What the heck? Obviously by March the blogger had one or more people contacting him/her with information. Why is this suspicious to you but NOTHING that any other blogger involved on the other side is ever suspect? Wow. -esme
I think it is because I think the author or authors of this blog is a direct mouth piece working for a defense legal team. Which would give the ability to have access to information that could only be accounted for by an insider to the Dipietro circle. PResenting just enough of the truth mixed with a bunch of twisted or misinformation to plant reasonable doubt and alternate scenarios. It is like defense team market testing. If you read the posts there is a CLEAR agenda here.
yes, there is an agenda here. To call BS when it's seen. And there has been an abundance of it and I for one have enjoyed seeing so many who see what I see going on. You Justin convicting haters are obnoxious and hateful beyond all belief. You really should get therapy. -esme
If this person was part of a legal defense team, not sure why they have such hateful/mocking language and post pictures/then unpost, etc. I think this person does have an agenda, isn't honest about who they are or where they come from, but this person is not a professional.
I believe you're right, Anon 11:21. This person is NOT a professional. That is relatively easy to identify due to the language he/she uses. This person also has some personal involvement, although I am not certain as to what that is. I say this because the author/authors get quite heated when certain parties are reflected in a less than positive light. The author/authors are most definitely NOT seeking truth.....they are seeking to deflect the truth by keeping what really matters - finding Ayla and working together to that end - and attacking, personally, people that post things that they find troublesome. For the author/authors to assume that we believe they reside in Texas is an insult to all of our intelligence. Seriously, how can the author/authors expect us to believe that they know no one involved with this case and then turn around and say that they are being emailed about Justin Linnell and Elisha DiPietro being in court on a custody hearing this morning. Lies eventually catch up to you (you being in general). It's hard to keep all the lies straight. And, if Seeking Truth ISN'T lying, please tell us whose emailing you and how you were able to connect with this person to get the "inside scoop" on just about everything going on with EVERYONE in both of these families....and please don't insult my intelligence by telling me you're finding it on the internet....UNLESS, of course, you can direct the rest of us to these sites so we can be privy to the same information as you are.
Well, anon 1.3.12-- First of all someone would want to get involved for the same reason I did. Massive injustice happening on a large scale using social networks, blogs, and media. A person who has not been named a suspect of any crime is being attacked ferociously. Without ceasing. It's simply not okay and as a human being that is reason enough to get involved and use one's talents in whatever way may help.
In addition, the attacks on that family have contributed to and compounded the problems resulting from the idea that a missing toddler is dead. Everyone who wants her found and believes that unless she is PROVEN not to be alive that we should STILL BE LOOKING for a live child had felt the tug to get involved. Those who used their real names initially were driven completely away because they were attacked and it is a shame. Now the only good work that can be done must be done via anon profiles in conjunction with work done in real life; not online.
Oh, and to your comment: "and attacking, personally, people that post things that they find troublesome." Um, that is your groups territory....Tori.
FYI for those that don't know, the court granted sole custody of Elisha Dipietro's child to her.
I think there are many that contribute. The delivery and emotional attachment differ from post to post. I think if a blog was set to create confusion, posting twisted half truths and misinformation that could raise resonable doubt. Don't you think a blog like this would be effective if appeared to be just a random person. Whether you buy anything this blogger says or think is complete BS doesn't matter, the info is getting out there. That would be the purpose and aim. To muddy the waters. That is why I stated a mouth piece for a defense team contributing but not offical memeber as that could raise some ethical issues for an officer of the court; however, a person connected to this circle but not offically part of it may not be liable or held to the same legal standard. Also the author or authors state they are in Texas. In another state removes them from whatever state specific guidelines Maine has for attorney conduct. This author has alot of personal knowledge of the situation and not just the "facts" as released by LE but reflects on the situation as a direct observer with knowledge of "feelings and internal states"
Everything I have read from the blogger, I have seen/heard or read before. I'm seeing 'facts' presented in the blogs and anonymous posters either agreeing or disputing, with reasons. I am not convinced on who took Ayla, how, why or where she is now, based on the info I currently have. I am seeing a lot of speculation about the facts, but they are just that, speculation. LE throws tidbits out and we chew them up and spit them out ~ mangled.
I can honestly say that reading this blog from the very beginning, I suspected the blogger as a Justin supporter, but at this point, I believe it's someone impartial, keeping the facts as facts.
I think the defense team would be really inept if they used someone like this, a very cold hearted and twisted person who is so obviously in need of mental help? Would the defense team allow Ayla to be victimized, which is what this blog is doing to poor Ayla?
