This is no different than showing Lance DiPietro beating up someone. Should I post the news about Lance but not about Jessica? Is that fair?
I would not trust a puppy in the environment on either side.
It is cases like these where sometimes the choice is the lesser of two evils; which one will likely do less harm to a child.
It stinks.
No new laws can change these things. There is no law that tells someone to set a good example for a child, nor can there be.

Yes. There is plenty that can be lost through futile "hoping".
DeleteOne may lose:
*Closure.
*Time that could be devoted to searching out JUSTICE, rather than for a *non-existent* living child.
*LE resources (which are in SHORT supply BTW due to economy) which get wasted tracking down useless "leads" to locate a living, kidnapped, victim which doesn't even exist.
*Faith that the justice system can function effectively, the longer this is allowed to drag on needlessly.
A child who is missing deserves to be looked for. There is no evidence that that child has been harmed. So it LE's job to "waste" their time falling leads. It is what they are paid to do. Hopefully you never have a child or loved one missing and Karma bites you in the butt. Because not sure at what point you would want LE to give up on your loved one and stop wasting their time or our tax dollars on it? Might feel different if the shoes were on your feet. And you can say all you want that it never would be. Don't kid yourself you are always the first suspect. End of story. And it is your job to prove your innocence. So good luck with Karma you have tempted it.

There IS evidence "the child" has been harmed.
Ayla's arm was broken, and then, police found evidence that a concerning amount of her blood was spilled in the DiPs' basement--she was NEVER TREATED for a blood-loss injury--and the police say "someone" tried to cover it up.
They said they found more than a small cut would produce. They never said that it was a concerning amount. It could have been a larger cut, a cut on her mouth, a bloody nose. All of which happen on toddlers pretty routinely. They trip, they fall, they bump something. And I seem to have missed where it was "covered" up. Cleaned up, yes. Do you leave blood on the floor of your home to just dry without cleaning it up? I'm pretty sure no one does that.
DeleteHi Hope, yes, the police said the blood was "troubling". A troubling amount is definitely a "concerning" amount. I've reared six kids and yes, there's a lot of bumps, scrapes, bruises, but, rarely blood in the majority of toddler injuries.

Sunny look her up she will prob be out on bail and need a job. And who cares if she has lost two children and had to have them put up for adoption. And she has a history of a violent temper. I mean she would probably not show that around your child or take it out on your child. So by all means help her out with that "parking ticket" Offer to let her babysit your child.
