False Alarm?

I did say I wouldn't comment on the new evidence, but I received an email that changed my mind a bit...

First of all, why is Jeffrey's blog vanished? And  his Facebook? I won't make any insinuations there, I am just curious about the timing. In order to take a break, one simply has to log out. Why wouldn't you want the blog to still be preserved and available to the public? That's the only way to get and keep the information out there. Numerous news articles link to the blog...now people will be re-routed somewhere else. That blog is a treasure trove of information. HMMM...

Secondly, I heard from a person, who heard from a person, who heard from another person, that another person was told, that another person has reason to believe that one of the items found is going to be Ayla's pajamas. Yes, the infamous "Daddy's Princess" pajamas that Ayla was reportedly wearing on the night she vanished.

I find this possibility very interesting. I'll start by showing you comments about the pajamas, then I will discuss.

Now, after reading that, it seems like a pretty juvenile disagreement, right? Jessica says she bought the pajamas, Phoebe says she bought the pajamas. Jessica INSISTS that she bought the pajamas, but Jeff says it's also plausible that Phoebe did buy them. Let's not forget that Jeff also said this:

That in itself sounds weird. Does anyone buy clothes hoping to send a message to someone? Isn't that rather childish? Why use a child and her clothes to communicate, instead of voicing your concerns to the adult? Only in Maine. ???

There are a few scenarios to explore, assuming that the pajamas were one of the items found. I will not compose an actual theory, until it's confirmed that pajamas were in fact found. I will give my rather random thoughts, and maybe some of you will add yours.

Here we go:

Phoebe buys Ayla the "Daddy's Princess" pajamas before Justin even gets custody of Ayla. Jessica, of course, has seen the pajamas and would probably know where to purchase them. I'm not familiar with Waterville or Maine, but I'm thinking small towns and cities, not a lot of shopping variety. Even if I'm wrong about that, I think it's still reasonable to assume that Jessica would know where to buy identical pajamas to the ones Phoebe has purchased. When she would have purchased them is beyond me. It could have been after Ayla went to live with Justin, it could have been after Ayla disappeared.

Fast forward. Ayla vanishes, and she just so happens to be wearing the pajamas that Jessica says she has purchased and given to Justin. That's an even bigger slap in the face, considering that Jessica says she bought the pajamas hoping that Justin would "live up" to the saying on the pajamas.

After almost 5 months, the pajamas are found---but not Ayla. The DiPietro family is suspected by the masses, but why would they have any reason to remove Ayla's clothes before hypothetically discarding her body? It's not as though finding Ayla deceased in the river would be any worse if she was wearing clothes that are bloodstained. Also, there's no indication that she was a victim of sexual abuse (I hate to even type that, but clothing removed could indicate a sexual element). Why would her pajamas be found, and why would she not be wearing them?

Speculation ONLY:

It was important for Jessica to say that she GAVE the pajamas to Justin when he came to get Ayla. This is another point where Jeffrey changed the timeline. At first, Justin waited downstairs, now Justin actually entered the apartment. Jessica refused to open the door, and did not want Justin to take Ayla. Ayla was traumatized, to the point of biting an officer, but Jessica remains calm and collected enough to pack Ayla a bag. Right, in what universe? It reminds me of changes that one blogger made regarding a baby gate. The baby gate then became the focus of much discussion; people said the  fact that the story surrounding the baby gate changed was important. The same can be said about the pajamas.

Jessica insisted that she bought the pajamas. I believe her. She bought the pajamas, but she did not give them to Justin. She held on to them and planted them almost 5 months later. You may ask why she just didn't take the pajamas off of Ayla and plant those? It would be too risky. In order to do that, she would have to visit whoever has Ayla, or they would have to mail her the pajamas. In a state of paranoia after committing a crime, an offender would not be so brazen. Any and all links to either family are under close scrutiny. The timeline between Ayla being snatched and Jessica's hotel being searched are too close to allow for her to have had any contact with the people who are harboring Ayla.

This is why it was important for Jeffrey to all of a sudden start discussing the pajamas. That random "fact" added to the bottom of his blog post was not so random after all. The discussion of the pajamas had NOTHING to do with the other things discussed in that particular post. Food for thought, INDEED. When I first read those comments, I dismissed them in turn. Why would anyone be concerned with the tiny details of this case. I submit to you, the devil is in the details.

I realize that some people may also wonder how Jessica knew Ayla would go missing in the "Daddy's Princess" pajamas. She didn't. But having pajamas in Ayla's size would allow her to plant the pajamas and when they were "found" she could say that Justin was lying about what Ayla was wearing when she went missing. There is a lot of wiggle room. Maybe this kidnapping was very well planned out. Trista had from October 22, the day Justin didn't return Ayla to her, until December 17 to hatch a plan to get her baby back.

Thoughts?

  1. I also find the timing of Jeff's site disappearing unusual. Its clear his loyalties lie with J4A as his page is redirected to Tori's, but I'm assuming that's because they share the same outlook - that Ayla is dead!

