So now, you're not even sure that the Grand Jury met in January. You assumed this, and passed it off as a fact. Again, this is something that is very easily verified. Even if the rest of your information is solid, you getting the dates wrong is a red flag for me. Why is that? Because your mentor Jeffrey has consistently gotten dates wrong, and he has proven to be one of the biggest liars in this case.
Did Trista Reynolds testify at this Grand Jury proceeding? I notice you did not explicitly mention that, but you made sure to state over and over that Justin did not. Did Jeffrey Manson testify? Or Jessica Reynolds? Or Ronnie Reynolds? Or Justin Linnell? Was Raymond Fortier questioned at all? I can't help but notice that the list of people who testified is something you "ascertained" and were not directly told. You were only smart enough to figure out that Justin wasn't invited to the meeting. Well, you guessed the dates wrong, but we're supposed to believe that you were able to "ascertain" this information correctly? If Jeffrey is the one who released this information, I have to wonder if desperate times are calling for desperate measures from the Reynolds Klan...
Don't believe the hype!
I just spent alot of time reading through most of these blogs...there are some good points made but i have to say you are over-looking alot of evidence against Justin and TRYING soo hard to find evidence against Trista.
ReplyDeleteIt makes me wonder what would motivate you to "take his side" in a way, when he was the one who had Ayla in HIS house when she went missing. The police already said kidnapping is not likely. and i think police kind of know what they are talking about. ALSO blood was found in Justins room... how do you continue to believe hes innocent after that coming out ? it was said to be more then a cupful. it doesn't take a genius to figure out that that can be fatal for a toddler.
Yes there is circumstantial evidence to show that Justin had something to do with the disappearance, and they could also charge him with neglect or whatever you said a few blogs back... the reason they dont do this is because they want to get him with the highest charge possible. they want a body to pin on him an put him away for good.
I think this blog is ridiculous, you are very simply looking over the facts. and the text message about justin throwing ayla against a wall....? really ? you think TRISTA had something to do with this and not justin. I agree she looks a little out of it at the best of times, but i think the finger should be pointed at justin and the other adults in the house when Ayla went missing. the adults who are NOT co-operating, and are NOT looking for Ayla.
This will all come out in the end, it might take a while but everyone will know who gets charged with the disappearance/death of Ayla. i highly doubt it would be ANYONE other then Justin.
this is not against you, you do have a very interesting blog, obviously i just read through everything... i just think you have a bias opinion. you need to step back and review the FACTS again.
I think we all understand that for many people blogging the few facts released by LE and the rumors circulating meet their burden of proof for Justin to be guilty, and has for 4 months now. There are many sites you can visit that will keep repeating that information. You can even fill in all the blanks however you choose and write your own murder/mystery story with as extensive a cast as you like, so long as it contains the words "Justin", "murder" and "disposal" and people will tell you how awesome you are. You might want to look into that, a number of people seem to enjoy it.
DeleteWhile the burden of proof against Justin has been met for a number of people online, it obviously hasn't yet been met for LE. So, we tend to discuss ideas about why that might be.
@Anonymous 27.5.12 Your comments are special (***) and my comments are plain.
Delete*** ALSO blood was found in Justins room...
Anon, keep reading. Read some more. Let me know when you find something that makes sense. I'm still reading about that one, too. Was the blood (a cup of blood) wet? Did MSP look at the bottom of Justin's (and others) feet? Was it smeared all over the floor and the walls? Was it found on towels, bedclothes, people clothes, paper towels? Did someone twinkle their nose and turn blood to water? Oh, no, wait a minute... they found blood, therefore there was no nose twinkling. Did the room smell like cleaner or bleach that morning? Where the F'n'F is there anything that explains anything about when the blood was there, how many 'whens' there were, and where the rest of the bodies are that contributed to the blood types that were found? Oh, I could go on about all the missing pieces. However, this line of thought has mushroomed from blog comments, and not from factual disclosure.
*** The police already said kidnapping is not likely.
Anon, that thinking is most unfortunate. Did they actually say that?
*** and i think police kind of know what they are talking about.
Anon, really? OK. I can accept, as fact, that the MSP 'kind of' know what they are talking about. I can also accept, as fact, that it's the rest of the world that doesn't know what the MSP are talking about. Read my last sentence very carefully, as all multiple meanings apply.
