Round Hole, Square Peg

If Ayla has supposedly been disposed of and hidden very well, why weren't the "items" hidden in the same manner? Ayla has not been found, but "items" connected to her have. That makes no sense at all to me. Why would a perpetrator need multiple dump sites, if he or she has already found one that is apparently perfect? Why chance being seen in 2 different places during the commission of a crime?

Think people, stop parroting the same old nonsensical thoughts and ideas. You are smarter than a 5th grader, (barely)---so use your BRAIN.

Who knows what was found in the river, who knows if it's even connected to Ayla. Since it fits the theory of the week, you guys are going to run with it. Run, run, run and spin all you can.

All of this is pure wild speculation now; MSP has not given any indication whatsoever that the items were, in fact, connected to this case. Why wouldn't they issue a release saying something either way? The same reason they never released a statement about the rest of the blood (which we now know came from Trista's Reynold's vagina).

By the way---
I could have sworn that Jeffrey said Trista was shown items in a photo, but I could be wrong about that. He said a whole bunch of confusing things, probably for the sole purpose of muddying the waters (no pun intended). Let me ask a question like some people love to: if the items were connected, why hasn't Trista been notified and asked to identify said items?

  1. OMG, Obscure, Jeff says Trista has been notified by MSP to identify the items!

"The Maine State Police contacted Trista Reynolds, mother of missing baby Ayla Reynolds, on Friday, her stepfather and family spokesman Jeff Hanson said in an email. He said police expect to share with her the identity of the latest items found in the spillway behind the Hathaway building." This is a snip from a commentary by, none other than, CBG from news.yahoo.com.

So, police have pictures of at least one of the items found. Trista asked LE a few months ago about items she would like returned to her. Trista has also asked Justin for Ayla's belongings to be returned to her.

What I find odd is that these items that Trista has recently made sure everybody knows about, are now (coincidently?) found by MSP.

Why would Justin get rid of Ayla's things that LE has already seen while they had control of Phoebe's house for over a week.

More logical arguments. Whoever you are, you are telling it like it *is* and it's really so sensible. Thank you!! Thank you.

  3. Very good points Anonymous. Justin, & family had to leave their home for 3 weeks. And they left with the clothes on their backs only. That is all they were allowed to take as we all know. So LE who went over their home & cars literally with a fine tooth comb knows exactly what was left of Ayla's there. And they took the rest.

  4. Justin wouldn't get rid of Ayla's things. Most things were taken by the police and I'm certain that the few things left are cherished in a bittersweet way by the family left behind to hurt and worry until Ayla is returned to them. A family devastated by the void left behind where a beautiful little girl once played and laughed and basked in the love of her family. Justin didn't hurt Ayla. Who ever took her really wants everyone to believe he did though. The truth will come. It always does. I pray it comes soon for Ayla and Justin.

    1. Yes, you're right. Each and every point you make is correct. It makes me think that Justin should collect Ayla's things and keep them under lock and key for now.

Strange, though... I thought I saw beef broth.

  5. The photos that Jeff referred to about 3 weeks or so ago, was according to him, photos that MSP took while processing the DiPietro home. MSP told Trista that they had a photo of a pink baby blanket over a radiator, and a purple bag. I understood that MSP told Trista of these photo's because she ask them about a pink Lady Bug Blanket, and a purple bag. As I understood, she wanted to know if they had these items in evidence, or saw them in the DiPietro home. I didn't fully understand if she was shown the photo's, or MSP simply told her about the photo's. They did not tell her if it was in evidence or not.
All this according to Jeff, writen on J4A blog.

As to the new photo's that MSP are going to show Trista, of the 2 items found behind the Hathaway building, I'm surprised she hasn't been shown them before now. It seems logical to me that they would want to know if she can identify the itmes.
I would think that Justin would have also been ask if he could identify the items.

I have a feeling that the items do not belong to Ayla.

No, they can not be items that were in the home when MSP processed the home. If they are, then something is definately wrong.

    1. S. At first, I didn't think the items would be connected to Ayla, but now I'm not sure. If the items are Ayla's, I don't believe they were discarded by Justin, or any of his family. Obscure made a good point about hiding evidence in different areas and risking being seen.

A tip was supposedly given to one of the local newspapers that the two items found were a pink baby blanket, and a small backpack. Then Jeff revealed that Trista had asked MSP about a pink blanket and a purple bag. Why the need to throw that info out there?

      It is all very confusing!

    2. Get Real,
I understand what you are saying.
The whole "pink blanket" blog post was a little strange to me.
Supposed to have been done all because Heidi said she doubted it belonged to Ayla, becasue Ayla didn't use a blankie.

Then Jeff finds this a great time to comment all about a pink Lady Bug blanket that Trista had given to Ayla. ...While he was taking a much needed break. ...
      Interesting.

I do understand why the blanket is so special to Trista and I hope she is able to get it back.

    3. S. (hello again :)

The whole blanket, bag, pictures thing is odd. I think Trista is wanting the public to know these items were sent with Justin when he picked up Ayla. Why? hmmm

BTW, the pink blanket, was special to Jessica. Jeff said it was her daughter's. I can't really believe that Jessica sent it with Justin.

Just thinking out loud here. LOL

  6. Heidi said Ayla did not sleep with a blankie anymore. Then Jeff & team jumped all over that. Saying she was a liar because clearly there was a blanket in a picture with Ayla & Gabby. Ayla according to Justin no longer slept with a blankie. How would Trista or Jeff know whether she used one any longer or not to sleep with? Ayla was taken from her bed. If she no longer used her blankie in bed would it not then make sense that there would be no blankie?

Jim, great logical point....Ayla had not slept with trista for two months! How would she know if she even had the blankie? Maybe they took the pink blanket with when they took Ayla, planted it in the river...only Justin would know if the blanket was still at home or not.
Having a blanket and having to sleep with it are two different things.

  8. There are so many different ways to look at the same thing. In reality we really dont know anything. I pray for Ayla's sake she is found soon and brought back safe and sound to 2 innocent families. I have had that dream for Ayla since day 1. Its getting so depressing but I will not loose hope for Ayla.

How refreshing to hear someone (LB) state they won't lose hope...random strangers- you may even know her, but Ayla's own mother, lose hope? If she is innocent in all this when Ayla is brought home, I sure hope she can find some better people to surround herself with.
