Up for discussion...
1. Trista has spoken to Justin just as negatively as he has spoken to her. Did you not read her text messages? Do you think it's normal for the mother of a missing child to immediately start accusing the father and lying about having contact with him? Did you also miss her latest rant?
2. I don't see anything that indicates anger or rage inside of Justin. From the few interviews I've seen, he seems to be composed, calm, and collected. Some of you point to those things as faults. So which is it? If anything, Trista is the one who has lashed out in anger, on numerous occasions.
3. His childhood was anything but normal, huh? Trista must have had the perfect childhood, because she grew up to be such a well-adjusted adult. Nothing says "happy childhood" like unfit parenting and drug abuse. Cycle is the key word.
4. Defending Trista, making excuses for her poor behavior choices, and justifying her contradictions and lies doesn't help find Ayla either. If people discussing Ayla online is preventing her from being found, then MSP must be composed of people who are incompetent. Since I don't think that's the case, I have to believe that YOU just want people who don't agree with you to shut up. So you say that we are somehow stopping progress, even though you are doing the same thing.
5. Hello pot, I'm kettle.
Side note:
Peeter, I hope you were in church yesterday. Your weekly visits there will not save you from hell though. You continue to fudge the FACTS in the case.
MSP has not formally announced that Ayla is dead.
Justin is not unemployed or chronically unemployed.
You completely overlook the fact that Trista is the one living off of taxpayer dollars. Popping out babies at the same rate she was popping pills. She can afford neither the pills nor the babies, so Maine taxpayers keep forking over the dollars.
Most cases where children do not get medical attention due to abuse are not delayed for 24 hours; the care is never sought, and evidence of broken bones in different stages of healing will be found later.
I know dealing with an affair is tough business, but you cannot project your anger onto others.

Not sure what Denise is referring to by Justin's behavior since we can't see it here. But I would assume he was possibly swearing or some such thing? And I don't know about Justin's "supporters" but I would have to say I understand that I get that if the mother of my child had been repeatedly calling me a murderer and bashing me in public I might be driven to swear at her.
ReplyDeleteIF you have known Justin since High school you know the opposite. Justin was a good student, maintained a job all throughout high school, who played baseball, maintained good grades in order to do so, and was well liked by his peers.
ReplyDeleteplease show the link on that one.
DeleteAn affair????
ReplyDeleteDo tell!
OT:
ReplyDeleteTrista said she is "now starting to wonder" who took care of Ayla during the time she lived with Justin. She suspects Phoebe DiPietro provided much of the childcare.
When she called Justin to talk to Ayla, he would often tell her, "Oh, you'll have to call my mom. She has Ayla."

I doubt very much that Phoebe would deny Trista access to Ayla on the phone. Never saw it mentioned before. I think Trista would be making a big ass deal if both Justin AND Phoebe were fucking with her head.

ReplyDelete"If Justin was so concerned about Ayla and was so positive that Trista had Ayla and a month had passed and LE still hadn't found Ayla, wouldn't you start trying to contact that person yourself or at least return their messages and/or calls? Trista tried calling and messaging for 2 weeks, several times a day and got no response from Justin so finally she gave in and contacted Phoebe directly even though she did not care for her and knew that Justin, Elisha, and Lance were scared of Phoebe. Phoebe's response to Trista was that LE had informed Justin not to talk to Trista. Trista, worried about her daughter was relentless and kept trying Justin until finally around the middle of January he finally responded. Justin's excuse-LE took his phone and confiscated it. Why didn't they take Phoebe's phone? Trista not being as naive as some think, called LE and told them she finally got in touch with Justin and asked if it was true that they had confiscated his phone and also asked him not to talk to Trista, LE's response-that was not true. Surprise, Surprise-MORE lies from Justin."

Tori...I really wish I knew more about your sources.
Phoebe's children feared their mother?
LE never confiscated Justin's phone? How would LE know about the call to Derek?