Anon, here's an extra. Maybe you can find the answer to this. I have set bait several times, waiting for someone to step up to the plate and punt! (I could get more sports in there, but it's late.) What, EXACTLY, is the STRAIGHT FACE TEST? Citizens are required to know the laws. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. We need to know about these things!

Directed to Justice for Ayla: With all your “sources” giving you information you’re not sure when the GJ met? Really? You could of figured it out by what you have said.
ReplyDeleteYou were told the beginning of March that the Grand Jury met a month ago. Simple math: the beginning of March minus one month equals the beginning of February. And it was confirmed a few weeks ago the GJ met 3 months ago: May 27th minus 3 weeks equals the beginning of May minus 3 months equals the beginning of February. Gee, maybe you need to take a remedial math class. LOL
Anyway, why does it bother you? Why do you feel the need to “straighten it out” and give excuses for the date you gave?
You state, as fact, that the GJ did hear this case, and that you know for sure (through your sources) Justin was not invited. You also know “at least one person in the media is aware of the GJ proceedings and who was there”. Sounds to me like people are giving out info that they are not supposed to…..and you’re posting it! LOL
I love your disclaimer (last paragraph Mat 27, 2012 1:25 AM) You’re up the wee hours of the morning thinking about this! Your disclaimer says it all. Is LE knocking at your door? I doubt it, since it is once again, BS. “The proceedings are extremely private…”, does that have you a little nervous about the lies you spewed on your blog?
Signed: getrealpeople
How would Tori know Justin was not invited to the meeting? Maybe he was but did not go.
ReplyDeleteSkipping out on a GJ subpoena to appear would be a really stupid move.
DeleteIt's not like "failure to appear" for a traffic violation, where eventually a bench warrant is put out, and maybe it catches up with you if you get pulled over again, a few months/years down the road...
If Justin failed to show, his ass would've been in jail quicker than you can say:
"Where's Jessica?!?!"
If Justin was requested to attend this GJ hearing, you get bet your last donut that he would be in attendance. It would behoove him GREATLY to make sure his ass was there. Otherwise, as DNPGDNC$200 is right, he would've been arrested and tossed in jail faster than he could say I didn't do it
DeleteYou can be invited to GJ but not get a subpoena. Yes you can.
DeleteOkay so let me get this straight Justin not being called to testify means he may someday be on the suspect list or currently still is. So does that mean anyone else not called is also? Like every single one of Trista's relatives and friends who did not testify at a GJ? And everyone of Justin's friends and relatives who were called are cleared? As Tori said Phoebe, Elisha, Lance, Courtney, the Tudela's all were there. Just asking.
ReplyDeleteMy understanding from the article in the link posted yesterday: Waterville PD took notice of the poem that appeared in the comment section of the Press Herald. They asked the paper for the identity of the author. The paper told them to get a subpoena. The subpoena from DA's office told them to appear before the grand jury in February, or release the information to a specific detective beforehand. If the information they sought had been a source that had anonymously provided them with information for a story, they would have gone to jury. Since commenters aren't guaranteed anonymity they gave them the info. This story was reported December 31st. It's likely that Trista and Justin were both asked about the poem, if they knew the author, etc. and likely told that Press Herald was subpoenaed to appear in front of the Grand Jury in February. It doesn't say if any of the family was also requested/told to be there at that time.
ReplyDeleteWhether or not this is the matter that people on both sides were lax in chatting about is hard to say. Although it would make the most sense. If members of either family were called to appear in front of the Grand Jury regarding a case against Justin and have since been talking about it, though prohibited to, I suppose we'll be seeing some arrests.
I wasn't called, so I must be a suspect. Whomever is feeding J4A info should know that she is blabbing it on her blog. Maybe that is what they want, maybe the information is false, and maybe there really is no source.
ReplyDelete@Anon in the first post. Posters like you are driving me crazy. I literally want to scream. Stop with the repeating of details we already know about, such as the blood evidence. Damn, there are some retards posting on these blogs. Go get your GED instead of playing on the net.
Those of us that post on this site know what 'evidence', or lack of, has been found.
I don't think so Michelle.
DeleteThey've repeated it so often that they believe it is FACT.
Actually, they make up their own new facts every day.
It's a waste of time to try and correct it.
@Bystander,
DeleteI shoulda read your comment before posting mine.
Ditto.

ReplyDeleteI don't.
