Let's be clear. I believe the warrant is a fact. I believe she has an unpaid fine. That fine may well be $2000. I DON'T believe that she forgot about it due to this case. Actually you are wrong, The IP Tracker was on Jeff's blog Answers for Ayla and he gave Grace access to it because she was trying to supposedly have her IT guy, set up the ip blocker on A4A and J4A to block JSTL from accessing the blogs. Jeff gave Grace the password and she logged in and changed it. It was not on Jenn/Sarah's blog.

If she is claiming to Welfare that she has no husband and no income, then she should be investigated. Its still based off income which the allowance is quite higher than you may realize. Welfare and food stamps are a touchy topic with me because I have seen far too many people abuse it. When people truly need help I have no issue with it. People need to better themselves though and get off of it. Welfare shouldn't be your income. It wasn't meant to support you all your life.

A reason to believe in Justin? I'll give you several.....
1) Three witnesses saw Trista with Ayla after the 911 call reporting a kidnapping;
2) There was a bitter custody dispute going on. Thus, there was a strong motive for someone to snatch Ayla out of her home;
3) The maternal family made repeated threats to snatch Ayla back from the paternal family's home, causing some of the paternal family members to fear for their and Ayla's safety;
4) Jessica is a very troubled drug abuser with a criminal record, who was involved in the custody dispute over Ayla. Jessica had her own children taken away by DHHS and forcibly put up for adoption. Jessica and Trista have had a history of not getting along and having violent altercations. Jessica moved out of her apartment just before the kidnapping, into a motel. Jessica immediately pointed the finger at Justin as a child abuser on national tv. Then she disappeared. The maternal family has lost contact with her, or may be covering for her by claiming that Jessica is now estranged from the maternal family.
5) LE focused on the father right from the beginning, possibly influenced by Trista and Jessica claiming that Justin had previously abused Ayla. LE failed to polygraph Jessica. From the beginning, LE has missed many opportunities to fully investigate this matter because they have had tunnel vision focused just on the father.
6) In America, a person is innocent until proven guilty. I am far, far from convinced that the father is anything more than an innocent victim in this matter.
REASONS TO BELIEVE JUSTIN: 1. Find one credible link that proves Justin has lied, just one. 2. Find one credible link that proves Justin has pointed a finger at anyone. 3. 1) I've only read of two witnesses saying they had seen Trista with Ayla, woman staying at the same motel and the person who picked her up that morning. Who was the third witness? The person staying at the motel (assuming it is really her writing in the blogs) has said she reported this to LE. Do you think that LE purposefully ignored this tip or followed up and found that the witness was mistaken? There are very many instances of sightings that prove to be mistaken in missing children cases, not out of any malice, reported with good intentions, but mistaken none the less.
2)The custody dispute might be motive, but there is no evidence known to the public that points to an abduction by the Reynolds family.
3)How do you know that the maternal family made repeated threats to snatch Ayla? This is the first time I've read that.
4)Don't you think that the Jessica theory has been suggested to LE quite a few times? I'm pretty sure MSP has the resource to locate Jessica. Do you find it more likely that MSP has investigated Jessica and dismissed the theory or that MSP is either a)hopelessly ineffective or b)conspiring against Justin?
5)LE said early on that they didn't believe those present in the DiPietro home were being truthful and the blood evidence was found early in the investigation so there must have been at least some reasons, other than Reynolds family accusations, to make LE focus on the father.
6) Innocent until proven guilty is the standard juries must apply. Otherwise, you can't stop people from having opinions and theories, just as you have your suspicions about Jessica.
I think there are a few reasons people are inclined to believe Trista, despite her inconsistencies, and doubt Justin. Trista believed Ayla was safe with Justin. Trista believed Justin was abusive. Trista and Justin had an agreement. DHHS snatched Ayla from Trista illegally. These statements do conflict, but they are also more emotional responses that statements of measurable fact, possibly influenced by what Trista felt at one time compared with how she saw the situation upon reflection and further confused by her heightened emotional state.
The number one reason doubt Justin is of course because LE has said that he and others in the DiPietro home have not been forthcoming. Beyond that, there is no much to go on because Justin isn't speaking to the public. That might well be in Justin's best interests. It might even be in the best interests of the investigation, but most people find it difficult to understand why he wouldn't be speaking out if he has nothing to hide.
I understand what you're saying about some "inconsistencies" being emotional responses rather than statements of measurable fact; however, I don't think it applies with the 2 examples you mentioned. Either Trista and Justin had an agreement OR DHHS snatched Ayla illegally, that is not emotionality; one is a fact and one is a lie. Either Trista believed Justin was abusive to Ayla OR she felt Ayla was safe with Justin. The things she mentions as concerns that he was abusing Ayla all happened from the time he started seeing her up until November 11th with the arm break. She saw Ayla at the bone specialist in Portland on November 14 (rode with Justin) and November 21 (rode with her family). I don't believe that bone specialist thought Ayla's injury was abuse related. Why didn't Trista say "Ayla's going home with us."? Why would she leave her there another month unless she thought she was safe?

