That Sums It Up!

So, let's get it straight.
Scrap the drug debt settled with a baby. That's out.
Weekly Update: It's stressed to the max Elisha!
No more Cumbie farms robbery?
No more OD on pills left lying around?
The wiring is not up to code but that's not it. Or maybe Ayla put a fork in an electric socket and the Dipietros then hid her body in the water or forests?
Or Courtney hates Ayla because she looks like Justin?
Or Phoebe pampers Justin so yeah..he really did do it and she's covering up!
Or Justin just did it because he's just a f@ckhead and he's vindictive? and oh yeah you can add that insurance double indemnity?
Or the baby gate is key..
Or Elisha did it!!!

Scrap that...
let's talk next week!

Thanks to 'Mother Hubbard' for leaving this comment!  The only thing you left out is that Justin killed Ayla to get out of paying child support...

Side note...
Spring Break starts today!! I'm excited...glad I do what I do, because this break is much needed!

  1. Pretty silly of him to take Ayla set her up in his home, per Trista's request, not give her back as Trista claims ( or is that not true this week?) Being going to school for a better life then do away with her all to get out of paying child support. Or yes maybe it was for that Huge life ins payoff. But oh wait he forgot no body. Not so smart after all. And yup Courtney sure did look hateful in those pictures towards Ayla. Yup must be Elisha she would surely risk going to jail and leaving her daughter behind.

  3. Who could have the best motive to snatch Baby Ayla away? Who was scared not to have her back and could have used a little help, and knew the layout of the house after visiting Ayla there ? What is the most logical theory ? :
4 adults hiding the death of a child, the brother "finishing off" Ayla against the wall like a kitten (yes I read that), 4 people all agreeing about it (yeah why not)? Or the mother or someone around her helping to get Ayla back and hide her ? Didn't she speak about moving away ? What is the least crazy theory ? What would make more sense or least sense ???

  4. Anon: 10:51 AM You are clearly delusional, a falsely held belief that persists in spite of contradictory evidence. Stop believing everything you read. As Selena J would say, Think for yourself. Remember, the mother is a bi-poplar druggie and can't possibly organize something that elaborate. Next! lol

  5. Good questions above. Does a mom, her family or friends think they are crazy if in their minds they think they are doing the right thing? Maybe think they are protecting their child or just taking their child back as is their right? But how many people would it take to be crazy enough to do away with Ayla. How many people would have to maintain that craziness. Seems like a lot. So in the real world which theory makes more sense?

    2. Please explain how all these irrational people snatched a baby from her bed and left NO evidence? How were these crazy, irrational people so sneaky and quiet? Why did the put Ayla's blood in Justins bedroom and cleaned it up, and how did they do that with Justin, Courtney and her son sleeping there?

      Delete
    3. Ayla was sleeping upstairs not in Justin's bedroom. The small amount of blood that it could have been could have been from a very small cut that only required a bandaid. And pretty easy to be quiet when you try. And everyone is sleeping. And no evidence? Like what? Fingerprints? Wear gloves. Breaking and entering? Not if door was unlocked. So what else?

      Delete
    4. Thats what I said - snatched her from her bed, THEN put her blood in Justins bedroom. She went downstairs just to put some blood, then back up again to leave? Maybe the couple VISIBLE drops could be explained in your answer but not the other blood, cleaned up, detected with luminol. But ok, you do think the blood was also from Tristas kidnapping scenerio...?

      Delete
    5. It is an old basement even LE is not saying what the blood is from or who's the rest is from or how old it is could be years old. If it was a lot, if it was Ayla's pretty sure there would have been an arrest. People really think about how much blood could be found on the floors of your own house all over. It could be anyone's from years past and from anything. The only blood that was confirmed to be Ayla's was the few tiny spot's. Why do you think that is? If they confirmed that why would they not confirm the rest was hers if it was? Wait let me answer this one. Because it is not.

      Delete
    6. Are you sure it is not all her blood, sometimes LE doesnt tell the public everything for a reason. So unless they told you then you cant say it is not her blood.

      Delete
    7. anon 4:29 LE did say there was other blood (than Ayla's) found. So unless they told you then you can't say it is her blood.

