Cynthia Caron, the president and founder of LostNMissing should NOT be saying things like this:
That is unacceptable. Trista has never lied? What in the actual fuck? She has lied in the same sentence. She has contradicted herself in the span of a 2 minute interview. She has never lied? She didn't expose her entire life to the public. She released information about an affair that she thought would make Justin look bad. She still has not been forthcoming about her children being taken away from her by DHHS, and she JUST NOW told the world her true whereabouts during the time frame Ayla went missing. She didn't release the information about Raymond "Burnboy" Fortier. That was uncovered and put out there by people on the interwebz. She didn't even release the timeline herself; she was forced to put out a heavily revised version after someone uncovered the original. What about herself has she revealed to the public? She couldn't hide the fact that she was a drug addicted alcoholic, but even when revealing that she tried to blame the problem on her children.
I thought Jeffrey was the only person in the world stupid enough to believe that Trista is "incapable of lying." Seems like he's in good company. Maybe since Cynthia is now an honorary member of his harem of liars, she should return the favor and put him on her board of "trustees."
Apparently, you know better:
Now, tell me again why Justin would trust organizations like yours? You met Trista, and she somehow convinced you that she "cannot tell a lie." Really, Cynthia Caron, the objectivity that your position requires just escapes you. You could have simply said that Ayla's family deserves to know; in the event that only one member or none of her paternal family caused her disappearance, you've just managed to smear shit on your own face. The police have not ruled ANYONE out as a suspect, but for some reason, LostNMissing is ready to clear Trista based off a few conversations and "good vibes." Do you even have any policing or law enforcement experience, training, anything? You just bond with a potential suspect and then start smearing the other side, huh? Keep it CLASSY, Cynthia. *pun intended, how did it feel to not win that award?* Do you provide this kind of biased, highly opinionated, dramatic commentary regarding all of the families you work with? You wouldn't possibly be latching on to Trista for your own ulterior motives would you? I know how badly you'd like to be featured on "On Call with Dr. Drew," but shame on you Cynthia. Shame, shame, shame.
Is this not what YOU are doing Cynthia Caron? Are you not voicing your opinions, making accusations against a family that you really know NOTHING about? Go ahead, and act like a 5 year old and say "you do it too." Well, I don't claim to be a professional representation of vulnerable families. You love public forums. You love pretending like you have inside information about this case, when in all actuality you are being fed the same lies by the Reynolds Klan as the rest of America. Of course, Trista is good with baby Ray in your presence. The fact that her children were taken from her and she was forced to go to rehab tells me all I need to know about her parenting. As I keep going, I have to question if you really are this stupid. Maybe you just see the good in everyone. Maybe you choose to ignore huge red flags. Maybe you're just...you.
So, what's your problem with TLLOM again? So what if they have no law enforcement contacts. Some organizations are going to be better suited to do certain things, and they are obviously primarily concerned with raising awareness. I am starting to think you want to "own" this case, because you have aspirations of being on HLN. What better way to get there than to exploit the family (maternal AND paternal) of Ayla Reynolds? There are a million better ways, but I suspect that at your age you want it NOW.
I think Maureen Reintjes says it best:
Until a judge and jury find someone guilty as to causing the disappearance or murder of a missing person I stand solidly behind the families, this is why I'm an advocate for the families of the missing.
Can you claim the same, Cynthia Caron, President and Founder of LostNMissing? Do yourself a favor, stop calling yourself an advocate, until you are ready to conduct yourself like one.
Anyway, I wanted to take a brief moment to address Adam Doyon. I will not actually address him here, because I don't like taking minors/mentally handicapped people to task. All I will say is that his mother should be down right ashamed of herself. Amy-Beth, you've got to teach your child to aim higher than the double wide trailer, if you know what I mean?! There are just some things that are inherently inappropriate for children, and the fact that you cannot distinguish between those things tells me that you're not playing with a full deck. Get it together, and set an example for your kid.
This will be the last blog about Cynthia Caron; I think one Google search of her name will show you that she's lost her ethics, and her morals have gone missing.
Jeffrey, this blog isn't going anywhere. A.N.Y.W.H.E.R.E. I'm here to stay, so have your people report until they can't report any more. It's in vain. There's this little thing called the First Amendment, and yeah... It's kind of on my side with this whole blogger thing. There's no need to try to silence the voice of opposition (me), if I'm not really saying anything worthy anyway, right? Haven't your followers been directed to stop reading here? Obviously, what I'm saying is getting to you on some level, otherwise you would ignore me and carry on looking for YOUR GRANDDAUGHTER, ehhh?
That's all folks!
LOL
ReplyDeleteOk guys I don't really think we need to worry about a little 'ol blogger destroying any organizations credibility. There are like 313 million citizens in the United States and only the tiniest fraction ever has even set eyes on this blog so don't sweat the small stuff. I think JSTL is getting WAAAAY more credit than they deserve here.