It's interesting how Trista supporters can't say "Trista" and "lie" in the same sentence. To me, an emotional inconsistency would be something like "I want to be with him" and "I don't want to be with him." Right. These things are in no way "emotional responses". But if they are then I can't help but point out that these people have labled the entire Dipietro family as liars based on ONE statement by grandma Phoebe in an interview where she was blindsided by a simple and not relevant (to us) question she was not sure LE wanted her to answer. She was momentarily incapacitated in front of that camera and drew a blank as to whether the public was supposed to know yet. She's not a detective and doesn't know which things fell into that category, but she knew that LE knew where she'd been that night. Her "lie" was an emotional panic. 1st interview, national news, uncertainty about how much detail could be let out. After all this was exactly why Justin was not yet doing any media. At that point LE was clearly advising him not to because it would complicate and hinder the efforts. I think that Phoebe thought she could manage to do one that stayed clear of those pertinent to the case details. The point is that it's the only ACTUAL thing they have to pin on Justin as a lie... so they throw "liars" around like it's historical fact. But with the many to choose from on Tristas record... it's swept under the rug and called other things. "Emotional".
I'll give you this: she didn't finish her polygraph which would determine something about truthfulness. Was that because her being unmedicated for several mental health issues rendered her too emotional? MSP called her before the press conference and told her the forthcoming content. She gathers a news crew in their living room to air them receiving the news for the SECOND time. She says they didn't call. Jeff says she didn't understand the question. They reverse and say they were told not to tell anyone... but they went ahead and sent out an email to blogNation. Justin was called with the same news and wasn't told not to tell anyone and he told his family. Is her response a lie or emotional? It's a lie.
Her story changes significantly on many matters...and all you have to do is look back. I'm not asking you to say she's taken Ayla. The rumor was sent anonymously to several people and those people simply asked if it was true. They didn't ever state it as a fact. No one is every truly private on the internet, all you can do is be as careful as you can. Use a gmail account for email and you are about as anonymous as possible. It is not any easier to get information on people with an email, as it is with an IP address (depending what email you use, if you want to be private don't use your internet provider email). Any person who is determined enough can find out who anyone is.
As for profile pages, all forum, blogs have information that only the admin/owner can see. Even this page has it's information that can be read about the people who view and comment.
Either you trust a page or you don't trust a page. If you don't trust a given page, just don't go there. That's the good thing, no one is force to read or participate anywhere that they don't wish.
Jeff Hanson released an email stating: Maine State police called Trista a little before noon to prepare her for the News Conference today... They told her that because of the amount of blood found in the DiPietro's basement and because of the items found in the damn that they believe that Ayla is.. dead.. I do not know how much of this they will reveal to the public at 1:30 and I do not know if they plan on arresting anyone beforehand. MSP only confided with Trista as I am doing with all of you who have donated so much time for Ayla.. please do not respond to this e-mail and do not tell anyone else.. until after 1:30
The first "find" was in the dam, the second "find" was in the river behind the factory.

