Full disclosure. What previous case? Is it Becca, Trista, or Jessica who was previously deemed an unfit mother? Perhaps Small knew the environment, and that it was not safe for a child. If two other children had been removed from that home, why would it be okay for another child.

I hope Trista realizes that if Karen Small had nothing to do with this particular case, then any blood money Trista hopes to earn will be signed over to Karen Small for defamation and slander.

DeleteIf THAT were the reason Ayla was removed from Jessica's care, DHHS would never have agreed to the document signing Ayla and Raymond into Jessica and her mother's CARE for the duration of Trista's rehab stay, in the FIRST PLACE.
ALSO, if DHHS had intervened for "safety concerns" when they allowed Justin to TAKE Ayla, they would NOT have left baby Raymond in her care.
Nice try at villainizing the Reynolds' family, but your claims are not supported by the facts.

I don't understand what this has to do with Ayla's disappearance though? If she was such a bad mother and didn't bother to see her kid for 25 days when she suspected she was abused, why wouldn't she just leave Ayla where she was and have her be Justin's problem? Why go through the trouble of getting to Waterville, going into the house in the dead of the night and taking her? What does Jessica losing her kids or being in jail have to do with Ayla going missing from Justin's house. Why would they take Ayla and threaten to sue DHS? That would be an awfully risky thing to do? Set up an abduction plot just to sue DHS? Since age claim they are not the sharpest tools in the shed would they even be capable of masterminding a plan like this?

And as Trista has so kindly pointed out she was not so happy with DHS. So maybe she decide to take matters into her own hands. And things did not go quite as planned. Just a theory.
DeleteCome on - working on it? Ray Jr would go into foster care if they couldn't find a fit with his family. If Ayla was taken for that reason he would have been taken then too, not later while they worked on finding a place for him.

Jeff's blog is helpful only in that as long as the Reynolds keep yapping, the more of their lies are exposed through simple fact checking and one slip up could possibly lead to finding Ayla.
The sad thing is that the Trista trolls have shown their TRUE colors with their reaction to this announcement.
Rather than being thrilled that the police won't confirm a fatal blood loss, they insist Ayla is dead and appear to feel victorious when spamming Trista lies about the cup o blood.
What does that say about the Tristaphiles that they WANT there to be a cup of blood rather than a few drops?
The rest of us are praying it was only a few drops.
The MS has shut down comments on Ayla articles due to their trolling.

ReplyDelete1) Life in Trista's and Jessica's world is one of dysfunction, substance abuse, mental illness, criminal associates, illegitimate children, neglect and homelessness.
2) DHHS took Jessica's children away because of the presence of these factors.
3) DHHS also played a role in Ayla being turned over to Justin, with Trista and her family blaming DHHS for their difficulties in getting Ayla back.
4) By abducting Ayla back in the night, Trista and her family could accomplish a double play. They could get Ayla back without the risk of an adverse court decision on the custody, and also make DHHS look incompetent and irresponsible. That way the Reynolds family gets its revenge on DHHS for ripping Jessica's children away from Jessica and the Reynolds family.
5)To protect their interests, Trista and crew now have to make Justin and DHHS look as guilty as possible. That way, no one goes looking for Ayla, who is being hidden by Trista and/or family. Also, that way DHHS will be more likely to settle with the Reynolds family for a sum of money. The Reynolds family will then feel vindicated after the loss of Jessica's children.
THE PERFECT DOUBLE PLAY!!

Meanwhile an entire nation including the f.b.I. LE, and the public have not caught Trista with Ayla or anyone connected to Trista having Ayla. And they did all this so Trista could villainize Justin and co. And sue dhhs all in Jessicas name. Amazing.

ReplyDeleteI don't know her, but I do know that DHHS does not remove children, who are latter adopted, for anything minor. There had to be a serious problem. For her children to have been adopted, tells me she didn't do whatever it took to correct the problem, and get her children back.
So I can't & will not say anything negative about Justin removing Ayla from her care.
If Karen Small was involved with this family previously, and knew it was an unsafe environment, she should have made Justin aware of it.
I don't believe anyone would have a problem with that either, if circumstances were a litle different.
I'm sorry, but it maskes no sense to me at all that Trista left Ayla with Justin for 2 months if she was concerned for her safety.
No, I think she was okay with Ayla being with Justin for those 2 months.
I'm sure it was not easy for her, getting out of rehab and trying to put her life back on track. I believed her when she said that she thought Ayla was fine with Justin.
That is the one thing I believed that she said also.