A defense attorney for these idiots needs to be likable and not controversial. Think of Casey Anthony's attorney. He may have been annoying, he may have consistently ignored the judge's rules, but he never made himself intentionally look angry or appear mean. The DipChits will need some likeable because they are so hated.
Jose was likable because no matter how badly his client was attacked he never really got that upset about it. A lesson on how to win friends and influence people.
I can look up court dockets from my house. Have done it several times for different cases, like the Ava Enlow case where the Dad did a runner with the child. Didn't try to look anything up in Maine yet. Maybe tomorrow I will take the time to look. Anyone can file a motion. Sometimes, you don't even need a lawyer. Change of existing custody arrangments take forever. Some fairly compelling reasons with some sort of back up ( more than she said / he said ) are required.
Or maybe this is Jose Baez 2.0? You know, new and improved. Read his book and thought, reading the blogs is a good idea, think I will take it one step further. It will be interesting, if found to be true, to see whether or not the courts will find it legal. Just in case there are other defense attorneys reading here looking for 2.1 or something.
What some of the people on here are saying is corect. You can look up public court records at anytime on your computer/ Im fairly certain as well you can call the court house directly and ask for information.
I know who this blogger is. She is a member of the closed This Little Light of Maine FB group. Elisha DiPietro is also a member of that cult, and thus furnishes her with the personal pictures.
This blogger wants to come off as neutral, but she's not. She has a pro-Justin agenda.
Too bad she has such a gutter-mouth. She's actually quite attractive, but clearly only on the outside.
I have a tidbit for you, Anon 3/5 at 12 pm- there is not a "mole planted in the closed FB group". Let me explain for you, in case you MISSED all of the public announcements on the PUBLIC page:
I had a public page that had no way for me to easily manage and remove the foul mouthed vermin that posted nasty messages and hate either on my public page or elsewhere about me. The public page set up didn't allow for it. SO.... once I set the blocked words list so high that we couldn't have discussions there without everyone's posts getting hidden, I made the REPEATED announcement that everyone (EVERYONE) was welcome to JOIN the group page. AND several hundred did, immediately. I DID not know 99% of those people. At all.
So as you can see, there was NO need for anyone to "plant" a mole. It is funny that you get a kick out of thinking that though. The reality is that I starte my page because I wanted to be heard and the people that hate me attacked me for wanting to be heard. And then I made a "private" group where I invited any and all that wanted to join [except for the very nasty people who had already created problems for me on the public page] and then the very same groups ridiculed me for running a group page where they think I *don't* want my words to be heard. Which is it that you are angry about? Can you make up your mind so I can keep up?
Then when Someone asks to join your "Closed Group" why don't you accept them? I asked to join it,as did my mother and my sister- and I am not a commenter or a hater, I have my opinion and I keep it to myself there is no need to create anymore hatred. I just want to see this little girl brought home, I have liked all pages and share any information I can on my own personal page. In NY not like I'm in Maine issuing a death threat.
Tammy, because as you can see it became a game to just "plant moles" and create problems for everyone in the group. As soon as it became apparent to them that this was the goal, they simply stopped adding members. And there is not a damn thing wrong with that. It's allowed in this world to limit a discussion group to those that you know or have gotten to know in order to be able to have pleasant discussions. Unfortunately people decided to try to root around and create trouble for that group and as an answer to that they tried to figure out who was being hateful and causing them problems while simultaneously not adding new members. NOT complicated. Pretty simple. Understandable too!
Oh, and also Tammy Johnson, because you are a friend of Trista Reynolds and it was obvious that you were trying to join the group to make trouble. And the blogs you follow are The ones that spend their days trashing the group you wanted to join "just to keep your opinion to yourself". Listed as follows "talkin sh*t; Justice 4 and Answers 4 Ayla" so yeah Ms Johnson, you are not so much interested in just fairly listening to all sides and being helpful in some way. And the person who runs that group is also not in Maine, so your not being in Maine to make death threats is of no significance.
Would have been interesting to be a fly on the wall at THAT hearing. Can you imagine???
ReplyDeleteGee, for an out of stater, you sure got the word on this quickly. Anyone smell fish?
ReplyDeleteToo funny. Didn't know that email only worked within state lines.
DeleteE-mail? Thought you didn't know anyone involved lol.

Yeah... how would you know that all the way from good ole Texas?
ReplyDeleteI do and it stinks!!!!
ReplyDeleteWhere's selena johnson? She prolly knows who won in court.

Or maybe the author looks for information from sources other than Peter Hyatt.