      Delete
    8. Anon 04.29, exactly, we don't know whose blood it is, so the accusers and haters should shut up

      Delete
    9. The other thing about the blood is how do we know exactly WHEN it's from. Kids hurt themselves all the time. I used to get bloody noses as a child. Does that mean if I ever went missing everyone would have thought my parents killed me because there may have been traces of my blood on the floor? There are people who are "sure" Trista did it and there are people who are "sure" Justin did it. There are things about both sides of the family that don't add up and it's wrong to assume one parent is guilty in this. Whichever side people are on, just remember one parent is innocent and it isn't right to hurt them even more by bashing them online. I'm not ready to say either of them were responsible until there is hard evidence and currently it is all speculation.

  9. anon 11:10

If we all believed everything we read, no one would be looking for Ayla because everyone would believe she was dead. It's a good thing a few people are thinking for themselves. We are the only ones still looking for and doing what we can to find a live baby girl. It's a good thing that law enforcement can think for themselves or they would have arrested at least one innocent person if not three for a murder that no one can prove.

  11. There were some comments this morning on the J4A blog that literally had me firing back at everyone out of sheer anger. This Anonymous commentator was bullying the blogger on that site, telling her to go kill herself and that she needs to die! I mean, that is seriously freaking drastic and is too harassing for me to have shut my mouth. The commentary everywhere is starting to get so out of hand...it's like we all have this unified desire of bringing this precious girl home, yet it's all fighting over "who owns that picture", "she disgraced Ayla this way", "they did it that way", "you need to die and go f**k yourself". SO out of hand already. I am remaining hopeful that she will be home for her birthday. Enjoy your weekend!

  12. For all the people who keep putting Trista's name out there- I'll give you all the benefit of the doubt and assume you really think she could have done this- why won't the three adults in the house that night talk? There would be absolutely nothing to hold them back.

    1. Because it won't do a damn bit of good!!! Let them just talk to LE, they don't need need to tell the public anything at this point. This whole case has gotten way to nasty. If they talked, what, you would say, "oh, okay that explains it". NOT. Why?, because you are biased and unwilling to look anywhere else.

  13. Anon 1:28 take a forensics course. Foot prints, clothing fibers, hair... Other evidence like displaced items that fit with the kidnapping story- maybe the baby's blanket missing or on the floor by the bed, the bedroom door ajar, things like that.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Yup if there was a struggle that might all make sense. She was a small baby. Clothing fibers? So many people in house over time how would they figure out who it belonged to? Hair maybe but there again how do you determine what constitutes the hair that belongs to the kidnapper as opposed to just any people who have just been in the house over the past few weeks? Do you take DNA sample of every person who has come and gone through house. Not being sarcastic. Because they did not do that pretty sure. Foot prints also a maybe but there too would have been easier if it had been snowy or muddy but it was not at all. So all in favor of the kidnapper I say . And let's face many a crimes have occurred where the police have not been able to collect enough evidence to figure out who broke in or did the crime. Many, many crimes. So obviously it can be done. Way too easily sadly.

  14. Trista lies and changes her story a LOT. She doesn't appear in how she speaks or emotionally responds as that of a mother who's child is missing and could possibly be deceased.

She acts like a mother trying to prove that someone did something to her child.

She acts very much like a mother who might know exactly where her daughter is.

What IF Trista took Ayla to get her away from Justin - but before she had things in place (like filing those court papers) etc -- the police report was made and things spun out of control and she doesn't know what to do now?

    Is it possible. Yes.

Do I think many of the other 'theories' out there are possible? Yes.

I just can't get her past my stinky meter -- something just aint right.

  15. If Ayla went missing on Trista's watch, I would look at Trista. If Ayla suffered bruising and a broken arm on Ayla's watch, I would look at Trista. If Trista took out a LIP on Ayla, I would look at Trista. If Ayla's blood was detected in Trista's basement, I would look at Trista. If LE released a comment that Trista and her family's story didn't pass the "straight-face" test, I would look at Trista. If LE said one side of the family (the DiPietros) were doing all they could and the other side of the family (the Reynolds) were not doing all they could, I would look at Trista. If the Dipietros searched in earnest to find Ayla, and Trista did NOTHING to keep Ayla in the media spotlight, I would look at Trista. If Trista was angry with her friend for searching for Ayla (as is the case between Lance and Tim Crews), I would look at Trista. If little Ray-Ray was removed by DHHS for abuse and/or neglect, I would look at Trista.

