  5. no, you arent one of the nicest people ive ever met. I think Trista is a much better person, honestly. Can you give grace a break. mentally you are going to make her lose it. The conversations she has feel like Im talking with my grandmother, pumpkin face.

Poor Grace, she really can't help it. She's a special kind of gal and she needs special attention. Obviously, she wants it from you.

  7. i think I'm just going to say what everyone is thinking....well, what I'm thinking anyway :)

Grace4Ayla and J4A with their support of Trista are very good advocates for displaying what bipolar looks like. They are good advocates of what accomodators of abuse look like and how the abuse cycle is perpetuated.

I was over reading Grace's page and a wise person wrote that they thought Grace's ego shines through her words, but also adds victim into the sentence showing that she's trying to convince people that she's intelligent but doesn't really believe it herself. This person talked about illness being psychosomatic (something that I think is a proven example in a lot of cancer cases) and that Graces problems show that she would "rather sleep through life" and asked her if she saw that in her chart. Seems accurate. sadly the post didn't remain for long as she deleted it.

I'm guessing that Grace isn't very graceful when it comes to other people's opinions, yet you Grace have the right to say whatever you feel to other's. anon was correct when they said your abuse had control over you and was showing in your lack of emotional restraint. Shame.

My thoughts exctly. Let me also add that if Grace would spend any of that energy on looking for Ayla, passing out flyers, getting the word about her out then possible Ayla could be home by now. I find the obsession with JSTL very unhealthy and very psychotic.

I know that every person has their own struggles in life, though I've never been as aware of that as since I started following Ayla's case on line. There is much that I see that saddens me.

Anon above, JSTL didn't ask to be Grace's special project.

  11. Everyone who cares about what happened to Ayla. Everyone who demands justice for this baby. Everyone voting citizen of this country who WANTS ANSWERS. PLEASE send a letter to:

    Governor Paul LePage
    Re: Ayla Reynold
    #1 State House Station
    Augusta, ME 04333-0001

We demand answers. Ayla requires them. Please be a voice for her, for the baby who knows not and has not the voice to speak for herself.

Yes by all means write Lepage tell him to throw the whole judicial system out the window because a bunch of busybodies with nothing better to do have decided Justin is guilty with no real proof of anything. Wow you people are really out there how any people do you now think are involved now last I saw it was 13 or 14. By all means write the governor and tell him all the charges you think each individual should be brought up on. He will laugh as hard as I am right now.

Sometimes it doesn't hurt to show that you're passionate about something, and the added pressure can cause a person to look at an issue closer than before if not make them all the more aware. People in the government should know what is on the minds of the public otherwise it doesn't make them good representatives of a public opinion, does it? Many laws have been created or changed because some people were brave enough to stand for something.

I'm having a hard time seeing you stand for anything other than trying to bully people into a corner.

Can't people be a bit more positive?

I'm sorry but that is not the way I meant it. I have seen all over people saying to write the Governor to get the Waterville 3 thrown in jail until they talk. That would be throwing the whole justice system out the window for what some see as their fact with no proof and their fact changes daily depending on what someone might say. At last count some of these shouting for people to write were naming up to 13 or 14 people now involved with this with nothing to back any of what they were saying up. That is what I was talking about. I encourage anyone who wants to write to change laws and make government aware of what the people think. I am in no way a bully passionate sometimes but I do not threaten people who do not believe as I do. I have spent the last 160+ days spreading awareness for Ayla and I will not give up. I believe she is alive and I believe she is out there somewhere. I will continue to keep her face out in the public.

You don't think to well. I am a cancer survivor. All of my five doctors here in Canada are the youngest and the best in their respective fields. We have a world class research centre and an on going human genome study. When I asked WHY ? The religious doctor said it was a random act of God. The scientific ones told me that a gene had mutated and since there was nothing like this in my family it was random with no explanation.
If anyone had dared to say anything so stupid and ignorant to my face when I was still ill, I don't know what I would have done.
Maybe you should get a brain scan. Because there are some neurons that aren't firing very well.