DeleteHere is what Justin said in an interview on December 21. He turned all transcripts from his phone over to Waterville PD to prove he had been in contact with her.
DiPietro also contradicted Trista Reynolds' claim that the two parents had not been in contact in recent weeks. Reynolds told ABC News earlier this week that she had filed for sole custody of Ayla on Thursday, but had not told DiPietro and had not spoken to him recently.
"Contrary to some statements floating around out there, I have been in communication with Ayla's mother over the last couple of weeks," DiPietro said. "The Waterville police have transcripts from my phone for verification of those communications."
http://abcnews.go.com/US/missing-ayla-reynolds-dad-idea-daughter/story?id=15205741
Also included in this interview 4 days from when Ayla went missing, before blood had been discovered, before anyone said foul play. Trista was already trying to turn the public against Justin
On Tuesday, Trista Reynolds' family said that the 20-month-old had been taken from their custody by the Department of Health and Human Services and placed with her father. Trista Reynolds said the baby, who broke her arm at her father's house two weeks ago, had begun showing mysterious bruising on her leg. While DiPietro did not comment on the girl's alleged injuries, he disputed the Reynolds family's account of Ayla's custody.
It is also a huge issue with me how Peter keeps coming up with new "facts" every time he speaks. Where is the source for this?
Delete2. He was unemployed or chronically unemployed. He reportedly got into trouble with each job, as he, without any skills or education, thought himself above his superiors. This is classic bullying and abusive behavior. Reportedly he sought unemployment and welfare benefits, living off workers' taxes, rather than provide for himself and his children.
vs2vs...good to see you posting, friend.
DeleteI don't follow SA. Peter kept pitching his blog on The Morning Sentinel back in the day when this case was fresh, and it was a real turn-off for me.
Jeff and Peter are two peas-in-a-pod IMO.
Looking...I do recall this!
DeleteHere is my latest hang-up. If my kid's dad was being a prick about putting my child on the phone, I would reach out to another adult in the house (Phoebe and/or Elisha).
If either refused to put Ayla on the phone, I would tell the press that PHOEBE AND ELISHA DIPIETRO denied me communication with my daughter. A conspiracy to alienate is much more sinister than Justin just being a controlling dick.
"Oh, you'll have to call my mom. She has Ayla."
That makes perfect sense to me. Did Trista ever call Phoebe to connect with Ayla? Where's THAT story???
McKee
DeleteI see your point. I have to say you will never see a story like that. My hang up is Ayla and the phone calls. I mean she was 20 months old what kind of conversations could she have with Trista. And if she did get on the phone an heard Trista's voice did that make her cranky or sad afterwards? I call my daughter's house and she puts my 2 1/2 year old grandson on the phone. The conversations consists of him saying yes to one of my questions then he hands the phone back to his mom as he is saying bye to me. They just recently moved 1 1/2 hours away from us. Once he hears our voices he spends the rest of the day whining asking I go Gram's house. My daughter hates him being so miserable so we have gotten to the point that she does not tell him I am on the phone unless he asks to call me. So I question what Trista's conversations were like with a 20 month old and what was Ayla's reaction the rest of the day after hearing her mom's voice. This is just my experience and I have found it is better for him not to know I'm on the phone so he doesn't get sad about not being able to come over anytime he asks
I never considered such a scenario, Looking. And it makes absolute sense.
DeleteI can see how the voice of a separated parent could agitate a toddler, possibly resulting in anxiety and sadness.
Thanks for this food-for-thought.
Good point Looking. 20 month olds, small kids in general, don't have time to be on the phone. Unless of course, they are pretending. When someone is on the other line, they don't really grasp the concept of participating in a conversation.
DeleteI can say the same, when my little people talk on the phone they never really say anything. I have to basically sit there and tell them "say hi to grandma" then they say "hi." Then I say "tell her you love her" and they say "love you, bye." That's it. LOL
But don't forget, Ayla may have been a little more advanced, because if you'll remember, Trista used to tell Ayla all of her deepest, darkest secrets. Perhaps she continued doing that over the phone. Maybe Ayla would actually listen and respond. Who knows?

LOL!
I agree with you and Looking...toddlers and phones are an awkward mix. Still, I could understand Trista just wanting to hear her daughter's voice, especially if she was growing worried.
Great points. My grandchild who was talking quite early on in person that is. Wants nothing to do with being put on the phone and runs from it when it is put up to their ear.
DeleteObscure I can picture you teaching your "little people" to make crank phone calls to people who just lost loved ones. . . lol you crack me up. "Little People" lol After the shit I have read on your blog I highly doubt you are "Mother of the Year" or "Father of the Year"
DeleteThe fact that you can picture something like that indicates that you're a "little person" yourself.
DeleteI'm not a perfect parent, but I'm also not sure where I indicated that I was?
See, in an effort to defend all of Trista's bad choices, you all have a need to project her faults onto others (up to and including Justin). She seems to own these things, it is her supporters who can find no way to justify them, so they sling insults to others when they really only apply to her.
Psychology. 101.
POW.

DeleteI found the article about Justin turning over his phone and computer to LE. I hadn't read this article for awhile and thought you may want to reread it also. I know this article was discussed on I believe J4A but all that was really discussed was how Pheobe said her house was a mess and how could she think about that while her grandchild was missing. If you reread it I believe it has a lot more info in it than many realized, especially about LE tactics
DiPietro's car was impounded for several days. His phone and computer were also held by police during the early days of the investigation.

