To look back at previous statements/interviews/articles, especially those made early on in the case, to see what we can glean from them. This interview with Nancy Grace aired on December 19, two days after Ayla went missing...
GRACE: So you went all on your own without even a lawyer to help you,
trying to get custody. Why, Trista, were you trying to get full
custody?
REYNOLDS: Because her father has never had anything
to do with her up until I needed to go and get a little bit of help for
myself. And then when I left my daughter with my sister, that`s when he
decided, You know what? I`m going to take Ayla.
And I want to
put it out there that every time my daughter has gone with Justin, she
would always come back with bruises on her or she had come back with a
pulled muscle. And in the 18 months that I had had my daughter, not
once did she ever end up missing, did she ever end up with a broken
bone, did she ever miss a doctor`s appointment. And since she`s been
with Justin, she has missed four appointments for shots. And this past
Friday, she missed her bone specialist appointment.
1. Why would Trista be trying to "put this out there" when her daughter has been missing for 2 days, and the person she is "putting out there" supposedly holds the key to where her daughter is? Why did Trista have the need to IMMEDIATELY shape public perception? Why are people upset that Justin is not talking in the media? Trista set out from day 1 trying to get the attention off of her and onto someone else. Answer why she would just "put it out there", unprompted? If your child CAME BACK with bruises or injuries each time, that means you continued to let the child go only to suffer at the hands of someone else. Nancy Grace should have handed Trista her ass for saying that.
2. Why has Trista been dishonest about leaving Ayla with her sister? Why has she said that her and Justin had an agreement in some interviews, and then changed that story in other interviews? We know from the text messages that she ASKED Justin to take care of Ayla. Why lie, and why have none of you questioned that lie?
3. Why did Trista lie about Justin not having anything to do with Ayla until she went to rehab? Another way to taint public perception; Trista has also said that Ayla was "injured" in her father's care on at least 2 occasions before Trista went to rehab. So which is it...is it that Justin never had anything to do with Ayla until you needed help, or are you just a stupid liar?
GRACE: Trista, I know just -- literally hours before baby Ayla
goes missing, you go to court to fight for full custody of your baby
girl. And as of right now, you have not seen her since. What are
police telling you about her disappearance, Trista?
REYNOLDS:
They`re telling me nothing. They`re telling me that we`re in the same
place that I was on Saturday, that they don`t know what happened to her.
They don`t know where she could be. And all that`s running through my
mind is, I know my baby girl. I know Ayla, and Ayla doesn`t sleep
through the night. She normally gets up once or twice for a diaper
change, to have a bottle, to just, you know, like -- like, I would check
on her all hours of the night. All hours.
1. Why hasn't that particular sentence been jumped all over by the statement analysts? Where was Trista on that particular Saturday? I think that's going to be important.
2. How would Trista know that Ayla doesn't sleep through the night? Most mommies can say "I know my baby" but if you've lost custody of your child and not had her for 2 months, you cannot speak to the baby's daily/nightly habits.
3. I'm sorry, no slight to Trista, but we are supposed to believe that an alcohol and/or drug addict made it a priority to stay up and check on their child all night?
GRACE: To Ronald Reynolds, also joining us today. This is baby Ayla`s
grandfather. Ronald, I don`t understand how the baby got that broken
bone with Daddy to start with. Explain to me again, Ronald, how that
supposedly went down.
RONALD REYNOLDS, MISSING CHILD`S
GRANDFATHER (via telephone): I said -- I`m sorry, ma`am. I don`t know.
Honestly, I don`t know. All I know is what was told what happened
with her arm, and that she went to the doctors, got it checked out, and
apparently, it was broken from the fall.
Did Ronald Reynold's go off script here? Wasn't he supposed to play up suspicion about the broken arm? He stumbled over his words so much in this answer, it was ridiculous. I wonder why we haven't seen statement analysis on these types of things. People using the words, "I'm sorry" and "Honestly" have been flagged in other people's statements, why not these? HMMMM...
GRACE: I think I understand what you`re saying. With me is the mom and
the grandfather. Trista Reynolds, did the dad have any idea that you
went to court, on your own, no lawyer, nobody helping you, to seek full
custody of the baby?
REYNOLDS, AYLA REYNOLDS` MOTHER
(via telephone): No. I did not tell Justin that I was going to the
court to file. Now, me and him had had the discussion within that week
that he told me himself that he was going to file the custody papers
against me. So I decided to go and file against him.
GRACE: All right. So he did not know, then? In your mind, he did not know that you had filed the papers?
REYNOLDS: No, I wanted him not to know that I was filing --
GRACE: Why? Why didn`t you want him to know?
REYNOLDS: Why didn`t I want him to know?
GRACE: Right.
REYNOLDS: Because he`s vindictive. He`s very verbally abusive
towards me and anything that I say or do, he refuses to let me see my
daughter, he`s refused to let me talk to her. I mean, he has never,
like, once since he`s had her, since October 17th, had let me have her
for one single day. So, I decided that it was time to do this the legal
way and let a judge say who this child should be with. And my daughter
does deserve to be with me. I`m the one who`s raised her for 18
months.
1. Trista only filed for custody because Justin said he was going to. She was not concerned about her child, she didn't miss her child, she wasn't tired of being denied parental rights, she filed because JUSTIN WAS GOING TO FILE. How mature. How motherly. How great of a parent can one person be?
2. Any time a person repeats the question, they are thinking of a lie. Period, point blank, Trista's statement after that is a complete lie.
3. She decided it was time to do it the legal way? TWO SECONDS AGO SHE SAID SHE FILED BECAUSE JUSTIN WAS GOING TO? Who is the vindictive one, really?