It's one thing to not discuss it, it's another to continue to believe that Jeff and Trista can not and do not tell lies. If she is claiming to Welfare that she has no husband and no income, then she should be investigated. Perhaps Anthony should be made to back to the state whatever child support he should have been paying, instead of making the taxpayers pay for his child.
Can anyone clarify whether they know for a fact that Tori is on welfare, or are you just assuming that she is on welfare and food stamps. If she is on welfare and food stamps while living with her boyfriend, who presumably has a job, I don't see how she is entitled to any taxpayer assistance.

2) There was a bitter custody dispute going on. Thus, there was a strong motive for someone to snatch Ayla out of her home;
3) The maternal family made repeated threats to snatch Ayla back from the paternal family's home, causing some of the paternal family members to fear for their and Ayla's safety;
4) Jessica is a very troubled drug abuser with a criminal record, who was involved in the custody dispute over Ayla. Jessica had her own children taken away by DHHS and forcibly put up for adoption. Jessica and Trista have had a history of not getting along and having violent altercations. Jessica moved out of her apartment just before the kidnapping, into a motel. Jessica immediately pointed the finger at Justin as a child abuser on national tv. Then she disappeared. The maternal family has lost contact with her, or may be covering for her by claiming that Jessica is now estranged from the maternal family.
5) LE focused on the father right from the beginning, possibly influenced by Trista and Jessica claiming that Justin had previously abused Ayla. LE failed to polygraph Jessica. From the beginning, LE has missed many opportunities to fully investigate this matter because they have had tunnel vision focused just on the father.
6) In America, a person is innocent until proven guilty. I am far, far from convinced that the father is anything more than an innocent victim in this matter.

The person staying at the motel (assuming it is really her writing in the blogs) has said she reported this to LE. Do you think that LE purposefully ignored this tip or followed up and found that the witness was mistaken? There are very many instances of sightings that prove to be mistaken in missing children cases, not out of any malice, reported with good intentions, but mistaken none the less.

6) Innocent until proven guilty is the standard juries must apply. Otherwise, you can't stop people from having opinions and theories, just as you have your suspicions about Jessica.
I think there are a few reasons people are inclined to believe Trista, despite her inconsistencies, and doubt Justin. Trista believed Ayla was safe with Justin. Trista believed Justin was abusive. Trista and Justin had an agreement. DHHS snatched Ayla from Trista illegally. These statements do conflict, but they are also more emotional responses that statements of measurable fact, possibly influenced by what Trista felt at one time compared with how she saw the situation upon reflection and further confused by her heightened emotional state.
The number one reason doubt Justin is of course because LE has said that he and others in the DiPietro home have not been forthcoming. Beyond that, there is no much to go on because Justin isn't speaking to the public. That might well be in Justin's best interests. It might even be in the best interests of the investigation, but most people find it difficult to understand why he wouldn't be speaking out if he has nothing to hide.

She saw Ayla at the bone specialist in Portland on November 14 (rode with Justin) and November 21 (rode with her family). I don't believe that bone specialist thought Ayla's injury was abuse related. Why didn't Trista say "Ayla's going home with us."? Why would she leave her there another month unless she thought she was safe?

Even after they work hard to explain, blog, and do some flame throwing to detract attention... the things still only make sense if they are regarded as lies. Suddenly things look crystal clear. DeleteIt's interesting how Trista supporters can't say "Trista" and "lie" in the same sentence. To me, an emotional inconsistency would be something like "I want to be with him" and "I don't want to be with him." Supporting Trista is one thing, but ignoring her and Jeff's lies and continuing to not only believe everything they say, but to add "they don't lie" is foolish.