Obscure, it's time to step back....listen to yourself....you are quite obsessed....anytime anything is said about Justin, you jump on Trista to the point it is getting very odd to say the least !
ReplyDeleteYour favorite topic of discussion is Justin...mine is twisted sista Trista...
DeleteIt's all good!
Yes, annon, it comes across more of an obsession that what the typical commenter communicates.
DeleteBut each to their own I suppose.
Can you say "diversion" only an ignorant person would not get this blog's reason for existance. . .it certainly isn't to help in any way to find Ayla. lol
DeleteYes, we can all say "diversion" but apparently we cannot all spell existence. What is the reason for yours? lol
Deletethis whole thing that happy to ayla is sick and it getting sicker every day ayla did not need to be abused by anyone. when my exhusband abused my son I put a gun to his head while he was sleeping and thank god that I went to the court house and put a protective order against him instead. that how I feel about child abuse.Obscure as a parent how can you write so bad things about trisha and use justin as your ideal father of the year{sorry about the spelling Iam sure at times you do not spell ever word correct}
DeleteLOL unstable much?
DeleteObscure that not funny and do not call me unstable. you are the one unstable.I still feel today that anyone that abuse a child should get beaten to death.no child desire that.on this blog you honor a family that could of taken ayla life and make fun of her mother in any way you can that unstable.I hope you have no children.I brough up my biological children and now Iam bring up 3 other children that were beaten by their parent and these poor children have suffer so much due to the abuse.THERE IS TO MUCH ABUSE TODAY.THERE PARENTS ARE FULL OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL AND ABUSED THEIR CHILDREN DUE TO drug and alcohol abuse.look at all the baby we have missing in this country and sad thing they are most likely been murdered it make me sick what did a child do to be beaten or murder NOTHING.why dont you cover cases in your own state instead of here.you know nothing about this case only what you read from site that bash trisha. Why cant your site be nice to both parents not just mr dad of the year.
Delete@Anonymous 2/19/13, 5:16 PM - You did the responsible thing and stayed within the legal system. Your son will thank you when he's older, I'm sure. Not all parents are able to pull back, and not all parents are able to entrust the legal system. Circumstances dictate methods.
DeleteBut I have no reason to believe, not for a NY second, that Ayla Bell Reynolds was abused by either parent. That's all I want to say.

Dee, I went back and looked but I can not find the comment I was looking for. I can only say that Jeff has confirmed with Trista on multiple occassions that it was the night of the 16th morning of the sevententh. Now that does not mean however that she could have her dates mixed up, I guess that is still possible. But he has confirmed that this is what Trista relayed to him. The Cumby Video the morning of the 15th and the trip in question are two different trips.
I am sorry but I wont post the email of when Jeff confirmed this to me, but if he sees this I am sure he will also say they were two different trips.
vs2vs...here's how the game is played: LE tells Trita an investigative detail. Trista shares the investigative detail with Jeff. Jeff publishes the investigative detail to his loyal flock. LE's response? "No comment. We don't discuss investigative details."
DeleteIt is the most fucked-up game, and U4A can't get enough of it.
It's like being back in grade school. By the time the "secret" makes its way thru the class, it's nothing like the original.
DeletePssst it's a secret! Pass it on! Lol
DeleteIn the next edition of this story, Jeff will only confirm that Justin and Derek were in Portland sometime between the time Trista last saw Ayla and 911 was called. Trista understood that to mean they were in Portland immediately before the 911 call but now that she thinks about it, MSP could have meant anytime in the days before. But that's beside the point because now all of U4A's followers are fully convinced that Justin and Derek took a road trip on the morning of the 17th after Ayla was discovered missing but before 911 was called. That can only be bad, except when it they can make it sound "good".
DeleteJohn P says... "I know it's there but I can't find it but I know Jeff has confirmed it a number of times as a quote but that quote is nowhere to be found found except for "OH!" that email that Jeff sent to me personally that I can't share so you'll just have to take my word for it. It is definitely true."
ReplyDeleteThanks John! All I needed to know!
batshit crazy
DeleteOh here's the proof of what Trista says, it's Most Definitely not an issue her being confused again. There you have it! Jeff says again! On behalf of Trista! she can say without reservation that the Worst of What you're being led to believe is True!!!?!!111?!!

its true as a commenter said on peters blog. how can elisha sleep in that house knowing what she knows, i would be haunted if i knew a baby was killed in the next room over from me or downstairs from where i sleep. how does she sleep at night?

