Well everyone ELSE KNOWS that Elisha DID take one. LE stated that ALL 3 adults, in the home that night took poly's AND they know how they did!
Not quite everyone knows. Justin was also unaware as to whether his sister and girlfriend were tested. One would think the subject would come up. Plausible deniability seems to be the strategy, even when it doesn't seem all that plausible.

I have to agree with anon 7:37. I don't recall in recent history when a lawyer would admit to "not knowing". I would submit that maybe he just don't want the results out for public knowledge since the results are inadmissible in court. IMO
ReplyDeleteI also find the "smoked it" claim of Justin to be cold and unthinking. Ayla has just disappeared and the best he could come up with was that. How about "I have completed the exam and know am going to look for Ayla".
I think it is because I think the author or authors of this blog is a direct mouth piece working for a defense legal team. Which would give the ability to have access to information that could only be accounted for by an insider to the Dipietro circle. PResenting just enough of the truth mixed with a bunch of twisted or misinformation to plant reasonable doubt and alternate scenarios. It is like defense team market testing.

DeleteYah it makes sense. He smoked it. He passed it. Obviously his hiding, his comments and his buying life insurance are totally normal. If we polled America in blue collar with similiar living situation, no job, methodone clinic, owes back child support, has to pay current child support and best job is driving a truck, it only makes sense to buy a 25K life insurance policy. TONS of parents to the same thing in the same scenario.

The only thing that matters here is that LE knows the results.Tell me....your best guess...why wouldnt LE tell the public what Justins results were? To cause controversy.If he passed it would put Justin in a better light. If he didnt it would most certainly stir things up.By not telling....it leaves speculation and tells my family that LE doesnt give a crap about them. WHy isnt my family talking? You think the way they have been treated by LE makes them trust them.Blood spots...why no arrest? Why only put it out there on the day of the vigil? Yup to get reaction between the families.Both sides were there. I was made by media to read the news off a reporters blackberry while cameras were rolling.Jumped on as soon as they thought I was related. It matters about the blood but that wasnt embellished upon by LE either...why? More than a small cut...so it was a big cut? a nose bleed? Two or three kids boppin around down there playing? Of course its gonna be wiped up.Duh. I dont think I would leave blood on my floor either.Duh duh duh....but ooooOoOOoooOooOo dark and sinister.Would this stop them from looking elsewhere and in different directions?Would this give the media and the public the same mind set as them? Think...If they are smart they wouldnt stop at just the one scenario especially when there is other people with good motive to take her.Just sayin

They brought prosecutors into the home. They are waiting to find where Ayla was put to start charges. So YOU "Duh duh duh" "Think think think". You are trying so hard to believe your family that you have lost all sense of reality. Why dont you stop and think of AYLA. Just AYLA, and nobody else. ReplyDeleteIf Courtney were innocent and trying to help police--so they could rule her out and move on with the investigation--then Courtney would have been first in line for a polygraph. Those things are almost 100% accurate. Her "reasons and concerns" are obviously about failing. Instead of being cooperative, she stonewalls and refuses to take a polygraph. How many days has she and Justin and Elisha and Phoebe spent out searching for Ayla? NONE. THE REASON THEY HAVE NEVER SEARCHED IS BECAUSE THEY ALL KNOW AYLA WAS NEVER ABDUCTED. If they believed their own kidnapping story, they'd be out searching for Ayla!