ReplyDeleteIt may be free speech but all you're doing is spinning your view only. Why don't you let people post their thoughts in response to yours and stop censoring? You are such a hypocrite
ReplyDelete@ Talking Pot
DeleteMy second paragraph is the sort of garbage that comes to my mind after reading posts on blogs - any blogs. Thanks to free speech and all that rot, my thoughts are allowed free rein (from mind to fingertips) if I behaved/posted in a most irresponsible manner.
Self-Uncensored reaction...
Let's try ladling that gravy - or labeling that grievance. I think I see the problem - the kettle is a coppertop and the pot is lidless. That's why Pot doesn't call Ma Kettle anymore! He said Pot, she said Pot-a-toe. If everyone would just listen to Narls Barkley's (sp?) song, it would all be good.
Talking Pot, who is getting censored? And, with the Anonymous disease masking everyone, how can you tell?
Pot, if I posted rudimentary thoughts, I would be grateful if they were not posted. It would save me the self-humiliation routine - one of those I-can't-believe-I-submitted-my-free-will moments! We all spin loose thoughts while forming an opinion based on others words and experiences.
I had no valuable insight to add to this thread until you submitted your comment. I agree with you. JSTL established this blog to give space to differing opinion. This blog is all about differing opinion. If anyone is being censored because of a differing opinion, then that seems unfair. I don't see it, though. Due to the nature of my comments, I've been extremely tight with the self-censorship routine. I mentioned this once already, but I'll mention it again. None of my posts have been deleted or altered in any way.

I enjoyed reading that 'pogamen'...lol..
DeleteAs I said in the last thread from these post about Cynthia Caron & LNM, I have learned a few things. (which I always appreciate) I'm not necessarily referring only to Cynthia or LNM.
ReplyDeleteTo Cynthina, I refer to Lucifer'a comment, as I thought it was stated appropriately and respectfully;
"I would imagine that if someone were called out for being disingenuous, then the appropriate thing to do would be to respectfully accept being caught, learn from it and move on"
As for Jeff, I have no respect for him at all. None.
He is Ayla's grandfather and what he has done in Ayla's name, is completely disrespectful to her. Blogs, websites, facebook pages out there done by non-family members are one thing, but Jeff is her Grandfather. Using Ayla to disrespect & make accusations concerning her family members is degrading and disrespectfull to her. As well as promoting her death is.
Anyone who has read her blog has already understood her discrediting herself...no need to waste your time posting anymore about her.
ReplyDeleteI checked Cynthia Caron's website Peace 4 the Missing and she does not even have Ayla listed there as missing. Unless I missed something, there was no photo of Ayla there at all.
ReplyDeleteAren't you more concerned with the fact that Pheobe outright and blatantly lied on television news repeatedly during an entire interview? She is the grandmother and there is NO EXCUSE for lying. NO EXCUSE AT ALL.
ReplyDeleteWhat about Justin lying about his poly? Lying by omission and lying by skirting your words is still lying.
How about Elisha's word play on her poly? Again, just because you don't answer a question outright and instead toy with the words to respond, it still makes it a lie.
Justin is lying by not telling all he knows. So are the rest of them. I can't wait until the day they get arrested and we come back on here and repeat what an azzhole you are for this piece of chit blog and it's smack.
We'll be popping corn by ye old hearth and watching Nancy Grace beat the crap out of Justin and crew every night, five days a week. Then there's always court tv. If you really want to help Justin, maybe buy the puke a razor so he can fix those ridiculous eyebrows and shave the cave before he gets arrested. And boo freaking hoo, YEP, I'm going there with his bad looks. Goes along with his bad lies. Suck it obscure.
I'm not too concerned with what Justin looks like, he has no trouble getting the ladies, huh?
DeletePhoebe's "lies" have been discussed over and over again. Whether she intentionally lied or made the unfortunate mistake of answering a question when she should have said "no comment on that" is up for each person to decide.
Do you know for sure whether or not anyone has passed or failed a lie detector? Let me ask you this, in the same manner you asked me. AREN'T YOU MORE CONCERNED THAT TRISTA COULDN'T EVEN COMPLETE A POLYGRAPH EXAM? Or that Becca was too drugged up to participate? What are Jessica's results? Ronnie's?
I suspect you have no answers, but I will patiently wait for them.
I find it interesting that people keep bringing up that Phoebe lied on tv about where she was that night, but they don't mind that Trista and her friend Amanda both also lied on tv about where Trista was when Ayla went missing. Phoebe recanted the next day. Trista didn't say where she was until a month or so ago. Lying by omission and lying by skirting is still lying? and there's no excuse?
DeleteIronically enough I was reading Nancy Grace transcripts today.