I'd have to check, but I don't remember my 18 to 20 month old needing 4 different shots in 2 months.

Trista failed to get the shots for Ayla when she was a bit younger. This was brought up by the doctor when she took Ayla to the doctor to try to document a supposed injury by Justin and get the doctor to file a report to DHHS. That is when the doctor brought up the issue that Trista's two kids were behind on their shots.

...He didn't have legal custody of her. He knew that Trista could come & take Ayla, or send someone to do so. That's why he was worried about it. Perhaps she even said something like that, or alluded to it.
...How do you remedy that? You go to court and get legal custody. Which, according to Trista he was planning on doing.
...Trista then desides she is going to do this first.
Not that it would have mattered, it was still going to be decided in court, no matter who filed first. Which leads to questions.
....I'm sure that Trista talks about this with family & friends. She was angry, she didn't like the fact that Justin planned on going to court to get custody of Ayla.
Would a family member or friend have decided to help her out? Go take Ayla? Maybe.
no way. Out of my 4 children, who were all breastfed, only two of them were even somewhat similar in their sleep patterns. And at that, the shift to sleeping through the night happened at different times. I'm so sick of all the people who claim that they know what is the only correct answer to how long a child of any age will sleep, and what the only reasonable possibilities are for a families habits. So stupid. And my 4 children are alive and well and nearly all to adulthood or already adults. One slept from 7:30 pm to 7;30 am without waking from a very young age- younger than Ayla was. One would not sleep through the night at all, had to be side by side with parents and was a very light sleeper. All were parented the same, and the same techniques were attempted. Loving, consistent, happy home life for all. The other two were more apt to wake up at regular intervals but stayed asleep for the night at entirely different ages. 20 months old is VERY normal for through the night according to anyone but Nancy Grace and Trista's followers.
DeleteI wasn't questioning the normalcy of a child sleeping through the night. Some do, some don't. All kids are different. I'm also not questioning whether or not a child should still be taking a bottle. Again, some do, some don't-no judgement there. It's possible, if they had a copy of the papers Trista filed, that they thought this would give them some legal standing.

g. Missed appointments: Justin had just gotten AYLA and had to travel to Lewiston and then Portland to a doctor. I don’t know if he was going to get a doctor in the Waterville area or not. I’m sure it was a thought. These missed appointments were for shots that Trista hadn’t gotten for AYLA. They were late. Ayla should have had them way before these new appointment dates were given. She has switched the blame to Justin.
h. According to Trista , she and Justin came to an agreement that Justin would have AYLA during Trista’s rehab. (from the texts) yet she has said in interviews that she left AYLA with her sister and Justin just up and decided to get her.
i. Trista has stated that she was worried about the bruises, yet decides to give Justin AYLA while in rehab.
j. Trista was asked what LE has told her and she completely goes off subject to discredit Justins parenting by implying she is the better parent by checking on AYLA “all hours.”
k. By using the words “you know” she is trying to get the public to agree with her along with Nancy Grace.
l. Trista uses the word “LIKE” to think between her words. It also serves to disorient people when she is talking. It makes her sentences hard to follow.
m. Why would Trista say AYLA “deserves” to be with her? Very odd.
I have noticed that SA never looked at any statements made by the Reynolds. I asked SA to look at the Reynolds statements. SA refused to do so. Its of no importance. Apparently if it doesn’t match up with GT’s theory it doesn’t matter. Are they so arrogant to believe that all sides of AYLA’S disappearance shouldn’t be looked at because they have all the answers? How dare anyone think differently than them. Is this the way LE looks at this also?? There are to many questions to count when it comes to looking at the Reynolds. Jeff seems to think his word is fact as soon as it drips out of his mouth. He askes other bloggers for the facts! He states that Trista is incapable of lieing. Within the first few days of her talking, as we see above, she has not stopped lieing. I think those…No, I demand those questions be answered.
as to point b-In an interview with Jane Velez-Mitchell, Jessica said that the bruises happened the very first time Justin took Ayla for a visit. Quote- "The very first time he took Ayla for like a visit, he brought her to Chuck E. Cheese, and she came home with bruises on the right side of her face. There was some bruises on her leg."
DeleteIn the timeline, the "Chuck E. Cheese" visit is the second one listed. According to the same timeline, there were a total of 5 visits, with two visits unaccounted for. So whether this was the second visit, or possibly the fourth, it definitely wasn't the very first. There is no mention of bruises to Ayla's leg in the timeline.

Trista does look fine. for one thing she has gained at least 100 pounds since Ayla went missing.
the majority of people do not find her behavior at all appropriate.
it's obvious she has severe mental issues and is still blasted to the gills on prescription meds.
she can not finish a single sentence without inappropriate laughter, smirks or finger jabbing/talk to the hand.
i and many others feel she is enjoying the limelight. she hardly mentions Ayla in her media interviews and no longer wears missing shirts or even shows a photo..it's ALL ABOUT TRISTA 24/7!

Which I think is ridiculous. Nobody can change what the child was born into. Many children are born into much worse. It's obvious that she was loved. But right now LE has more leanings on the paternal side. It could change. They could be wrong. But I have many friends in LE and a lot of forensics and behavioral analysis and criminal statistics are spot on. And as far as the spelling. Nobody is a perfect...including you. I know people that have learning disabilities and no matter how much they might want to spell something correctly....they can't. And they were casual and had casual sex. And a beautiful baby was born. Hooray for you that you got married and can remember the last name of a husband. Do you want an award? What have you done for Ayla?

So by saying you didnt stalk my page and someone else mentioned the 12 step thing tells me you listen to and believe what others say....I find that very interesting.
