite an actress and manipulator, IMHO.
DeleteGram. I have a special assignment for you. I would like for you to look up the cases of wrongly convicted people in this country. It happens. A lot. Do you think that all of *those* law enforcement personnel and investigators were simply inept; and that MSP is incapable of making the mistakes so many others have made? If so, and this is a question I ask in sincerity- what is different about the MSP? Is it the fresh air in Maine that makes them infallible and not capable of getting on the wrong trail? What would be amazing is if they correct course now. That would show something truly different about that state in comparison to the rest of the country. But so far, the only thing we've seen that's different about the state of Maine is the unabashed mud-slinging from low class citizens who can't even string together a coherant sentence, but fancy themselves special inductees to the FBI. I'm sorry to say that it's not a pretty picture. And even the few who do the mud slinging with big words have exposed their severely stunted discernment skills.

"Justin's failure to contact Trista undercuts recent suggestions online that he believed she was responsible for their daughter's disappearance. If he thought Trista might have Ayla, wouldn't that have been the first call he made?"
ReplyDeleteUm, haven't they said over and over that Trista didn't always have a cell phone? That was one of their reasons, if I remember correctly, they gave as to why Trista hadn't stayed in touch? ????
No. Trista called every day. She had the use of phones of family members and Justin knew how to get in touch with her. Remember he called her when he was taking Ayla to the ER.
Deleteif she had a phone, or her driver did, why would someone in Trista's family not call it immediately when they were notified?
DeleteTrista sometimes had trac phones. Many times used a friend or relatives phone getting a hold of her would be hit or miss. Maybe trying to track her down on a bunch of different numbers when he was on the phone with 911 and then after with officers was not the first thing on his mind. And officers took care of that.
DeleteIf I were Jessica, as soon as LE gave me a chance to get out the door and be alone, calling Trista would be the VERY first thing I would do. Jessica would know how to contact her. If Trista did have AYLA this would definitely up the anti more to get in touch. Jessica called someone that is for sure.Id steak my life on it.Ron Sr. didnt know till 11:30ish or so it was reported as such. Jess was the first to know that AYLA was missing and that LE was called.
DeleteYou would be better off eating that , "STEAK" . (Stake) Sure Jessica would try to call trista to let her know Ayla was missing, if Trista had a phone at the time or Jessica had a phone.
DeleteJessica has a phone. It is one of the phones Trista uses to make her calls. But even if she did not have it could she not go to the motel office and say it is an emergency I need to get a hold of my sister her child is missing! And what are the chances that both Trista and the person driving her had no phone? I think one of them must have had one because she did find out an hour and a half later. So was that on her walkie talkie?
DeleteHaha
ReplyDeleteI've been absent from posting for a while, but I'd like to address the 911 phone calls from my personal perspective.
ReplyDeleteI can see situations where I would hang up on a 911 operator. I've listened to many a real 911 call via the media. I'm sorry to insult 911 operators, but they are not the brightest bulbs in the box. It's a minimum wage job and they are working from 'scripts'.
I have listened to extreme emergency calls where the caller is frantic, losing their marbles, and the 911 operator is asking them a bunch of questions. When some people (thinking of myself here) are in a state of panic, they don't suffer fools gladly and their patience is extremely thin.
My opinion of Justin is he is the type of guy that will just walk away or clam up if he finds himself dealing with unreasonable, accusatory, or people that put him in a lose-lose situation. I'm a bit like that when it comes to these blogs. If I feel I have a view that is a little different, I may share it on a blog, like this one, that is willing to accept different viewpoints. I won't, however, get in to a cyber argument with close minded individuals that refuse to even entertain someone else's different opinion.
This blog includes a lot of original questions and theories that give food for thought. Even though I am still not in the 'dips did it' camp, I am also not in the 'Trista and/her family have Ayla' camp. In fact, I think chance of the latter being true is just about nil. All the other comments made here about the Reynolds family, I totally agree with.