Regarding Phoebe, this is copy/pasted from a Nancy Grace transcript.
"GRACE: To Susan Candiotti, CNN national correspondent, let me get this straight. So you are in the home and you`re interviewing the grandmother. And when you say, what did you hear, I didn`t hear anything, when did they find out she wasn`t there?
CANDIOTTI: You know, this is interesting. It was the very next morning. We spent a long part of an evening talking with her. The next morning when I went back, because I was supposed to get together with Justin, the very next morning. He was going to take us out to show him putting up posters, this kind of thing, and interviewing him. She instead met me at the door and told me, I didn`t quite tell you everything the night before.
And that`s when she revealed to me on her own, I have to tell you, I wasn`t there. I was somewhere else, and I want you to know that I told police where I was. And she revealed to me off the record where she was.
I was able to confirm with my law enforcement sources that, in fact, she did tell them where she was that night, and it wasn`t at home, and that they talked to -- they were able to confirm it, let`s put it that way."
***********************
Regarding the blood evidence:
"GRACE: All right. All right. I`ll go with that. With me right now is a special guest, Stephen McCausland, spokesman from the Maine State Police, just joining us. Sir, thank you for being with us. What can you tell us about the blood evidence that we`re hearing about tonight?
STEPHEN MCCAUSLAND, MAINE STATE POLICE (via telephone): Thanks for having me on, Nancy. And I want to compliment you. I know last week, you devoted 40 minutes one night to this case. It means a lot to the people of Maine that it`s still in the headlines and still being discussed nationally. And I thank you for that.
I want to -- the blood -- Susan basically revealed what we`ve talked about. We`ve confirmed there was blood in the basement, and we`ve confirmed that some of those samples were Ayla`s. We haven`t discussed the quantity, nor am I going to tonight. But we find the discovery of the blood troubling."
*************************
another untruth from Nancy Grace interview:
"GRACE: So you went all on your own without even a lawyer to help you, trying to get custody. Why, Trista, were you trying to get full custody?
REYNOLDS: Because her father has never had anything to do with her up until I needed to go and get a little bit of help for myself. And then when I left my daughter with my sister, that`s when he decided, You know what? I`m going to take Ayla."
*******************
As for the polygraph, I found this on Nancy Grace also:
"MICHELLE GOLLAND, PSYCHOLOGIST, EXPERT ON MOMLOGIC.COM: You know, Nancy, I have to say, you may disagree with me on this. I have my suspicions also about the mother. I don`t like his attitude --
GRACE: She wasn`t there.
GOLLAND: -- is very suspicious. Well, but I have to say my concerns about her is, I`d like to ask the police chief, what was her medical condition that she ran out of a polygraph? Was that a panic attack?"
*********************
I couldn't find transcripts, but during Trista's Today Show interview she indicated that she had only seen Ayla twice after she went to live with Justin, once during the 1st week of November and then on the 21st (leaving out the bone specialist appointment on the 14th).
Well I must say, you have far more patience than me Obscure.
DeleteI wouldn't even bother answering that kind of crap.
Nancy Grace?? omg let me cut and paste....That show is bunk. She couldnt lawyer her way outta a paper bag. EXAMPLE:
Delete****GRACE: With me, in addition to Marc Klaas and our all-star panel, taking your calls is baby Ayla`s mother.
To Alexis Tereszcuk, senior reporter, Radaronline.com. Alexis, thanks for being with us. What do we know about the structure, the home? Was it two-story, one-story, ranch? Was the front door locked? Was the baby on the first floor? What do we know, Alexis?
ALEXIS TERESZCUK, RADARONLINE.COM: Nancy, it`s a one-story home. There`s actually a garage. And people have been focused very intently on this home. They`ve brought the police dogs in. They`ve had helicopters overhead. They`re looking in house and in the garage. They seem to think that all of the evidence is right here in this home. And they haven`t put out an Amber Alert, either, because they don`t have a suspect. They are looking just in this house.
GRACE: Now, I don`t like the sound of that, Alexis Tereszcuk. What did you say about the garage and upstairs?
TERESZCUK They are looking in the garage, which is -- seems a little strange, like, maybe they thought the baby would wander away, but she doesn`t wander away. She`s very little. She can`t just wander away. So they`re looking in the garage really for evidence that maybe somebody had her in there and had taken her out of there.
GRACE: OK, wait a minute. Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute. Alexis -- put Tereszcuk up, please. Alexis, just because cops are looking in the garage does not mean they suspect someone in the home of wrongdoing. They may think someone took her out of her crib and went through the garage.
Now, more concerning to me, Alexis, is your report that they`re looking up in the attic. Did you say the attic? (WTF??????)
TERESZCUK I did not say the attic, but you are absolutely right, Nancy. They are looking in the attic. It`s a two-story (SIC) house. And they`re looking everywhere. They think that there`s something in this home that can lead them to this baby.