Right. These things are in no way "emotional responses". But if they are then I can't help but point out that these people have labled the entire Dipietro family as liars based on ONE statement by grandma Phoebe in an interview where she was blindsided by a simple and not relevant (to us) question she was not sure LE wanted her to answer. She was momentarily incapacitated in front of that camera and drew a blank as to whether the public was supposed to know yet. She's not a detective and doesn't know which things fell into that category, but she knew that LE knew where she'd been that night. Her "lie" was an emotional panic. 1st interview, national news, uncertainty about how much detail could be let out. After all this was exactly why Justin was not yet doing any media. At that point LE was clearly advising him not to because it would complicate and hinder the efforts. I think that Phoebe thought she could manage to do one that stayed clear of those pertinent to the case details. The point is that it's the only ACTUAL thing they have to pin on Justin as a lie... so they throw "liars" around like it's historical fact. But with the many to choose from on Tristas record... it's swept under the rug and called other things. "Emotional".
DeleteI'll give you this: she didn't finish her polygraph which would determine something about truthfulness. Was that because her being unmedicated for several mental health issues rendered her too emotional?
MSP called her before the press conference and told her the forthcoming content. She gathers a news crew in their living room to air them receiving the news for the SECOND time. She says they didn't call. Jeff says she didn't understand the question. They reverse and say they were told not to tell anyone... but they went ahead and sent out an email to blogNation. Justin was called with the same news and wasn't told not to tell anyone and he told his family. Is her response a lie or emotional? It's a lie.
Her story changes significantly on many matters...and all you have to do is look back. I'm not asking you to say she's taken Ayla. Just acknowledge her lies for what they are and then I will be able to take your other commentary seriously and have a discussion. But you'll have to use a new name because I already know Eve. -zelda
i truly believe that theres alot of information that is being withheld from all the blogs just to keep us coming back....we don't know if all of the admins are in on the blogs together.. it seems to be more about internet popularity than finding this baby girl...maybe trista did take her baby back, but hell im not from maine...are your cops really that ignorant? wouldn't she be the first person they suspect?...if in the end she has had that baby all along, how can witnesses spot trista with a baby but LE investigators are clueless?...they should all resign...would you want those keystone cops handling a case for you...the other thing i've noticed from reading all the blogs is that anyone can come on here or there and start a rumor...someone yesterday said that trista's son was removed....i for one would love to have a witness out there that saw trista take her baby back, but i've been following these blogs from day one...I say prove it!!! otherwise, just another rumor like baby ray being removed from home...
ReplyDeleteIf that was a lie it was started by "them" for the sole purpose of discrediting "us". (I use that term only for the sake of simplicity). The rumor was sent anonymously to several people and those people simply asked if it was true. They didn't ever state it as a fact. It's a legitimate question and much more questioning of rumors has been done to the Dipietros and their friends. The difference is that they don't have any problem running off half cockef and stating them as the truth after elaborating on the original rumor. :/
Deleteanother rumor about trista lying is the first items found in the river...she saying she doesn't know if they are connected but rumor has it they belong to ayla...read it on another blog...the items are the reason le is saying she is most likely dead...the second items were not connected?? bloody pajamas???

DeleteNo one is every truly private on the internet, all you can do is be as careful as you can. Use a gmail account for email and you are about as anonymous as possible. It is not any easier to get information on people with an email, as it is with an IP address (depending what email you use, if you want to be private don't use your internet provider email). Any person who is determined enough can find out who anyone is.
DeleteAs for profile pages, all forum, blogs have information that only the admin/owner can see. Even this page has it's information that can be read about the people who view and comment.
Either you trust a page or you don't trust a page. If you don't trust a given page, just don't go there. That's the good thing, no one is force to read or participate anywhere that they don't wish.
Jeff Hanson released an email stating: Maine State police called Trista a little before noon to prepare her for the News Conference today... They told her that because of the amount of blood found in the DiPietro's basement and because of the items found in the damn that they believe that Ayla is.. dead.. I do not know how much of this they will reveal to the public at 1:30 and I do not know if they plan on arresting anyone beforehand. MSP only confided with Trista as I am doing with all of you who have donated so much time for Ayla.. please do not respond to this e-mail and do not tell anyone else.. until after 1:30

The news reported the second find of items were not related to Ayla.