While I'm on my morning soap box, I'd like to address the nasty things being said about Phoebe. People change as they get older. The crazy or even immoral things some do when young deserve consideration for forgiveness. Here, I am referring to the rumors that Phoebe was promiscuous as a young woman. The rumors about her being on drugs and needing to maintain herself on methadone, I haven't a clue if that is true. If it is, then it is sad that someone gets themselves in that situation. In any case, she is able to hold down a responsible job and has managed to raise three healthy kids as a single mom.
well-said bystander
DeleteSo does everyone deserve forgiveness for the mistakes they make when they are young? Or just Pheebs?
Delete"The rumors about her being on drugs and needing to maintain herself on methadone, I haven't a clue if that is true"
DeleteThis is what it is...a rumor. Phoebe is not on drugs and doesnt need methadone.
Justin's cell phone died he had to call 911 back on his sister's phone.
Deletesounds like he didn't plan that call very well in advance
DeleteDidn't Jeff say that 911 called Justin back, and he hung up again? He didn't say that Trista said Justin explained the phone died, just says he hung up, they called him back, and he hung up again!!!!
DeleteBystander... I'm surprised to read that you think Pheobe raised "three health kids!" Really?? So, you consider Elisha, a teenage un-wed mother; Justin, a drug-dealer and un-wed father whose child has unexplained bruises and a broken arm who has been missing from his residence for 4 months; and Lance, a pot growing and smoking restaurant grunt worker who's in and outta jail and likes to bully people that are smaller then him as healthy??? That's a laugh!!! Those three are FAR FAR AWAY from being healthy people and THAT is why we don't know where Ayla is. The thought of Aylas blood being spilled in THEIR basement makes me sick! Justin is a COWARD! Maybe if Pheobe actually raised her kids to be healthy individuals Ayla Bell would still be here...
DeleteJUSTIN, WHERE IS AYLA????
LE has that info, so if Justin did not switch phones he will be caught in a lie.
DeleteYup Jeff did say that. Wonder why?
DeleteSELLLEEENNNNAAAA How do you know ANYTHING about your sister? She did not even recognize your voice on the phone. I'll tell you what, your character is defined by the fact that you never even cared one iota about little Ayla, never even so much as taken 5 minutes to meet her and see the twinkle in her eyes. And now you use her name to get your 5 minutes (or months) of fame..in the name of a tiny two year old..and that my dear BITCH is why you DISCUST me ! Lower than low, I can only shake my head at such behavior from an adult against a two year old swwet little child.
DeleteHow does it feel to be "DISCUSTED" ??? LOL You really should have stayed in school. It would have made a world of difference in your life!
DeleteIf you don't believe anything else I say, believe me when I tell you that an education is one of the most essential things in life. Now go get one! :)
I'm not concerned about typing mistakes and find EQ as important, if not more important, than IQ. Maybe you should take what you learned and put it to a better use. Better yet, take an ethics course.
DeleteIf my IQ was as low as yours, I would probably dismiss its importance as well. I've taken enough ethics courses, so no thanks on that one. I'm surprised you spelled that right though!!!! Good job.
DeleteI think maybe you need to learn the IMPORTANCE of ethics and put that into practice thereby utilizing your EQ along with your IQ to form a well rounded person. Don't worry, you have yet to gain that type of wisdom but I have all the faith in the world that you will.
DeleteAllez au lit maintenant vous avez besoin de votre repos de beaute'. Je m'ennuie avec toi.
You Disgust Me,
DeleteYou feel that ethics is more important than intelligence, ..It certainly is just as important.
Did you read what you wrote,..Do you think what you wrote was in any way ethical?
Unbelievable
"Lies" knows what I'm talking about. There is a big difference considering her plans to be involved in criminal justice between my voicing my dislike of Selena and what , "Lies", does not only here but to other families who have children who are missing.
Delete@ you disgust me
Deletenow now....anyone can use google translate these days. still doesn't increase your iq now does it?
im also detecting a lack of EQ, otherwise you would be debating in a more clear-headed and controlled manner. perhaps you need to learn how to use it yourself before trying to look intellectual to the world by trying to point out other people's deficiencies, but that takes IQ. Even better tips in success is the sigma 6 or sumo-guy method.