    1. I am sorry for your experience. cancer is a very serious illness that doesn't discriminate - only people do. My father-in-law passed from it, my grand-mother had cervical and breast cancer when it was supposedly rare - she survived, and my sister who is still in her 20's has been battling it for several years.

I had the opportunity to do work experience for school at a palliative care unit. No, that doesn't make me an expert. what i learned there is that the reasons vary greatly and that your experience with cancer is unique as is everyone else's. the other thing i learned is that worry/stress, fear or anger was a huge factor in people's illness. With my sister she is epileptic, spent her youth depressed and lived reclusive because she feared having a seizure in public, my father-in-law stressed over many things but mostly felt defeated over the life that he wanted but couldn't have; my grand-mother tried to feed 8 children on 2 pound a week - these were part of everyday discussion with them regarding why they thought they had cancer. I don't think I imagined the thread that connected them.

AS for gene mutation you make it sound so random where as in fact mutation occurs constantly - only sometimes does the gene react negatively to the mutation otherwise we would all be dying from cancer.

Your anger at my comment is very telling. Where does that come from?

    2. @anonymous with extra neurons...

Whoa. I hope you continue surviving for years to come.

If you find the need to read something about these things, may I suggest researching USA medical journals?

IMO, you could use some older, wiser, more research-experienced doctors to ask that question; why?

      This is cold, hard honesty...
The patient asks, 'Doctor, am I gonna die from this cancer?'
The doctor replies, 'Yes, unless something else kills you first.'

Please give leeway to others points of view. There's many reasons, many treatments, and many types of cancer.

      Please stay a survivor.

Okay I admittedly don't know wth is going on with the weirdness, but it doesn't change the fact that 1) Grace obviously didn't kill Ayla, 2) LE is strongly suggesting Trista et al did not take or harm Ayla, 3) LE is really kinda outing JD as the perp, 4) Ayla was under his watch and if there was no abduction AND LE says she likely is not alive... do the math, 5) Her blood was found in his basement, and if we are to believe the multiple sources (I at least have multiple independent sources), it was far more than the 4 drops JD is trying to convince Heidi of, and 6) JD had a history of harming Ayla, either accidentally or recklessly. While it might be fun for some of you to poke at Grace, it doesn't change ANY of the facts of this case. I will resist the urge to sign off in the manner people on this blog tend to (THINK people). Nope, I guess I could't resist.

  15. My anger came from " illness being psychosomatic ". I did nothing to bring it on and had zero risk factors. It can happen to anyone and it does. Where I went for treatment, two and three year olds were being treated. Did they have psychosomatic issue ? Hardly.

    1. I can't speak on behalf of children that suffer, and I agree that their's is probably not psychosomatic. Then again I have an open mind and I have no concept of potential lives that have been lived before this one, or even the stresses that might be experienced in-utero or during childbirth, but I do know that people always *do something* to bring on disease.

The average person is able to research any given topic thanks to the internet - those little *somethings* are things like diet, the type of products that you use like some shampoos and conditioners that use preservatives that have been known to cause cancer, and if you're lucky to be able to look at clinical trials of medications, you'll see that some even cause serious health issues like some of the contraceptions that women use.

We all do things that risk our health, there are dozens of risk factors that we deal with everyday - surely you know this - you breath the same dirty air, consume fruit and vegetables where pesticides and radiation have been used, eat meats that were fed with hormone growth promotants, then there's genetically modified foods as well as a sea of other unhealthy environmental issues that we deal with on a daily basis. I'm thinking that you and your doctor's just aren't aware of the origination.

You and I clearly have a differing of opinion and I'm okay with that and respectful of your position, I will continue to think that a lot of health issues are psychosomatic or lifestyle driven and never just appear out of thin air. I hope that remain in good health.