Speaking about Peter H. I can not, and probably never will, understand how people who seem to be halfway inteeligent, can give any credence to the factless, misleadng crap he produces.
ReplyDeleteI never post there and I made the mistake of slipping and commenting there yesterday, questioning one of his "facts". He completely ignored my question and analyzed my words instead. My second comment was then removed. I had a dumb moment there for a second where silly me I thought I could ask a valid question. Even another reader took my words and chose to analyze them as well. Proof yet again they don't even know a thing about SA because boy are they way off on their interpretations of me! If I could make a list of all the times they have been wrong...
DeleteBut what I was getting to it that I agree with you completely. Unfortunately I had a short lapse in good judgment and had to be reminded not to bother going there but my brain is back and it wont happen again lol.
vs2vs - my opinion - Peter is self-centered, arrogant and controlling. He works for DHHS and likely loves the power that gives him over other peoples lives. He blogs for money, likely some of that time while he's being paid by the state to do his actual job. His topics are tragedies, and he seems to have a particular bent toward blaming the families. This side job of his allows him to be the Godfather of Truth - it's not so much about discerning the actual truth as him deciding what the truth is and convincing his cult of followers. There is no tolerance for discussion of other opinions. If you don't agree, you are in the wrong. (I wonder if he's ever interrupted a minister giving a sermon... or done SA on his Bible.) He fancies himself to be a clever intellectual. His ignorance shows - like when he failed to hoodwink Lance into interviewing with him. I half-expected Peter to challenge him to a superior penis contest...but perhaps he figured he'd lose.
Deletevs2vs,
DeleteDon't let it bother you. I give you credit for trying in that atmosphere.
Space
a very apt description.
Obscure,
smile
And lest we forget, he questions a doctor friend about Ayla's case, though neither he nor the doctor were assigned to it - the doctor looks up Ayla's x rays, supposedly reports information to Peter (which doesn't agree with the opinion of the bone specialist) and then Peter emails that "information" to someone who runs a blog. Seriously, wtf? I can't help but wonder if Gov. LePage is aware of that conduct and if he's fine with it.
DeleteThat right there proves my point of what kind of a parent you are. . . those poor "Little People"
DeleteTalk about Trailer Trash
DeleteNot all people have always followed Peter blindly. He does have a few skeletons in his closet.

@S. - I think trailor trash is the same as house trash, only it accumulates in and around a trailor instead of a house. I think that's it.

DeleteShe probably sleeps at night because she is a DiPietro, an
empty shell, no feeling, no empathy, no compassion for Ayla.
She care’s less. She quite possibly thinks the W3 will get
away with it, whatever their involvement is. Not going to happen!
She too will be handcuffed and taken away and from what Peter
speculates will lose temporary custody of her child.

The one thing that has been accomplished here, and it has been done rather effectively is, you have stopped the world from looking for a live Ayla. If Ayla is alive and with a pedophile you have condemned her to a lifetime of abuse. You shouldn’t feel bad though because LE gave up first so if she is alive there is enough blame for all. Justin for his silence, Trista for her poor parenting, the rest for there willingness to try to convict someone of murder by spewing accusations instead of pleading with the world to keep looking, and let LE take care of the proof of guilt. Yes you sent fliers around Maine during hunting season but with only a 1% hope of finding her alive, you were looking for a freshly dug grave, or bundled body in a blanket. You can attack me for what I have said here, but it is my honest opinion. You should have talked more of a live Ayla than a dead one at the hands of Justin. If she is dead you did no good , but if she is alive you did great harm. Your intentions may have been good, but Ayla was failed either way it turns out. I will continue looking for her in every group of people I see
Sometimes silence is deceiving and speaks much louder than words. Those who sent flyers around Maine you are right were asking to look for a dead Ayla. Flyers sent across America do much more good. Whose to say that is not still happening? See the thing is you do not need to shout things from the roof tops to get things done. Ayla's face can still be getting out there and be being looked for in ways that count. Silence is a funny thing. Trista needs validation. I don't believe that just because we don't see and hear everything that Justin is doing doesn't mean he is doing nothing. To me his silence speaks way more than Trista's words ever have.
DeleteJustin will still think he could have done more that is the way parents are.He may think he should have spoken out more.
DeleteAs I expected it didn't make it through moderation as of 12:30 am 2/20/13. which is only13.5 hours after I submitted it.I really don't see anything wrong with the language, I don't see where it is to graphic, and no argumentative attitude just a personal opinion. Fair and open minded I think.
ReplyDeleteDana you kinda suck. I am totally neutral and no dog in this fight but really? If ayla is getting molested its u4a's fault? You sound as nutty and dumb as korrigan and Addie claiming Heidi is keeping drug under high security.
ReplyDeleteGet a grip people.
No I am saying they did not help by always looking for a dead Ayla and only trying to convince the world Justin is a murderer. I stated there is enough blame to go around Ayla was failed. Meaning Ayla could be condemned to a life of abuse while people argue about who done it. If you think I suck you should look in a mirror.
DeleteI also don't hide behind the name of Anonymous and tell people they suck, sound nutty and dumb. Time to grow a pair I would say, or continue hiding.