@ You disgust me.
Delete:p
@Careful what you say
DeleteYes LE does have that info. Maybe it is Jeff who should be careful.
Great post JSTL. You raise a ton of very important questions. You've really got my brain humming this morning! So much to think about and look into. It is a shame that LE never really looked at the maternal family much. It seems like this case went askew very early on.
ReplyDeleteYes it did. Nancy Grace had Justin hung for child abuse and causing the disappearance of AYLA,just two days after she went missing.
Deletehttp://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/1112/19/ng.01.html
Aired December 19, 2011 - 20:00 ET
It went askew early on when blood was spilled in the basement. LE does not base their investigation on Nancy grace.
DeleteAny innocent mother, upon learning that her baby is missing, would dial the number of the person who last had her child, as fast as her fingers could possibly do it.
ReplyDeleteYET TRISTA DID NOT CALL JUSTIN ON DECEMBER 17 NOR FOR SEVERAL DAYS THEREAFTER. She knew that Justin could not call her, or would have difficulty reaching her, because she had no cell phone of her own nor a land line. Trista knew Justin's phone number. WHY DID SHE NOT CALL THE LAST MAN TO SEE HER DAUGHTER ALIVE (as she put it)?
Now I think I understand why right at the beginning Trista used the phrase "last man to see my daughter alive." I suspect that Trista set out right at the beginning to frame Justin and make it look in the media as if he killed Ayla, so that no one would look in her direction and she would accomplish her goal of eventually having sole possession of Ayla.
Trista and Jessica both proceeded immediately to paint Justin in the media as a monster capable of killing Ayla through child abuse. They probably used the same tactic in their interviews with LE--pointing their fingers at Justin as a potential killer. Their ploy has worked like a charm thus far.
Step back and review this case keeping in mind the theory that Trista and/or Jessica are behind the whole thing. Re-listen and/or re-read Trista's and Jessica's interviews. Then you may see things in a whole new light.
Lewiston to Machiasport is 3 hours 35 minutes +/- on the shortest route, to go from Lewiston to Machiasport via Waterville adds 13 minutes to the trip. Lewiston to Waterville is about an hour, Waterville to Machiasport about three hours. I'm assuming if Trista didn't find out until 11:30 that it's because she was notified when she arrived at the prison. Was someone's phone off? Is that why her family couldn't reach her for an hour and a half? Or did no one in the car have a phone? If she left around 7:30 and drove straight there, she would have easily been able to be in the Waterville area at 8:30. Of course, we don't know what time she actually left. I have never thought that Trista took Ayla, but I find that timing really bizarre. What would the likelihood be that someone who hardly can get around would happen to have been in the vicinity at the time Ayla went missing? That is way more bizarre than the timing of the LIP IMO. I also find it strange if police didn't look for Trista en route or search the car she was riding in given the timing and what was likely Justin's accusation to them. Why wouldn't they? Again, I never thought that Trista took Ayla but this makes me wonder. What if she decided to stop by to see her baby on her way through since she'd been denied talking to her on the phone and had just filed for parental rights - and she knocked on the door, no one answered, she tried the door and it was unlocked, she went in and either found Ayla crying unattended or sleeping sweetly and she was overcome with the motherly instinct to have her baby girl back and just took her? I am not bashing Trista, nor am I accusing her of murder. I just am no longer feeling so sure that Trista didn't take Ayla herself... and if she did, that would be the best outcome of all. IMO
ReplyDelete*my bad: South Portland, not Lewiston - as S Portland is further south and would take a similar route it would add a half hour or so to the times where Lewiston is mentioned.
DeleteThat certainly would be the best outcome of all. I pray that the Reynolds took Ayla and not a stranger. I pray that Trista gets to hold that Baby girl. I pray that AYLA spent her Birthday with the Reynolds.
DeleteI whole heartedly support Justins plea's for immunity.