I really don't understand the smear campaign levied towards Trista. God knows she made a shitload of mistakes, but none that lead me to believe that she abducted her daughter the day after filing papers for custody, especially in light that LE has dismissed abduction.

Fortunately, I take my cues from LE and not biased blogs. How have the searches for Ayla been going in the Portland area? How about the dive teams in Portland? The cadaver dogs? Why didn't LE toss Trista's place in search for clues and/or evidence? Has waste management been asked to sift through Portland's refuse as they have been asked to do in Waterville?

I'm trying to stay on point to the theme of this thread, and that sums it up for me.

    1. LE has not dismissed abduction. Maybe you should call McCausland and ask him that directly though. Last time he was quoted as having "given up on Ayla being alive" he actually got quite angry. And then asked the public not to give up hope and to keep looking for Ayla. I invite you to ask him directly.

    3. anon 3:13 I guess you're assuming Ayla is dead. Nobody has said they think Trista killed Ayla! Nobody has smeared Trista. Why can we only discuss what Justin (and his family) has said, or not said. Let's not have a one tracked mind, and be so biased that you can't discuss any other possibilities, or others inconsistencies. Why does Trista have any reason to lie? She shouldn't if she doesn't know anything.

BTW, where has anyone talked about cadaver dogs, and what did they find? We also don't know who's watch Ayla was on if in fact the bruising is true. And, Trista has never searched for Ayla. She only said she was putting up poster's after Justin was putting up posters. We don't know that she ever did.

  16. So far we don't really know what happened to beautiful baby Ayla, except to say that her story has evoked such a huge amount of public anger.
We should be suspending our judgement for the meantime while we don't really know what happened except for a few small details. I'm sure LE have a few better ideas than we do!!!

Direct your feelings to those that deserve it because truthfully you don't really know who is guilty. Yet. If you want to feel helpless, angry, disgust and rage then look at these stories:

I can guarantee you will feel every ounce of hate and rage you can muster when you read about Brianna Lopez. This beautiful little girl was born on Valentine's Day - she didn't even reach 6mths of age. She was brutalized every way imaginable. While alive, nobody loved her. Nobody photographed her to celebrate her short life. The only photo's taken was when she died. This story is not for the faint hearted as it is horror absolute. http://khaym.hubpages.com/hub/Brianna-Lopez-murder

  17. Anon 2:39- when are you supposing she would have taken Ayla in that scenario?

Trista filed court papers on Thursday. Ayla was reported missing Saturday morning. If hypothetically she took Ayla before Thursday, why did the DiPietros make a report on Saturday and not earlier? Why didn't they say we think Trista took her? Why did the police conclude no one came into that home and took the baby? Why would she have hidden Ayla- she had every right to take her and there would have been no legal repercussions if she told the cops she took her. Why have the police showed no interest in her as a potential suspect, instead saying Justin, Courtney and Elisha are not being forthcoming?

    ReplyDelete

    1. Who thinks she took her Thurs? Ayla was with her father on Fri people saw her with him. However If she came in and took her on Sat night when Ayla went missing you are correct she may have thought she had the right to do so in her own mind. As you say hypothetically. However if that were the case the Dipietros would have still called the police because that is what you do when your child is taken from your home in the middle of the night without your knowing it. And they very well may have said we think it was Trista or her family who did it. AND who says the police showed no interest in Trista? Do you know that? I heard differently. From a very reliable source. I think they have looked at all possibilities. And I do think she very much is one of them.

      Delete
    2. If you are the same anon as 2:39, you talked about Trista taking Ayla (hypothetically) before the court filing. I was pointing out that unless she took her before Thursday, it's not possible.

If the DiPietros had called in a report that Ayla was gone and they thought Trista took her, this case would look a lot different Custody would have been foremost in the investigation and if it were established that Trista had Ayla, that would have been the end of it as a police matter. Either parent had equal rights to have her with her or him in the absence of a custody ruling. From there, the courts would have handled it as a custody case presuming either her petition got heard or he filed one.
