If the State Police had proof (e.g. blood evidence) that Ayla was dead, why would they even entertain tips about her being spotted alive? I think this is why we have not seen an arrest in this case, nor have we seen anyone cleared. There is so much going on, it's hard to tell fact from fiction. Keep the faith, Ayla could be alive and well!
Ronald Reynolds says this case has yielded few answers, but plenty of rumors, saying state police questioned his daughter Trista this week after someone allegedly called them to report Trista and Ayla had been seen together after the toddler was reported missing. Reynolds says that was never the case. There is another vigil planned for Ayla in Waterville this weekend. Justin has Ayla with bruises, Justin doesn't take Ayla for IMMEDIATE medical attention for arm, Ayla goes missing on Justin's watch, the Dips could be doing more to speak out for Ayla and Justin and the Dips are with holding evidence. NOW, on the other side of the scale, police have questioned Trista on two occasions that we know of and they have nothing to report.
LE did not confirm bruises on Ayla you read too much gossip. They did not say she did not get immediate medical attention. They do not say they are with holding evidence they say they believe they know more than they are saying. They questioned Trista many more times than twice. And nothing happened when they spoke to anyone. So what does that mean?

ReplyDeleteThere are at least a couple of theories regarding the blood evidence. LE states that some of it belongs to Ayla, with all samples not yet tested at the time of the statement. McCausland calls it "troubling" and says it is more that what would be produced by a small cut. How much more is unknown. Unnamed sources have been quoted as saying there was spatter and evidence of a cleanup. That is not confirmed by LE. It could be that there is a sufficient amount or pattern for LE to conclude a loss of life is likely, but they are waiting for a recovery to make arrests. It could be that the amount of blood is suspicious, but insufficient to conclude murder occurred, and again, LE is waiting for a recovery. Or it could be the amount of blood is so small as be of little evidenciary value on it's own, and the release of the blood information was a tactic to put pressure on those present when Ayla was reported missing. If the answers lie within the DiPietro home, I find it unlikely that Justin's mother or sister would cover for Courtney. I find it unlikely that Courtney would cover for the sister or the mother of Justin. There is only one person they all would be willing to cover for.

I'd say the scales have now tipped against Trista, and she needs to be investigated full speed ahead.

A sketchy, "possible sighting", of unknown source or validity, does NOT have the evidenciary weight of definite blood evidence and definite failed polygraphs.
To claim otherwise is reaching.

Do you know the Dipietro family? All of them? Hate is a very strong word. Did they do something that you KNOW about that you can hate them for? ...or is this hate derived from reading media/press/internet about their missing child? The family consists of several people and I'm wondering how a normal person can claim to hate an entire family and expect others to consider him/her sane.
CR has chosen to stay out of the media (who could possibly blame her?) and so unless you know her, how can you have something to actually hate her for? Again, there are few facts even out there, and that which is out there isn't really "hate her" worthy. Again, unless we go back to the presumption that it's okay to hate someone based on presumptions about their involvment in a crime- presumptions that are unproven, unsubstantiated, and reaching.
AH has been available to draw impressions from, but as far as anyone other than people like you can tell, she's just someone who knew Justin loosely and was very moved by the situation and wanted to create a website & facebook page about it for them. As so very many others proceeded to do shortly after. She seemed to be clearly aiming for a halt to the assumptions and the hate, for reasons a sane person really can't argue with. what is actually hateworthy about that?
The so called defense team is probably pulling their hair out by now. They knew public sentiment was bad, but they NEVER EVER imagined it was as intense as it is. They are going to have an uphill battle defending the D's and Courtney.

There was too much going on around Ayla's disappearance. And it's not a rumor, as Ron said somebody stated to the police that they saw Trista with Ayla after the reported disappearance. Apparently the person who reported this knows the Reynolds. Of course it could be a mistake and I'm not saying it's true, but everybody, their family and friends should be looked at, no exception ! This baby needs to be found !