Go to HELL Selena. we are suppose to believe that you and justin really want immunity incase the kidnappers (jessica and trista)who took Ayla wont be charged. I would love to travel over 500 miles just to get to punch you dead square on ugly mug.
Delete"What would the likelihood be that someone who hardly can get around would happen to have been in the vicinity at the time Ayla went missing? That is way more bizarre than the timing of the LIP IMO."
DeleteI don't know which reeks stronger, your prejudices or your logical deficiencies.
Seriously? Why don't you make up a fact and then pile on other made up facts... oh, wait a minute, that's what you did.
1. Look at a map. Waterville is not on the way from S. Portland to Machiasport. If she and Robert would have had to take a 10 mile detour, then she was hardly in the vicinity.
2. You are making believe Trista and Robert detoured to Waterville arriving 8:30 am and taking Ayla. Besides having no foundation in fact, you might remember that Elisha was up and engaging in her morning routine at 8:30 am.
3. Your characterization of Trista as someone who can hardly get around belies your prejudice. Trista like many people doesn't own a car. So what?
Are you now suggesting that Robert aided and abetted a spontaneous kidnapping and Elisha silently acquiesced? What about Ayla's blood by Justin's bed?
I would support immunity for Trista and the Reynolds family as well. Lets us just know that Ayla is safe and sound and we can all move on with our lives and Ayla can too.
DeleteRobert?? Robert have a phone? Did Jessica give Trista a call when LE searched the motel room? Was Robert at the motel that night or did he show up to give Trista a ride?
Delete@ Try Again - clearly you have way more inside information in this case than I do. I have no prejudices or logical deficiencies. I stated nothing as fact, people can google map search on their own. 1. I consider a 10 mile detour in a 4 hour trip in the vicinity... certainly a LOT closer than S. Portland... and I have never heard of a "Robert." 2. I'm not "making believe" anything. I have no idea what time she actually left S. Portland. 3. I also don't have a car. It's been discussed ad nauseum that Trista doesn't drive; therefore, it's weird that she happened to be on the road that particular day. That's not prejudice.
DeleteI've always thought it most likely that the DiPietros had something to do with Ayla's disappearance, that it wasn't possible that Trista, herself, could have - although I have HOPED someone who loves her has her safe and sound.
You think people who do not have a car cannot or should not get around? She is free to go wherever she wants and if she happens to be out on a sat morning that means she did not sleep in late like the dips did.
DeleteWho the hell is Robert?
DeleteI understood she was driving herself to Machiasport? And if it was indeed Jessica's car why wasnt Jessica driving? Was she waiting for a call that her neice was missing?
DeleteHere's Tori's story:

What the hell does the information about Tori have to do with Trista being innocent or guilty? Here is my "rap sheet" then:
Delete1981 - Ticket for turning left in a right hand turn lane.
2005 - Ticket for driving more than 10 miles over posted speed limit.
2010 - Ticket for failure to stop at stop sign.
Does this make Trista any more innocent or guilty?
My thoughts exactly! I don't what Tori's criminal record has to do with Ayla missing! Plus it's been posted here so many times. She made some poor choices in the past, and now she's looking for Ayla. Please, connect the stories for me, I don't get it.
DeleteBeautiful Barbie,
DeleteYou are anonymous. How ever the people that Tori & Ashley have posted things about their private lives just out of spite are not. And this says something about their character. And they both proclaim to be Trista's friends. Who you surround yourself with says something about your own character.
And this has to do with Ayla how?
DeleteI would much rather have Tori as a friend than LIES or Selena. Any day!
DeleteTori was not very good at not getting caught hence she was not practiced very well at the crime.
Lies and Selena are loud mouthed bullies and I would RUN at the sight of them.
Run away ,run away.Dont look back YOU disgust me!
DeleteTHANKFULLY I cannot see you and with your threatening demeaner I would run if I had the unfortunate experience of being in your unwelcomed company. How was your relationship with your Mommy Hellena?