I went back to the beginning to see where this potential evidence fit in (I had heard the same rumor about it being the princess pj's) and you summed it up perfectly. I still firmly believe that Trista and Jessica know exactly where Ayla is.

  3. Too way out there for me, Lies. You are beginning to sound like John P.

I don't think they found the Pj's. They are saying they found more than one thing. What would be the other? If they did in fact find the green PJ's, then my vote would be that they belong to Ayla. How could
a one piece suit be found without the body? I suppose it could have gotten caught on something, and a ripped off part of the material was found. How could the finder notice something so small as a piece of fabric, or even the whole item? Did it wash up on shore? How could two or more items be found together? What are the chances of that?

As I wrote below (under the dance blog), McCauseland pi&&es me off with this tidbits, providing just enough information to set all the blogs in a tailspin of discussion that ends up with people fighting and acting like children.

I do think this time what they found links to Ayla and that is why Jeff and his blog have left the building. Why doesn't the press track down the guy that found these items and interview him?

  4. That seems a little too exhausting for both sides!!!! To fight over pjs and then Jessica planting evidence. Why plant it in the river as opposed to many other places that could have been spotted earlier? When did Phoebe buy them.....can we get a scanned copy of said receipt? The date of purchase might be interesting.

Phoebe isnt playing poker here. If Phoebe says she bought the PJ's and has a receipt...you can bet your ass she has it. She wouldnt waste her time posting it for bloggers. This isnt fun and games to her. This is her life, her children's lives and her grand babies lives. Bloggers can shut off the light and go to bed or get up in the morning and decide not to blog about AYLA.My family cant. Its not something they can decide not to think about for a few days.Phoebe isnt gonna say she has something and not be able to back herself up....but what do I know.

Oh but wait I forgot......the Dipietro's and Roberts are no longer communicating with authorities. I'm just floating theories out their like everybody else on these blogs. She said she was, i believe, 80% sure, someone from the house, is responsible for Ayla's disappearance. I'd love to see the reaction from Selena and her few other followers, if she would talk about that 80%. Phoebe has the credit card statement from JC Penny with the purchase of the Daddy's Princess PJ'S on it. And the date. Jeff's story does not hold water. Jessica claims she did not want Justin to have Ayla. She was not going to hand her over to him. And indeed Justin had to enlist the help of officers in order to get her to do so. Are we then to believe that she had purchased daddy's princess pj's for him when she herself had not been willing or planning to hand Ayla's over? Which is it the real story? So many inconsistencies. Jessica says there was biting and screaming.. Justin and LE maintain " transfer was without incident". Again which is it? Why all these lies I ask? I was was always told a liar has to keep lying to covering another lie. And they start to believe their own lies so it becomes easy for them to maintain them.

    1. Just because you say that it is so does not make it so. I hope everyone here realized that if Phoebe says she has the receipt, she will have to show the receipt, the receipt will be checked for authenticity and the item number will be checked to verify that the actual item was the "daddy's girl" sleeper. She cannot show a receipt for a "sleeper" obviously if there is not enough on the receipt to prove that it was the "daddy's girl" sleeper then it is just heresay.

    2. It doesn't really matter WHO bought the pajamas, other than someone is lying about it for some unknown reason. It makes no sense that Jessica bought "Daddy's Princess" pajamas and sent them with her when she had no intention of letting her go with him, and after the police coming. It would make more sense if she bought her pajamas that said "Mommy's Girl" or "My Auntie Loves Me." On the other hand, it makes perfect sense that Phoebe would buy them. I have read the Reynolds have had a lot of problems with Jessica. She probably said she bought the pajamas after it was released what Ayla was wearing. Jeff said she "insists" she did, but would retract that statement if he saw Phoebe's receipt. He recognizes there's the possibility what he heard isn't true? He may be suspecting other things he's heard aren't true either, and rather than wonder if he's attaching his name to an untrue statement he's stepping away from it?

      Delete
    3. @Now What
Nope saying it does not make it so. But a a statement with the purchase and date on it does. And further more companies very often keep customer purchase information in their data bases. LE can check that also. At least ones like JC Penney's . So it would be very unwise for Phoebe to have lied. Now on the other hand I have not heard that Jessica is even saying she has proof or would be willing to show it to LE if asked. At least Phoebe has put it out there. And it does matter for the record who bought the pj's because Jessica is lying. And she did not give Justin the PJ's. So why the lie? And if she is willing to lie once than just how many lies has she told????

  10. Jessica may be "childish" by trying to communicate with Justin by sending the "daddy's princess" pj's but announcing "Only in Maine" is pretty immature as well. Obviously, not everyone in Maine is "childish." When you say things like that it offends me and probably many others who read here that live in Maine. Posting wild assumptions about "Mainers" is part of the reason so many people are turned off by you and then turn away from your blog. I do not agree with much of your opinions however I do like the mental stimulation. You and some of the regular people who post here give much food for thought. I'm sure you can agree that there are "childish" and ignorant people EVERYWHERE. For example, look what happened in Florida recently with George Zimmerman.