SELENA: WTF??? Theres a basement and one floor above. No two stories...No attic...the garage isnt connected to the house.BUT your absolutely right!!!
GRACE: Because an intruder obviously, Alexis, would not go up to the attic with a baby.
TERESZCUK No.
GRACE: So the fact that they`re looking in the attic is very troubling. What were you saying?****
Ya... I'd want that dizzy wackadoo representing me...Phoebe doesnt have an attic...one story or two??? lol I think I would need an interpreter to be on her freakin show.Yup this convo with her expert would make me laugh if it werent for AYLA being missing and this wackadoo is reporting to people who trust every word outta her and her "experts" mouths.Tell me why Justin didnt go on there. You think this case is a mess now... lol I bet any judge seeing her on a docket begged for her to take this show instead of practicing(<-----yup thats what Id call it!!) law....dont get me going on Nancy. Justin...great call! Nancy couldnt chew gum and walk at the same time.
Justin has told all he knows. LE may believe someone in the house knows more but that is just that a belief. Trista however HAS lied. Over and over. And that's a fact not a belief.
Delete@ sfasdaffds 24.5.12 Your partial comment -
Delete'Aren't you more concerned with the fact that Pheobe outright and blatantly lied on television news repeatedly during an entire interview? She is the grandmother and there is NO EXCUSE for lying. NO EXCUSE AT ALL.'
---------------------
I wondered why she didn't finish explaining her initial response and later retraction; not only the comment about home, but also clarification on one other event. But, I C Y.
sfasdaffds, perhaps it's not a lie - food for thought.
[A big shout-out to Pheobe - I respect your decision to disengage. As much as I know you are right, and a better person for that rightness, I think I would find it hard to not say anything more. There is one thing I would like to ask of you, Phoebe. I realize you and your family are extremely intuitive. It's about the math, and being in the zone. You picked up a whisper and wrote something in a ledger margin - a name. Please don't forget it. It's not related to Ayla.]

Obscure, Great post, very well stated (as usual!).
ReplyDeleteTo Cynthia:
You know how some parents use the children to get back at their spouse when they get a divorce? They end up hurting their own child because of their anger towards the other parent. Well, Cynthia you have done much worse than that! You have sent a message to a missing 20 month old baby, “I’m sorry I cannot, at this time, write that your paternal family needs to know because odds are they already do.” What a hateful thing to say to a child, especially when it is just your opinion!
Three days later, you comment, “A good quote is “Before you speak ask yourself if what you are going to say it true, necessary, kind or helpful. If the answer is no to any…then what you are about to say should be left unsaid.” So I ask you: Is what you said true? (No it is not. You are speculating, it is your opinion based on what Trista has told you, and rumors); Is it necessary? (No. It is based purely on your biased opinion and there are no facts to back it up.); Is it kind? (Most certainly NO.!!! You are telling a child her father and relatives care nothing about her, and you are hurting this family because “you believe” they are guilty. And, because you think Ayla is murdered, you are telling this to a dead child? You are not right in the head!); Is this helpful? (No. How can your opinion, speculations, with no facts to back it up, be helpful?)
Tell us again, “I don’t know what to say except I am finding it very sad.”
If I had a child that was missing, I would never call your organization. You could turn on me at any time from listening to lies and rumors. Your comments are unbelievable!!! You dare call yourself an advocate for families of missing children?!!!
As to your last question (1/30/12) “WHO IS GOING TO STEP UP AND TALK? Who?” Why don’t you ask Trista?
Signed: getrealpeople
Hey, I'm down with that! I'm gonna be tellin' everybody, alright! Sensitivities out the window! THEN there will be attorneys that are gonna want to hear the 'rest of the story'.
ReplyDeleteTo tide you over, I'll step up and take JSTL's place by telling you now - I am such an idiot for __________ . Print this and you can fill in the blank.
One of the biggest discovery difficulties comes from not knowing what questions to ask. BTDT! Asked and answered! Can hardly wait! However, I don't see your foretold arrests taking place.
Speaking for myself and others, I support Trista on the other side of the fence. It has nothing to do with chosing one parent/family over another. Why can't you consider the possibility that neither parent has committed a crime?

Are you still on this? What does Ms. Caron have to do with the supposed "abduction" anyway? Why so much blogging about a third party? This does not seem like a way to find Ayla, this is just a smear campaign on anyone who is not Justin. It's really kind of weird (and creepy).
ReplyDelete"What does Ms. Caron have to do with the supposed "abduction" anyway?" Really? She's the President of Lost N Missing, is working with the maternal family, and has been very vocal on the internet. Have you ever asked others "What does Ms. Harry have to do with the supposed "abduction" anyway?" Why so much blogging about Ms Harry? Is it ok to speak of one but not the other?