ReplyDeleteIN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 11:13 a.m., Ashley I. Pouliot, 25, of 77 Drummond Ave., was summoned on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license
I tried to not laugh at your joke...didnt happen.
ReplyDeleteHow embarrassing for Tori.
ReplyDeleteSo then, does Trista continue to visit this arsonist in prison? He is in there for a long time isn't he? Why wouldn't she stop and visit Alya on the way to prison even if it was 30 minutes or so out of the way? Her priority was to see this guy instead of her daughter?
Birth daddy or not, I think it is a huge mistake to continue associating with someone in jail that has been found guilty beyond doubt of felony. Jeff, what do you think about this?
Not only is he an arsonist but I think it is important to note that there were families living in the apartment building that he burned down at his mothers request.
ReplyDeleteWhat kind of people are little Ray's father and grandmother?? How could Trista admire someone who would do such a thing? What does this say about Trista's own sense of right and wrong?
Deleteno one said she was a good man picker. Doesn't mean she isn't a good mother
Deleteshe's a good addict. i don't know any good addicts that make good parents. loving maybe, good no.
DeleteIN WINSLOW, Wednesday at 1:03 a.m., Derek A. Tudela, 23, of 1295 Main St., Clinton, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence, on Benton Avenue.
ReplyDeleteCrazy enough, Benton Avenue is the street where the Tudela's State Farm office is. Did he get a bit hammered at work, stay a little late and then try to drive home?
Why post records of irrelevant people and not include the ones of people directly tied with the investigation? Whats to say that Derek the alcoholic (he must be, right?) didn't have something to do with this case?
@Judge one, Judge All
DeleteWay to go onlooking up and OUI from almost TWO YEARS ago. Nothing more recent for you to stick your fangs in?? Oh...right....I guess it's because SOME people LEARN from their mistakes. They GROW UP and change behaviors they have recognized to be WRONG.
Let's see...how many times has super mom Trista or her loser sister been arrested? And recently?? Come on...you want to compare- then COMPARE.
Jerk.
Should you be visiting this blog and leaving comments like this from work? US Dept of State or Bangor Savings Bank? I'll figure it out eventually! :)
ReplyDeleteDamn...that there is messed up.Someone needs help or locked up.
ReplyDeleteI noticed the little internet tracker icon above your blogroll.
ReplyDeletePretty darn neat. I'm always amazed with the new technology in recent years.
I'm also amazed at some of the things people say now a days.
If Trista took Ayla, I think she would have been found by now, either dropped off in a neutral location so no one figures out who took her or someone would have ratted on her. Remember there is a $30,000 reward for whoever helps law enforcement find her.
ReplyDeleteIt's just the Linnells. Ignore them and maybe one day they will just GO AWAY.
ReplyDeleteTo JSTL- EXCELLANT post. Lots of VERY relevant questions. Sad they will NEVER be answered. Much to Jeff's dismay- communication is a TWO WAY street. That means the "failure to communicate" falls not only on the DiPietro's but also on the Reynolds clan.
Go ahead and post my charges. . . Please. You won't see anything criminal as far as I'm aware :)
ReplyDeleteNot YET Derek. But they will be there soon.
DeleteHow can you be so smug about the fact that you got arrested for a DUI? Because mommy and daddy paid some money and made it all go away? Must be nice!
DeleteAt least he has a Mommy and wasnt hatched under a bush.
DeleteDEREK.. you are not as good at covering your tracks as you think you are.
Deleteand.. You say go ahead and post your charges but there is nothing criminal there. So the differance being? Threatening versus criminal threatening? Is that the type of differance? As far as you are aware??
Well if there "will be", that's news to me.
DeleteI don't believe smug is the correct term, the OUI sucked... Lesson Learned and I paid all my fees thanks; I have a job. You should try it! What's your address I'll send a donation to your "Ayla fund" so you can use it to pay all of your unpaid fines.
What else are you and your mommy going to use Ayla funds for Derek.? What a horrible thing to use Aylas name the way you just did! shows how disrespectfull you are to her!!!!