Obscure ... errr, I mean Anon 11:54 ... so, the poster made grammatical errors. So what? Both the parents on either side of this discussion have made worse errors. Education is NOT a measure of intelligence, ethics, compassion, or morality.

Many of your posters have made grammatical errors. Why is it that you never criticize the grammar of people who agree with your divisive attacks, but only mock the grammar of those who take an opposite stance from your pet theories? Surely, as "educated" as you are, you can come up with actual rebuttals rather than insults.

I went to college, so did LOTS of people - but we don't see the need to throw it in the face of those who didn't. Why do you? Seems like it's a very SENSITIVE subject ...

There is all sorts of prejudice in the world. Race, creed, class, education - the outward display varies but the root cause is always the same; a pathological need to feel superior to others.

Enlighten me, please. I'm sincerely curious. Is your vile nastiness just an act, or is it the only way you can find to bolster your deep-seated feelings of inferiority?

I think it was CBS that reported that two baby items were found. I too find it very odd that two items would be found together five months later in a rapidly moving river. Chances are, these items have nothing to do with Ayla. But it is certainly a good idea to carefully check them out at the lab.

As for the pajamas, I doubt that Justin and family would have been dressing Ayla in anything given by Jessica. I say that because of Jessica's offensive and outrageous behavior in refusing to turn the baby over to her own father after the mother herself had made the arrangements with the father for him to take care of the baby for a while.

  13. The whole pajama's thing was just strange to me from the beginging. I never understood why it mattered who purchased the PJ's for Ayla, and found Jeff's comment about Jessica wanting Justin to live up to it, very strange.

As far as the new evidence, (if it is connected) that was sent to the crime lab, MSP must feel the items found "could" have some bearing on this case. Everything I've seen reports the items as belonging to a child. It is easy to assume that one of the items are green princess PJ's, since there wasn't much that could have been with or on Ayla when she disappeared. Was it the whole PJ's, or a piece of? Why would a piece of the PJ's be with other items?
I don't know if the items were in the water or not, and I think that matters. Since what was found was ITEMS, more than one thing, it's hard to immagine that items stayed together all this time, in the river, or flowing water.
It is a big possibility in my mind whatever was found could very well have been planted, especially if it was green princess PJ's. Why? The items were found together, from what I can gather, that seems very odd. Lots of other reasons. There are a lot of weirdo's out there. A lot of people with vested interest in this case. If it was planted I'm sure that the crime lab will be able to determine how long the items were exposed to the elements.

Maine experienced a very dry spring so water levals in rivers and streams were low to the extent that river race routes were altered and portage points established for paddlers to complete courses.
We then had extensive rains that raised the waters considerably and increased the volume and intensity of flow. The possible evidence was located at a point where there are dams that can catch debris.

It would be real easy for any of the Reynolds or Burnboy's family to put whatever they wanted out there in the river.
The article thing also wants my mind to wander back to Trista wanting the clothes...perhaps nothing...but it did flash through for a second. What makes for great paper selling? AYLA is something everyone wants to hear about. She sells papers.Media has been waiting for something to show up...anything. Hell I would rush to LE and wanna know what was taken from the river.READ the article....look at the quotes. There are not many. What do they say? My first question to LE, if I were a reporter looking for that break in AYLA's case.

********Is it related to the AYLA Reynold's case?******

Just by asking that one question, we have a headline about AYLA. Perhaps, by now, they are not going to jump to conclusions.Perhaps ,by now, they are not going to say to the media what they have have before they know what they have....perhaps by now.

    5. How about the fact that Aunt Jessica was not even planning to give Ayla to Justin at all. When Justin went to get her Jessica told him she was not giving her to him. So how did she plan to give him the pj's? Remember? He had to get the police to get her to hand Ayla over. Did Jeff and Jessica forget that part of the story?

  20. Okay this is probably a stupid question... but who is Rob Poindexter? I've seen the link to his Twitter account, but who the heck is he? If someone would please explain to me why he is a credible source, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

I know exactly what I said on both blogs. I know the character of both blog owners. You can tell a lot about people by their actions...behind the scenes....just by what they will or will not except to go along with the way they want things to look on their blogs. What is important to them and further push their point.
I trust JSTL. Simple as that.

  22. Selena - thanks for your reply. I agree with your answer 100%.

It's quite clear by reading JSTL's blog what her true character is. Yours shines through clearly, also.

See?? Yours shines through too!! I have quite the opinion of you as well! Ya know something? My opinion of you and Jeff really makes no difference at all when it comes to finding the truth about AYLA. I dont sweat the small stuff.Trust me, there are tons more important things to think about than my opinion of you two.

  23. IF a family member or stranger took Ayla why would they worry about having anything of hers on them. Whatever they took of hers would go right along with her to wherever she might be held.

People that committed a heinous crime WOULD have to worry! Guilty people that committ horrible crimes would be the ones trying to get rid of items. If somebody kidnapped a child then why throw something away? Just bring it with the kid.

  24. Why did Jessica lie about giving Justin the Daddy's princess Pj's??
And why did Jeff back her up?
