We saw that Trista asked Justin for Ayla's clothes, especially the "new ones".
Why didn't Trista ask for the blanket back as well, since she was so worried about where it was?

ReplyDeleteMaybe Trista wants the clothes back because - as you declared - she's pregnant. If so, who really cares? Maybe she wants the "new" clothes back for her new baby. Maybe she wants them back because they were purchased with the idea of Ayla wearing or growing into them, and the idea of Justin having them in the face of a "disturbing" amount of Ayla's blood being found in his home leads Trista to believe her intentions in having Ayla wear them will never be realized.
It doesn't really matter why she asked for them back. I know her request plays into your "Trista kidnapped Ayla" fantasy, but LE has already said the kidnapping claim is implausible.
Oh come on people. Do you really not find this odd behavior for a mom whose baby girl has come up "missing from her" or as she repeatedly states may be "dead"

Trista sounds like a petty pissed off mom to me. Who is in the middle of a custody battle and want her daughters clothes back. And again the question is WHY?
LE said that they had "grave doubts" that a stranger went into the house and took Ayla. I agree with that view. But LE has NEVER said that they have ruled out the theory that a family member or acquaintance took Ayla. That is what I think happened.

LE has said that the theory that someone (did not specify stranger, family, etc) came into the house and took Ayla does not pass the straight face test. Meaning - there was no abduction. There was no abduction by neighborhood pedophiles, no abduction by a jealous woman who couldn't reproduce. No abduction by Jessica, Jeff, Trista .. get the point?
DeleteI think I would be a pissed off mom too, especially if my child's father was the last to see him, the last to put him to bed, and blood was found in his basement. I would make sure I got back every last blanket, shirt, sock and teddy. I would make sure that any memory of my child was taken from him, similar to how he took my baby from me. How is that being a "petty" mother? Pissed off, absolutely.
That's why.!!!! Exactly. LE went to that home with homicide detectives and multiple DA's. More than standard protocol. The FBI packed up and left and said not an abduction. Not an abduction applies to strangers and family.

LE has not yet recanted their statements.Many many times when we see the words foul play used it's not good news. Their not hinting at kidnapping or abduction either. I hate to even say it concerning Ayla. But all the other homicides that have happened recently in this state and New England have all said foul play is suspected.....prior to them finding a body in a homicide investigation. They're not talking lesser crimes folks.

And there is no proof of harm to her. She is gone. So what do you call that? Fact is she is not in that house. Fact is SOMEONE took her out of that house. Call it what you want but she did not walk out on her own. So what DO you call it when a child is not in a home any longer. What is that called?????

The whole blanket thing is just as sudden as the pj thing.Jeff doesnt just say a pink blanket.He discribes this blanket quite well, including where it came from and the sentimental value behind it. Why has LE focused their searches in Waterville? Full searches of Violette Ave home,personal vehicles, Messalonskee Stream , dives in the Kennebec, Ground searches. There are no focused searches in Portland (where mom and dad had lived) or Lewiston (where Jessica lived). They have very strong reason to believe that something happened to Ayla in Waterville and there wasn't alot of travel involved.