DeleteWhat were yuo thinking when you, an alcoholic was driving around endangering childrens lives and believe me I know you drove in that condition more than once.
Wow,what kind of person are you? Just completely making up fantasies. Won't even begin trying to reason with you. Take care,
DeleteWhat kind of a person are you to be driving around drunk is the question. Not a fantasy, you allready got caught.
Delete@Derek
DeleteSo was your charge not a criminal charge then?
Listen, the DA dropped the charge as it was so close to the legal limit. It is an administrative violation. I'm not excusing the action, just clarifying there are no criminal charges on my record. I don't know where threatening comes into play. Did you just throw that out there to confuse people? Your manipulative posts are unreasonable. You have no reason to attack me because clearly you don't know me. Frankly, I don't want to know you! Anybody who knows who I am would be acting a lot more respectful because those are the types of people I surround myself with.
DeleteAlso, enough with the accusations of alcoholism. . . I think we all know trista is the one with the problems.
Now get off your ass and peel your face from the computer; get outside and enjoy the nice weather. Good riddance!
Good for you Derek! I'm so tired of the Pro-Reynolds Klan accusing people of being unfit parents, having mental illness issues, and being alcoholics or druggies. They are projecting; we know Trista involved with DHHS, she was off her meds, and she had just gotten out of rehab. God forbid anybody bring those FACTS up though...
DeleteDerek, YOU said, "You won't see anything criminal as far as I Know" you also asid it was a DUI and you learned and paid all your fes.
DeleteThen you say the DA dropped the charge..why did you have to pay any fees then?
Alcoholics drive drunk and have a hard time admitting they have a problem.
I don't do what 5 am TOLD to do especially by a bully so your words have no effect on me. I totally agree, in no way shape or form do I wish to know you, not at all.
Liar by avoidance - I'm not Derek, nor do I know him - but I assume from what he said that the fees were for the administrative violation... which might also be considered a traffic violation, there are fees (fines) with that, not criminal charges.
DeleteDerek, glad to hear the lesson was learned. Given how other blogs have portrayed your involvement in this case, I honestly can't imagine anyone standing beside someone being put through what you have. I feel you're just THAT good of a person. My heart tells me that you are doing so because you know in your heart he is innocent. Anyone should be so lucky to be able to call you a friend.
the space between,
DeleteVery nice comment and
I agree.
Thats nice to hear. Thank you-
DeleteSpace between, I totally agree and feel the same way about Derek. I think that one of the things we see happening here is that many of the people that took to the boards online are really a certain type of personality- an array of them-that can't comprehend genuine decency in a person.
Deleteheh...OoOooOOoOoo Im so scared. You dont have the intelligence to debate...for you to form a legitimate thought must be like nailing jello to a tree. *imagines anon actually trying that.* bahahaha

This is the place you see in horror movies.
Dirty, smoky rooms, sketchy area, cheap for a reason. There are so many better choices in this area for just a few dollars more per month, be smart with your money and safety.
Room Tip: This place is where the hobos stay after they gather enough money begging on the corner.
more enlightening reviews at link above.
this was Ayla's safe 'home' J4A.
i'm glad we now know where Ayla and Ray Jr were enjoying their childhoods.
But this place is across the street from the meth clinic. Maybe handy if you have no license or vehicle.
DeleteFriggin wow.....Funny how all the threats are coming from the Maternal(if you can call it that)side. Interesting how none of us Justin fans are threatening, stalking or harrassing anyone. Come home Ayla, Daddy is waiting for you!!!!
ReplyDeleteI just want to say that the above person is calling herself a Justin fan but I've never heard another person say that or refer to themselves as a Justin fan, even those that remain strongly supportive of him and his family through this ongoing tragedy. It's not the mindset. Even if one person adopts the phrase.
ReplyDeletethanks Red flags.
ReplyDeleteNot smart enough to PING peoples IP's...so you had to get an IP ticker. Too bad I don't live in St. Paul... Your thing sucks.
